• EMMANUELLE (10/5): - Très chouette appartement conforme aux photos. La terrasse est grande et donne sur une rue calme. La cuisine est bien équipée. Échange facile avec la propriétaire via WhatsApp. Iil manque une cloche pour le micro onde et un balai.

Bus au pied de l’immeuble. Station de métro à proximité. Également dans la rue : supermarché Carrefour, restaurants et pharmacies.

• Izabela (9/5): - Czysty blisko Watykanu, autobusem dojedzie się wszędzie. Na przeciwko Carrefour express, pyszna włoska restauracja nie daleko polecam PaPa Rex Brakowało leżaków na tarasie i łóżko w salonie rozkładane nie nadaje się do spania dla dorosłych bo wstaje się połamanym 😆

• MARIE (9/5): - L'emplacement de l'appartement. La proximité des bus. Le fait que l'appartement corresponde bien au descriptif. La disponibilité de notre hôte pour répondre à nos attentes et le fait que nous puissions échanger en français.
• Maria (10/5): - Totul a fost conform așteptărilor. Locația este foarte aproape de Vatican, precum si de celelalte obiective. Este un apartament primitor, foarte curat, are toate dotările necesare- masina de spălat vase, mașină de spălat rufe- noi nu am folosit o, aragaz, cuptor, cuptor cu microunde, expresor, frigider, prăjitor de pâine...., absolut tot ce este necesar într o locuință. Apartamentul are un dormitor mare cu baie proprie, bucătărie, living mare cu o canapea extensibila, baie, terasa foarte mare. -
• Xiaohua Sarah (5/5): - The location was convenient. Close to the train station. We didn’t have hot water for our first night there. The host was quick in responding, and it was fixed the next day. Bed room air conditioning/heater was loud enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. We had to turn it off at night to be able to sleep. The bed sheet was clean. However, there was another fitted sheet underneath the bed sheet was soiled with yellow stains. The couch pull out bed could use some vacuum. There were visible dog hair and heavy dust in the corner.

• Martina Behl (9/5): Eine perfekte Oktober Woche Rom im hl. Jahr - Wir haben eine Woche in diesem sehr schönen Appartement verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Gastgeberin war immer schnell und einfach per WhatsApp. Uns war die Lage sehr wichtig, dass eine Bushaltestelle und ein Supermarkt vor Ort sind. Beides ist hier gegeben. Mit einem 7 Tage Ticket war so in jede Richtung jederzeit ein Bus zu erreichen. Es ist aber auch fast alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt unten im Haus ist ein kleines Cafe, von dem wir morgens Kaffee und was schnelles zum Essen holen konnten. Restaurants sind etliche in der Nachbarschaft. Zum Appartement gehört ein super großer Balkon, perfekt für uns gewesen. Es ist schon etwas schwierig gewesen, das Wasser auf einer angenehmen Temperatur zu halten, ohne sich zu verbrennen oder nur kaltes Wasser zu erhalten.

• RiddleDee (10/5): Great apartment to enjoy Roman life - Great apartment close enough to the Vatican but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Nice to stay in a residential area and enjoy local Roman life. Host was very responsive to questions asked & quick check in Cost of taxis to central Rome

• Arteathehest (6/5): Stay in Rome - The apartment was clean and in a good location with all the facilities we needed. Our only issue was the noise of the other people in apartments around us and the street noise from outside made getting a good night's sleep tricky from time to time.

The host was very easy to reach and very prompt deals with issues. Apartment is larger than we expected, nicely decorated, well equipped and very clean.

Wish in the description of the property, the host would have said that guests would have to send pictures of their passports. Didn’t feel comfortable sending it, since we didn’t know it was required.

• Rostislav (9/5): Superb - Great location if you plan to visit Vatican (walking distance). The apartment is in the 2nd floor, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and the balcony is just perfect. The host is really polite, communication throught whatsapp (all worked out fine, fast responding time, good english skills) The walls are thin to the neighbors, but this is just a small thing
