- Maya (1/5): völlige Unzuverlässigkeit trotz bestätigter Buchung - Diese Erfahrung war für mich sehr enttäuschend und extrem stressig. Wir hatten die Unterkunft über Booking.com gebucht und waren bereits auf dem Weg nach Sarajevo, als ich die Gastgeber kontaktiert habe, um die genaue Adresse zu erhalten. Erst daraufhin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es angeblich ein Problem mit dem Apartment gibt und ich die Buchung selbst stornieren soll. Ich wurde anschließend mehrfach über WhatsApp kontaktiert und zur Stornierung gedrängt, was bei mir ein sehr ungutes Gefühl ausgelöst hat. mir wurden mögliche Stornogebühren (82€)angezeigt, weshalb ich große Sorge hatte, auf den Kosten sitzen zu bleiben. Ohne meine aktive Nachfrage hätte ich sehr wahrscheinlich vor Ort gestanden – ohne Unterkunft. Das ist für mich absolut inakzeptabel und unverantwortlich, vor allem wenn man mit Kind reist. Gerade bei Reisen, insbesondere mit Kind, ist man auf Verlässlichkeit angewiesen. Diese war hier leider überhaupt nicht gegeben. Ich kann nur dazu raten, hier sehr vorsichtig zu sein

- Salem (10/5): - Apartman je bio savršen izbor za boravak u Sarajevu. Sve je bilo besprijekorno čisto i uredno, a domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni, susretljivi i uvijek dostupni za pomoć ili preporuku. Lokacija je idealna – na svega par minuta hoda od Baščaršije i glavnih znamenitosti. Smještaj u potpunosti ispunjava sve potrebe i rado bih se ponovo vratio. Topla preporuka!
