- Guest (1/5): Terrible - We booked, turned up only to find out Kardeep were no longer operating. We called Booking.com and they did nothing to help us find another accommodation and didn't seem to mind we were stranding in Melbourne late at night in winter having to lug our luggage around to events we had booked for the evening. Very Stressful with a sick young child!! Booking.com said they would pay for the difference in the accommodation we booked on our own and they haven't. Many phone calls to find out where the reimbursement is and still nothing. I have given up as waisted enough time on this. Treat humans like humans. Don't leave a family stranded in Melbourne late at night in the middle of winter with. Book alternate accommodation for us. Not good enough

Booking.com were not one bit helpful and after telling them we had no other accomodation that we needed their help they told us it was our problem. Com because we booked through them but he had the money already booking .com told us PLEASE BE AWHERE OF THIS PROPERTY BEDDING WASNT IRONED FLOOR WAA DIRTY BED WAS ON THE FLOOR BROKEN FURNITURE 🪑 N THE ROOM LEFT OVER SOAP FRM OTHER PEOPLE LOOK OUT PEOPLE NOTHING
