- Almashal (1/5): Very bad and won’t recommend it and overpriced for the low quality they provide. - Nothing was good It’s written that checkout time from 12-1 pm ,the staff started calling at 11 am requesting me to leave which is totally unexpected although they informed me the hotel was empty and even there is no breakfast buffet due to lack of PAX in hotel yet they request you to leave early . I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The bathroom was dirty and nothing is there in the bathroom .

The check-in process was quick and seamless, which I greatly appreciated after a long journey. The entire team is genuinely helpful, and I want to give a special shout-out to Etsub and the friendly housekeeping team—they ensured my room was always immaculate. My room was a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. It was wonderfully quiet, allowing me to completely unwind and get a great night's sleep. Overall, the hotel atmosphere is fantastic for relaxing. If you are looking for a nice hotel with genuinely helpful staff and a calm, quiet environment, I highly recommend the Trinity Hotel. And please be sure to send my thanks to ETSUB!

The lady who checked me in polite and friendly gave me good room she has good experience and skills about hospitality. Also, she helped with early check-in with reasonable charges. Breakfast is good, and the lady who served it very helpful always smiles. Shuttle service is available, which makes my arrival from the airport very convenient.

Llegamos muy temprano en el vuelo tipo 8 am y la intención era dejar las maletas en el hotel hasta que nos autoricen el chek in y de forma muy amables porque nos vieron cansados nos autorizaron usar la habitación desde esa hora ...increíble!! Luego nos ofrecieron el desayuno. La gente del hotel es espectacular. Buena ubicación y limpieza perfecta. No tengo comentarios EXCELENTE LA ATENCIÓN. Tenía previsto ir a otro hotel ya que fuimos a Lalibela y cancele para ir nuevamente a mismo hotel.

I didn't find the van at the airport but when someone assisted me to call the hotel the van arrived in no time which is a plus. my bed was not made. the bin was not emptied, the beddings were old and stuffy. Toiletries were not put - no glass for use while brushing teeth, the cups were dirty, no soap, no tissue had to request for them but soap was not brought. when i came back in the evening found the bathroom really smelling bad. the smell could reach the main room. when i called out for cleaning, they used a lot of detto i couldn't breath well. was so disappointed. No value for money. Had to check out to another hotel.
