• Asna (5/5): The property is at a good location but it is not quite well kept and heating is an issue. Wouldn’t stay again. - The location of the property was good. The shops and the beach were in close proximity. The property was of good size. It was not quite well kept. There was no proper flooring in the dining room, maybe they are doing some renovations, I don’t know. The carpets around the house were quite old and dirty. The heating was set to some schedule, but it never came on as it was set to a maximum of 20C during those scheduled hours. I got in touch with the admin to get this sorted about 3 times. They said that they have adjusted it and that I give it time to kick in. It never kicked in despite me contacting again and again. This made the house quite cold. I had both elderly and children with me who kept complaining about the cold. I didn’t understand the parking permit restrictions and I ended up buying for 2 days, where I didn’t need it at all. I tried to cancel it but they said that they had already processed it :(. The beds and linen looked clean, but due to the state of the carpets, the family felt a little uneasy in the house.

• Matthew (8/5): Good location to all Portsmouth has to offer. Nice accommodation and fantastic pub across the road. - Excellent location for amenities,Car permit new to me but hay-ho .large rooms good beds . Nothing to add .
• Neilson (8/5): Nice spot in Southsea - Comfortable beds, large rooms. Close to high street. modern decor. Kind & friendly owner. Close to parks & beach. Still needs a few repairs to finish off the renovation, but I believe these will be finished shortly. Dishwasher would have been nice.
• Dan (5/5): Passable - Decent sized rooms. Floorboards loose and damaged. No lock on the bathroom door.
