Guest Reviews
- Philip (8/5): Very comfortable - Being located in the village was what we wanted but local attractions are nearby.
The house is smart & very comfortable. The washing machine & dryer were handy for us as we were on a three venue trip.
The listing said there was no wifi but there is - & its fast.

- Mark (10/5): Very happy, we will - A very well finished house, lots wee extras to make it feel homely.
- Lorna (9/5): We enjoyed our stay! - The property was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. I didn’t mind taking the bedsheets off the bed. I wasn’t expecting to see worn pillows and a mattress protector. They need to be changed, especially if you expect people to change the beds.
- Allen (9/5): -
- Rodolfo (10/5): - Lovely house. Very clean and with a big and very well equipped kitchen. Great views. No wardrobes. Could be an issue for a longer stay. Two dorm doors had an issue with the lock.
- James (10/5): Perfect wedding accomodation. - Perfect for a wedding in Darver Castle. Suited our party and the host provided us with a return taxi. Nothing.
- julie (10/5): Fabulous house in great location. Had a lived stay - House was beautiful and kept very well

- Aaron (10/5): Lovely home in nice village - Had a great stay here. The house was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
The heating was on a timer, so when I came back in the evening the house was nice and warm.
Also met the one of the owners, as I arrived a bit early. She was very nice and helpful.
Also they have a gated driveway, so plenty of room to park and secure your car overnight.
There's a shop and a chippie/Chinese takeaway within 5 mins walk, so the house is in a very good location.
Definitely will be booking again when I'm visiting Mullaghbawn again. The TVs in the bedrooms are very small. Probably not a big deal for most people though, and the TV in the living room was a nice size.
- Oriordan (10/5): Wonderful - Bright and Airy. Great location. Great price
- Philip (10/5): Exceptional - House is beautiful

- Carly (10/5): Fantastic family home, clean and beautiful - Beautiful house, easy to find, great location, very clean, great communication with hosts. Water pipes are a little noisy for some reason but otherwise absolutely no complaints

- Stewart (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chloe (10/5): Wish we could have stayed longer we really loved it - Beautiful house, has everything you could need for a trip away. Beds were extremely comfy. Hosts were lovely and so helpful.
- Fiona (7/5): The house of Fives! - The house was comfortable once we got the heating on. It would have been good to know there was a wood burner so we coukd have brought logs etc. The heating could have been put on for us.Took along time to heat up house due to not being used for a while and the very cold weather. Only 5 of everything 5 cups 5 glasses 5 chairs etc. strange.
- Paul (9/5): Beautiful rental accommodation that felt homely - Clean modern comfy house Lack of hanging space for clothes
- Callow (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (10/5): Great house and facilities, would stay again - Beautiful house. Everything we needed for our stay Unusual that we had to strip beds and empty bins before we left. Never had to do that before
- Nikki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donna (9/5): Superb -
- Karen (10/5): We were allowed to check in early as we were attending a wedding nearby which was very much appreciated, owners were ver - Property very clean and beautifully presented Although there’s a hot water tap we would have liked a kettle or the tap to be turned on prior to our arrival
- Joy (9/5): Cosy Number Twelve. - Cosy and comfortable house in a small housing development. Convenient to the local grocery shop. It was great base for touring the area both North and South of the border. There was nowhere in the bedrooms to put clothes. Not a complaint as such but a suggestion that a small chair or stool in the bedrooms would be handy to set stuff on.
Also a mirror in the ensuite bathroom would be great.
- Holly (9/5): Clean, comfortable and good value for money - It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated There were some exposed wires on lounge and bathroom ceilings as looks like fire alarms have been removed. Not an issue but just doesn’t look great.
There was no kettle at the property which we knew beforehand as they have a quooker hot tap but it was switched off when we arrived and took so long to heat up that we had to leave before it was ready so couldn’t have a cuppa or make the baby a bottle. Would be useful to provide instructions on how to use the tap as we just had to work it out for ourselves. We also didn’t know how to get to the hot water on in the shower.
The check out instructions advised us to put rubbish in the correct bins but there was no instructions on what goes in where.
- Janet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Valentin (10/5): Number 12 is #1! - Location, parking with gates, cleanliness, water pressure beds Spiders :-)))) electric kettle would be nice addition.
