• Kimmy (10/5): It’s very beautiful place to say and very comfortable 🩷🩷 - That it was beautiful 😍 The property has all its stuff you needed and 2 bathroom for each room that I loved. If I was being picky about it Dust on the roof in the room on the left but the place was generally very clean so minor. The units or whatever’s building outside is very loud at early time in the morning so I couldn’t sit out side. This is not the hotel fault as it’s maintains somewhere else.

• Robert (5/5): Nice unit but currently not in a great location - Close to the convention centre where we were working Being woken by jack hammers from the construction site next door at 6.30am,, a fan that didn't turn off and a light that didn't turn on in one bedroom, the garbage truck was noisy at 6am. No sleep ins unfortunately

• Kellie (8/5): This property was excellent quality, value for money in the centre of town with all the conveniences and comfort for a w - The central location, the cleanliness, the freshness of the rooms and all the working aircon and fans. The condiments, dishwashing tabs and laundry detergent were SO convenient 🙏 The Nescafé machine was difficult to work out and had a descale light. The gym was locked, sauna and spa not functional.

After making the booking for 5 people, I forgot to ask for extra bedding for my teenage son the night before so that wasn't ideal but we made do.

• Gabrielle (8/5): Lovely apartment with attention to comfort paramount. - The property is generously and thoughtfully presented, and one of the rare places which provides items from condiments to board games. We really enjoyed the apartment and would stay there again. We had a large vehicle and couldn’t get into the garage, which has a 2m height limit. Most vehicles i think could get in, but we then had to resort toto alternate parking.

Beautiful coastal feel through the design of the whole apartment. Lisa has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Her attention to detail was definitely noticed. So great to stay somewhere that meets expectations of what you thought you booked!

• KELLY (10/5): Perfect for what we needed! - You know when you book accommodation because you like the look of the photos but have your reservations as to if it ACTUALLY looks as good as what they’ve advertised…. Well look no further because this apartment was everything we wanted and more. They have thought of everything from condiments in the kitchens, board games galore in the cupboard, a fold up stroller for the little ones, to make-up wipes and even floss in the bathrooms!!! (It’s the little things!) It fit and slept our family of 5 (two adults three kids between 12-16) perfectly with space to spare. It never felt like we were living in each other’s pockets. The beds were comfy, the entire apartment was perfectly clean, warm, welcoming and easy on the eye in terms of their neutral colour palette. I would highly recommend booking this apartment… if it’s vacant as I can certainly see why they would have recurring guests! Also, the communication by Lisa was prompt, very informative and polite. Thank you so much, we hope to be lucky enough to snag a vacant booking again soon!!!

Balcony North facing and some sea views. Host was responsive with prompt communication. Unfortunately rubbish collection is around 6am Sunday morning, the clanking noise echoed around the high-rises - waking is up. No pool was available during the stay. Also ants had got inside during our one night stay.

• Therese (8/5): Fabulous spacious apartment in great location with so much in easy strolling distance. - An overnight stay with pregnant daughter. Location is super convenient to stroll to many restaurants & cafe's, a supermarket & a few stores without needing transport. Lively big lounge to relax on & plenty of space & privacy between the two bedrooms. Itty sea view from the nice balcony. Shame that construction work next door starts at 6:30am, but both of us were able to roll over & continue snoozing. Car park is a bit of a rabbit warren, typical of most accommodation of this level, but we managed to get my SUV in & out without incident.

Located within metres of the beach, Oasis Centre shops, cafes, and restaurants. Easy walk to trams, buses and the Convention Centre. Highly recommended! Level of construction noise next door and renovation works in the building, including outside the door. However it was restricted between 7am and 5pm.

• Cat (6/5): Lovely building and location, but lacking basic items like forks and paper towel, that made the stay unnecessarily diffi - We enjoyed a large space, comfortable rooms and large bathrooms. The property lacked basic amenities - we discovered late that there were no forks available, no paper towel and also no cloth to wipe the benches or table down. This made keeping the property clean and also eating dinners very difficult.

• Kristen (5/5): Great apartment, great location if you’e not on a major construction site. - It was the perfect location, The apartment was big and spacious. Check in was fairly easy. Our bedrooms and balcony faced a major, major construction site that started at 7 AM. Nobody was forthcoming about this. We had this place booked for months. We are on an 16 hour time difference and this was a leisure holiday. We did not appreciate it and we were on a very tight schedule as we were there for an event and to see some friends. We had to move apartments to another part of town …it was such an inconvenience and very stressful. All of this could’ve been avoided had our host been forthcoming and let us know. We would have booked something else well before we arrived. The place we ended up having to go to was not as nice. Our host did offer a refund for the nights we did not stay. We stayed one night and moved out the next morning. That’s how bad it was noise was. I had to get involved with Booking.com. Not fun.
