The rooms are clean but dated and in need of reform ..the bathroom is a prime example with very old fittings. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was simple but adequate. Rather unused and drab kitchen with a rust pitted fridge. Not a great look

• Natalia (9/5): - La ubicación del hotel era excepcional, en primera línea de playa y al lado de los restaurantes y discotecas más famosos de la zona. No excesivamente ruidoso, permite un buen descanso. Muy recomendable para gente joven. El desayuno no es tipo buffet, puedes elegir el café, dulce/ salado y zumo que prefieras, muy rico. En la puerta del hotel, disponen de un pequeño aparcamiento para estacionar tu vehículo.
• Maria del Mar (6/5): Pasable. - Todo el personal fue muy amable. Las instalaciones y las habitaciones un poco descuidadas y deterioradas. El desayuno no es buffet y aunque estaba bueno ,me lo esperaba con un poco más de variedad.

• Thomas (5/5): Neither relaxing nor enjoyable. So much so we left a day early. - Reasonable breakfast but not enough choice. At least one staff member on duty. Never saw any staff on duty apart from waitresses at breakfast. Very little choice for breakfast. Dirt around the edges of the bath sealant. Noise from other bedrooms at 4am.

• DIEGO (5/5): Muy mejorable. - La piscina no está mal. Las instalaciones viejas, se nota que falta mantenimiento de varias cosas. Mucho ruido ya que está justo enfrente del Moui beach.
• Ana (2/5): No voy a volver - El aire acondicionado El desayuno sin más, bastante pésimo, el personal bastante pasota, parking muy pequeño, habitación muy vieja, el baño sobre todo, la cortina de la ducha tenía un color sospechoso de no haberla cambiado en años, estantería rota y porta rollos de papel también, el grifo del lavabo daba un poco de asco, la alcachofa de la ducha no tenía presión y la bañera muy vieja también.

El local donde dan el desayuno deja que desear, y no hemos visto recepcionista salvo al llegar, tampoco nos ha hecho falta
• Loynes (3/5): 2 nights at Marazul - Location. Pool No daytime bar. Room was scruffy and not very clean. No cutlery provided (not even a single tea spoon). No milk even though there was tea and coffee. Reception area smelt of drains. Beds were like camp beds. Bath taps were hanging off the wall. No fly screens on any door/window. Everywhere you looked you could see something that needed fixing/painting. No lift. Lugging the bags up the stairs was hard work. One of the terrace chairs was broken. Terrace was in direct sunlight all day and there was no shade provided.

• MARC (8/5): En general bien - En general nos gustó todo, la ubicación, la habitación, el desayuno, etc tambien que a la llegada, Pedro nos ayudó a subsanar un error de la reserva y muy amablemente nos indicó los pasos a seguir en la gestión con Booking. La verdad es que los baños tienen historia y necesitan una reforma y limpieza exhaustiva de las juntas de mamparas. Uno de los aires acondicionados no funcionaba bien pero ni siquiera lo comentamos porque entendimos que era el más antiguo de la habitación.
• SARA (6/5): Agridulce! - Cercanía a la playa y restauración. Habitación amplia, camas cómodas. La persona encargada del alojamiento. Mi amiga y yo una vez instaladas durante dos días de los tres que íbamos a hospedarnos, nos encontramos al llegar de la playa nuestra habitación vacía, el encargado del establecimiento al no localizarnos por la mañana porque estábamos en la playa, ordenó a la señora que hacía la limpieza de la habitación, que recogiera nuestras pertenencias y las cambiara a otra habitación, ya que en la que estábamos entraban otras personas. Sin previo aviso recogieron todas nuestras cosas y las cambiaron de ubicación, el susto que nos dimos al no encontrar nada, fue impresionante. Al ponernos en contacto con el responsable y comunicarle que eso no podía hacerlo sin nuestro consentimiento y que podría estar incurriendo en un delito, manifestó que él necesitaba esa habitación y ya está que si quería denunciarle que lo hiciera. Yo le dije que no era mi intención que quería avisarle para que eso no lo volviera a repetir con otras personas. No mostró ninguna empatía hacia nosotras ni recibimos una disculpa por su nefasto comportamiento. Las trabajadores se disculparon y fueron muy educadas, sólo recibían órdenes de su jefe, las cuales no tenían que haberlas obedecido. Empezó como una agradable estancia y ha acabado dejándonos con mal sabor de boca, una pena sinceramente.

• Silvia (3/5): Bastante desagradable, en gran parte por la mala comunicación. - La ubicación es muy buena y las dos chicas que se encargan del mantenimiento son muy amables. Si no tienes inconvenientes en tu estancia, tu objetivo es la fiesta y solo ir a dormir, está bien. El dueño es bastante desagradable, “está” para resolver problemas, pero de malas maneras y con poca educación. No hay apenas horas de recepción, pero bueno, aunque no estuviese en el anuncio si nos lo notificaron al llegar.

• Inma (6/5): - Si vas con amigos de fiesta está genial, en frente justo de Maui y cerca de Mandala. Tiene un pequeño parking que es muy útil, aunque nadie vigila cómo aparcan los huéspedes y a veces no cabían bien los coches (es pequeño). Si no vas de fiesta no lo recomiendo, se escucha la música como si la tuvieras en la habitación. Solo usamos la piscina una tarde pero estuvo genial. Nos dejaron toallas de ducha y de piscina. La ropa de las camas estaba limpia. La habitación era muy espaciosa, cupimos las 7 con nuestras maletas sin problemas. Había una mini nevera que nos fue muy útil. También teníamos una terraza que estaba muy bien, lo único que estaba conectada con las terrazas de todas las habitaciones, pero no tuvimos problemas. Tuvimos un problema con el contacto del hotel, la reserva por booking era para 7 y el mismo día que íbamos nos dimos cuenta que ponía 4 camas (se supone que no te pueden confirmar una reserva si no caben todos los huéspedes). Llamamos para que lo solucionaran, el hombre que nos atendió por teléfono fue muy borde, nos dijo que si ponía 4 eran 4 camas y nos colgó el teléfono sin darnos solución y sin contestarnos a las siguientes llamadas. Finalmente, tras hablar con atención al cliente de booking, nos aseguraron que habían contactado con el hotel y que nos pondrían 7 camas, al llegar allí no hubo ningún problema y nos atendieron bien, pero el hombre que me atendió por teléfono allí no estaba. La limpieza de la habitación no era la mejor, había pelos en el suelo del baño. Se fundió una luz y avisamos pero no nos la arreglaron, tampoco era imprescindible o sea que no insistimos por 2 noches que íbamos a estar.

• Karen (10/5): - Perfect! Location, staff, cleanliness and value for money. Only intended to stay for 1 night and move on, but loved it so much stayed the whole week instead. Owner and staff can't do enough for you. Would definitely book again if we return to Mojacar Nothing. It was perfect for us

• Oksana (8/5): Загалом мені сподобалось і атмосфера в помешканні, і готель 👍🏻 - Помешкання зручне , комфортне, трошки в процесі ремонту, але це не впливає на перебування там . Персонал привітний , завжди усміхнені і чемні . Сніданок простенький , смачна кава і тости ( на початок дня дуже зручно) . В майбутньому планую туди повернутися, бо ціна хороша і розташування теж дуже гарне ! Хто не женеться за супер комфортом , а зручною обстановкою- дуже рекомендую 🥰 Одне чого бракувало це кухонних приборів ( на зразок мікрохвильової печі і хоча б елементарних приборів )

• Julia (4/5): Clean hotel but very disappointing - Rooms are clean and have good air conditioning. Location is central, although opposite a nightclub. No bar, pictures are very misleading as looks like it has better facilities. The pool is out of use and no communication on this prior. Very disappointing as part of the reason we chose this hotel. Then we suffered a Fly infestation on one night in the pool facing room also. The listing also mentions 24 hour reception and room service, both are not true as the staff are not onsite all the time. The rooms have a kitchen however nothing to use, not even a spoon to stir the tea. The baths have been painted and the paint is now peeling off. The whole hotel feels like they are trying to improve a tired hotel but not very successfully. The only food thing about this hotel is that the cleaning staff are lovely and the rooms are clean.
• Edgard (1/5): Blijf weg uit Hotel Marazul ! - Het sober ontbijt en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Ondanks de mooie foto’s stond het zwembad leeg en dus niet beschikbaar, het zicht op zee werd verhinderd door een lelijke beach club, onder ons balkon was men luidruchtig aan het verbouwen, de beach club maakte in de week tot 2u en in het weekend tot 3u ‘s nachts een hels kabaal en het feest ging op straat verder na dat uur. We zijn na 5 nachten vertrokken omdat we er geen rust vonden, maar kregen geen compensatie terugbetaald voor de niet-gebruikte nachten met ontbijt.

Everything was fine .but night club flashing lights noise.ok after 2am or when we nodded off .but the view made up for it. Certainly book the same room but will bring earplugs (we are 80+)

We won’t be staying there again - The only good thing about this hotel was the beds, they were very comfortable Lovely beach across the road and selection of restaurants close by Unfortunately the hotel was having work done which was noisy during the day. Also there was work being done to the pool so we couldn’t use that We had a kitchenette with just a kettle, no crockery cutlery etc. Unfortunately the hotel is opposite a beach night club. Just to warn anyone wanting a sea view room you will be experiencing alit of very loud booming music with young people leaving in the early hrs of the morning. Our 1st night Friday night , they didn’t shut up until 5am! Very limited breakfast, only two choices

• Romero i Tous (5/5): Para un sitio de paso es aceptable, pero no para quedarse de vacaciones. - La cama. Muy cómoda y grande. Las almohadas olian mal, la bañera estaba hecha polvo, está alado de una discoteca y por la noche se escuchaba la música. El desayuno era un trozo de pan con jamón o mermelada. El zumo era de bote del mercadona y el café regular.

Habitación grande con todo lo que puedes necesitar (incluido cocina con nevera y congelador) con vistas a la playa. El que incluya parking es una maravilla, ya que en periodos vacacionales puede ser difícil aparcar por la zona. El desayuno que incluye es también muy bueno, además que ponen buenas cantidades de comida. Por último, el personal muy majo. Totalmente recomendable y volvería sin duda! Por poner algo, diría que mi habitación tenía dos camas individuales juntas en lugar de una de matrimonio. Entiendo que no había disponibilidad de otras cuando reservé porque daban a elegir.
