- Stella (9/5): - La localisation et la vue depuis notre appartement, L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine et d'une salle de sport. Il est en plein cœur de Jiefangbei et permets d'aller à hongyadong en 15 à 20 minutes à pieds. Le personnel est très professionnel prêt à aider, la personne situé à l'entrée de l'hôtel appelle immédiatement l'ascenseur dès qu'il nous repère pour éviter que nous attendions.
- Ioana (10/5): Great hotel, great staff, great location - The apartment was absolutely great, super spacious with all the necessary amenities and more. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, a little repetitive on the western part, but the Chinese part mostly varied everyday. It's very centrally located, around shopping malls, food places and a walking distance to all the main attractions (remember you'll have a lot of walking up and down in Chongqing so wear comfortable shoes or use Didi). The staff was always very helpful and friendly, they speak a good English so no translation app needed here. They allowed me to an early check in, for which I can't thank them enough as I was over 24h of not sleeping. I've arranged a transfer from the airport with them, rather on the expensive side, a Didi would have probably been cheaper but being for the first in China and very tired, it was very convenient to have the driver waiting for me at the exit and lead me to the parking space. The airport is huge, we did a lot of walking and it can be quite difficult at the beginning to find your bearings. Would definitely come back to this hotel! Nothing, everything was great!

Il bagno tutto vetrato con tanta luce. Colazione molto buona e varia e con prodotti di qualità. Hai una cucina con piatti e bicchieri ma il detersivo per lavarli lo hanno fornito solo il secondo giorno e poi non c’era nemmeno uno strofinaccio o qualcosa per asciugare o riporre i piatti ad asciugare… un pochino un controsenso visto che se volevi qualcuno che ti lavasse i piatti era a pagamento… non era inoltre segnalato che l’acqua nelle bottiglie più grandi era a pagamento…

- Lee (9/5): A high rating which is deserved. - We stayed on two occasions, going to Zhangjiajie in between, and enjoyed it both times. It is a new, modern hotel. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, very clean, very comfortable and had plenty of storage. The clothes washing and drying facilities (in the room) were a real plus. The breakfast was also very good offering both western and Asian cuisine. There are restaurants and convenience stores, a supermarket, and a metro station within walking distance. There was nothing we did not like and would certainly stay there again. The only comment I would make is that although there are basic cooking facilties, it is a stretch to call it an apartment. (Note that I refer to it as a hotel above.) More specifically, and the reason some of my scores are good rather than excellent, is that there is no table and chairs. So, there is a microwave and hotplate, but nowhere to eat the food you cook.

Meanwhile first amount of rooms charges deducted in RMB! After I objet to withdraw from account in RMB Instead of USD, reception claimed the amount will back and they again cut amount in USD! Now almost 3 days passed and still money didn’t retuned to balance! Quite freaky and unreliable reception desk! Lack of communication in English and sexism being unreliable for calculation of bill! As soon as I request for explanation, they corrected the bill and amount decreased!

The breakfast buffet only had a small selection but was very good quality and staffs offered very good service. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. I developed a rash towards the end of my seven nights stay. There might be some mite issue with bedding. Otherwise everything else is excellent.
- Henry (8/5): Location, location, location - The location was amazing, right in the heart of the main city area, making walking (while tiring due to the elevational nature of the city) everywhere that's worth seeing so easily accessible. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean, and served their purpose effectively! Would stay again just for the location itself. The room a/c seemed to be controlled by the building and not the individual in the room, so I did tend to feel a little too warm, but luckily we were able to open the windows to let the fresh air come inside. But in reality, this is a me problem more than anything else.

Sadly I had a medical issue that meant I wet the bed. They went out of their way to treat me/us with kindness and respect Breakfast was fine, but might not be what western people are used to. Apparently, a relatively larger bottle of water costs extra. They wrote it in Chinese. They charged an exorbitant price for a bottle of water, 55 yuan! They also take a deposit, but it's never returned. They say it's with my bank, but the bank says it's their responsibility. I'm dealing with this ridiculous procedure. No international hotel has this practice; they refund it directly upon check-out. I will never stay there again.

- Weiyan (8/5): 员工、清洁度、地点各方面都很好，只是一些设施需要更新一下 - 员工非常热情、帮助和有礼；特别是帮我们办理入住的Amer 刘梦，她还给我们介绍了附近美食；教我们怎么用美团外卖买东西，让我们的旅途方便了许多。 需要改进的是设施；第一，马桶盖如果换成智能马桶盖就完美了；第二，酒店提供的拖鞋最好改成鞋底厚一点和防滑性强一些的会更安全，因为房间的地面是光面瓷砖，有点水就容易滑倒。第三，这可能是我个人的原因，枕头太软了，我感觉不舒服。
