- Torsten (9/5): Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden wieder kommen. - Wir hatten das Hotel kurzfristig wegen Lage und dem Preis gebucht (waren in der Vorsaison unterwegs). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. Die Freunde hatten am Zimmer eine kleine Terrasse, welche wir gerne am Abend genutzt haben.

Gros doute sur le nettoyage de la chambre avant notre arrivée: les serviettes étaient pendues dans la salle de bain, le verre à dent et le savon était posé à côté du lavabo mais déballés. Le drap du dessous était plein de plis.

- Mila (10/5): - C est la deuxième fois que je descends dans cet hôtel de Biarritz Jolie maison basque très bien placée près du vieux port et facile d accès Cette fois ci j ai dû garer ma voiture dans la rue car le parking de l hôtel est payant

- Erich (8/5): Für einen Zwischenstopp optimal - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Bad war sehr schön und hatte eine gute Größe. Die Lage war insofern super als dass direkt gegenüber der Hotelparkplatz (Aufpreis) war und die Stadt sowie der Strand zu Fuß erkundet werden konnte. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer zwei Meter gegenüber eine Wand, somit null Blick aus dem Fenster.

- Leigh (7/5): Good for an overnight if you require parking - more of a base than a place! . - We chose the hotel specially as it has secure parking and we were on a road trip with lots in the car. A reasonable location as long as you are able to do a good walk. The room was incredibly small but we were only there one night. Not sure it represented great value for money but you are in Biarritz.

- Anne-Laure (10/5): Hôtel confortable et idéalement situé - Un merci particulier à l'une des personnes de l'accueil qui a été extrêmement serviable face à un problème rencontré avec mon téléphone. J'ai passé un séjour très agréable : chambre confortable, très calme, petit-déjeuner très bon et proximité de la plage et du centre-ville idéale. Très pratique et rapide également le trajet en bus gare-hôtel. Merci pour l'attention spéciale "anniversaire" 😊

Les parents ont eu droit à une chambre un peu plus grande que celle des enfants et avec un balcon. Nous étions tous au même étage et dans le même bâtiment, ce qui fut agréable. Le personnel de la réception était très sympa et serviable. La propreté de notre salle de bain n'était par contre pas optimale.
