Guest Reviews
- Faiza (1/5): Worse experience of my life, I don't know how it got good rating before. - Internet connection I tried to ask her regarding the receipt / invoice of my stay. She never gave me even when I tried to remind her so many times both on her WhatsApp and booking.com chat. This is ridiculous as I wanted to apply for reimbursement from my company. I don't know how to apply for that anymore. Also the neighbors on that building were really bad and terrifying.
The apartment also has no garden view
....but a view to garbage area. Also the size of apartment and esthetics in the photos of booking.com are too good to be true. The room is much smaller than it seems to me. The curtains were also tearing from and end. Curtains were also unable to block the sunlight that directly hits your face in the morning. There were no sliding doors to an open bathroom so water would display outside and make the floor wet. The owner said she has ordered new ones but i doubt that from her usual behavior. They only provided curtain for bath.

- Charoula (3/5): Left Waiting: Host Unavailable at Check-In - The location of this accommodation is definitely a strong point — very central and just a short walk from the metro station, which made exploring Milan easy and convenient. However, the check-in process was frustrating. It was supposed to be remote, but despite informing the host for the approximate time of our arrival, we were left outside the building for around 30 minutes, trying to reach her by phone and messages with no response. For a host expecting guests, this level of unavailability was unacceptable, and when she finally responded, there was no real apology or sense of urgency.
The room itself was okay — suitable for a short stay, but nothing special. Amenities like shampoo and soap were provided in very small quantities, barely enough for one person. Additionally, there was no guide or manual for how to use the appliances like the AC, lamps, or switches which made things unnecessarily confusing and inconvenient.
Overall, while the location is great, the lack of hospitality and poor check-in experience took away from the overall stay. With better communication and some basic improvements, this place could offer a much better guest experience.
- Will (10/5): Exceptional - Loved our stay, beautiful little place, perfect for a few days and owner was very helpful with any questions
- Bianca (9/5): Accommodation near to Milano Centrale train station and metro stations - Good location, good choice for a city break
- Eleonora (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yannicka (10/5): The appartement was very cosy and clean, I would recommend and go again ! -
- Ivan (3/5): Poor - I am extremely disappointed with this place. Everything went wrong right from check-in.
Based on my experience, all hosts I’ve dealt with before provided check-in information in advance, usually at least a day before arrival. However, this host only messaged after the check-in time had already passed. What’s worse, it was impossible to enter the building without his remote assistance. Overall, communication with the host was always reactive, with last-minute requests coming unexpectedly.
The cleanliness of the apartment leaves much to be desired. Many surfaces were simply covered in dust, and those in less visible areas seemed like they had never been cleaned at all. You can see this in the attached photos. The shelves with flowers above the bed were covered in thick layers of dust. I understand that some parts of a place might not be cleaned daily, but this looked like it hadn't been touched in months, if not half a year.
The overall condition of the apartment was poor. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed on its own, and the shower door was broken, requiring specific manipulations just to close it properly.
The only minor advantage is the location, which is somewhat close to the central station.
- Panagiota (8/5): Nicely decorated studio near the Milan Central Station - A nicely decorated studio with all the basic fetures for a few nights in Milan. The area was quiet, 15 minute walk from the Milan Central Station and close to a central street with shops and cafes. The host answered almost all our questions on time. The bathroom door was a sliding one so you there wasn't enough privacy. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator so keep that in mind if you have heavy suitcases.
- Paolo (8/5): Very good -
- Leonardo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kamaraj (10/5): Excellent choice for a short or long stay ;) - The place was really comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed and the host was always available to answer any question we had.
- Eljeanie (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. - The location is perfect and the communication was clear and friendly.
- Saule (4/5): Disappointed - It was close to Milano Centrale station, but area around centrale is a bit sketchy, doesn’t feel completely safe especially around Metro area. The host seemed nice and allowed us to put luggage earlier The apartment really doesn’t feel like in pictures, pictures just taken from good angles, but apartment itself felt weird, shower was horrible barely had any water flow couldn’t shower at all because of that, the door to toilet area also super weird, sliding door with a gap, also you can hear everytime someone is entering or leaving apartment building, and at the beggining to check in is annoying because you have to wait for some time in the street for host to buzz you in into the building. Anyway apartment did not feel cozy at all and it was hard to sleep at night.
- Margarita (10/5): great apartment for vacation:) - the apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful place. windows to a quiet courtyard. the building and entrance are very nice and beautiful architecture. nearby park and restaurant. check-in was quick and easy. the owner is always in touch. inside the apartment is spacious, bright and fresh. clean and cozy design. comfortable bed and cold quiet air conditioner. everything was great. —
- Daria (8/5): Good for a short stay - Liked the bed and the AC the most in the apartment :) The location is also very good, rather close to everything I wanted (considering that I prefer walking). The building is old and the apartment has very interesting doors :) The kitchen also had everything I needed. The check-in was very simple, I got the keys from a "secret location". The shower doesn't have normal lighting; the bathroom does, but the room is constructed in a way that you basically shower in relative darkness. The bathroom is also extremely small for my taste. The shower head requires very deep cleaning. The floor in the apartment also seemed very dirty (or it was the color, not sure, but it was not looking good). The faucet in the kitchen was also barely holding on. In general, the apartment felt a bit jaded.
- Daiga (9/5): Superb -
- Yingying (5/5): Could be better :/ - The room has air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. The room was equipped with a sofa and a small dining table. The room was not clean. The glasses in the kitchen and bathroom were dirty. The bathroom door cannot be fully closed. The apartment was not easily found/checked-in.
