- Sylvain (6/5): - The hotel is well located near public transports and shops. However, the general cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. There were hairs around the bathroom sink and rust under the toilet seat not to mention the kitchen sink was not clean and dust on the floor along the walls. The cleanliness of the room is the most important criterion regardless of the type of accommodation. For your information, I tried to respond to your satisfaction email received the day after our arrival but without success. There was a problem with the website. There was no one at reception when we left in the morning and returned in the evening
