• Elisa giada (9/5): Appartamento carino - Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la casa è accogliente e ben arredata. La posizione non è centralissima, ma è ben collegata: c’è una fermata dell’autobus proprio sotto casa e la metro si raggiunge a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. L’unico dettaglio da migliorare riguarda la doccia, che non si chiude perfettamente e tende a far uscire un po’ d’acqua sul pavimento. Nel complesso un’esperienza positiva e consigliata.
• Ana (10/5): Excellent, strongly recommend it ! - The accomodation was very clean, nice smelling and cosy. The bedroom is very spatious and the kitchen is top! We have everything we needed for our stay. Also the neighbourhood is lovely, there are many coffee shops and restaurants where you can enjoy a drink, coffee or some pizza. Definitely coming back here!

• Paola (6/5): - La posizione Il letto in generale. Il materasso scomodo. I cuscini entrambi sottili. Non c’era una coperta extra visto che nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato era più fresco.
• Sabina (10/5): - Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone co jest dużym plusem. Przy wejściu na dziedziniec super kawiarnia, gdzie można zjeść zarówno pyszne śniadanie jak i wypić wieczornego drinka. Metro 4 min od noclegu. Dużą zaletą jest opcja zameldowania i wymeldowania bez kontaktu z właścicielem, co ułatwia późny meldunek. Ściany jak z dykty, słychać każdy szelest u sąsiadów.

• Cosmin Gabriel (10/5): Everything was absolutely perfect! The location – ideal! The place – exactly what we needed! Super close to public trans - The placement, location, size, very close to public transport, the area – absolutely everything was perfect. -
• Barbara (10/5): - Nagyon jól felszerelt lakás, jó elhelyezkedéssel (metró- és buszállomás is pár perc sétára), a közelben megtalálható minden, amire az embernek szüksége lehet: éttermek, boltok, fagyizók.. Tetszett az önálló be/kijelentkezés is, részletes leírást kaptunk, hogy hol található az épület, lakás, könnyen megtaláltuk.. jól működött a kódos rendszer is (kezdetben voltak gondok az interneteléréssel, de megoldódott). -

• NICOLE (9/5): Très bel appartement - Le logement est très bien équipé, décoré, spacieux et très confortable. Nous étions a 6 mn du métro, 3 mn d'un arrêt de bus, a deux pas d'un parc. Vraiment je recommande. Merci à EUFORIA pour sa réactivité en cas de soucis. En effet, le système de code porte est magique, avec une connexion internet, néanmoins, il faudrait revoir l'entrée de l'immeuble qui n'a pas fonctionné, où je n'ai su le faire. EUFORIA a été excellent dans sa réactivité lors de nos appels. Merci encore. Bien cordialement.

• Liudmila (10/5): - Апартаменты очень уютные. Хорошо расположены. Метро 5-7 минут. Много магазинов и кафе Электронный замок. Для того чтобы попасть в квартиру нужен постоянный интернет. Так как мы иностранцы, то стоимость подключения к интернету велика. Если бы хозяева данных аппаратов пошли на встречу и оставляли гостям ключ от входной общей двери, то оценка была на 10 баллов. А так стоишь и постоянно вводишь пароль, это просто треш()). Я понимаю пароль и кодовый замок на вход самих аппаратов. Но вход в общий холл дома((((

• Regina (8/5): Jó elhelyezkedés, tiszta, jól felszerelt, tágas terek, nyugalmas környezet , metró és busz közelség, valamint boltok, ét - Jó elhelyezkedés , nagyon nehezen lehetett bejutni az epületbe az érkezésnél, valamint nem tudtuk melyik epületben van a lakás, es az elektromos bejutás is nehézkes volt. A kulcsos rendszert jobban preferáltuk volna.

• K-sky (10/5): Finding such an apartment was a big deal - This stylish appartment is nearly ideal, with huge bonus of close proximity to the Appian road and bikes rental around the corner. The door opening/closing via the app is weird, need better video instructions in English.

• Karolina (10/5): - Zdecydowanie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu! Świetny kontakt z właścicielami apropo przyjazdu, wejściem do budynku oraz mieszkania. Duży plus na pozostawienie wody butelkowanej w lodówce oraz kapsułek do ekspresu :) Od razu po wejściu co rzuca się w oczy to czystość oraz przygotowanie wnętrza tak, że aż zaprasza gościa. Podsumowując, rewelacja! Jedynym mankamentem była lokalizacja w naszym przypadku z powodu niezapowiedzianego remontu metra ale po wypożyczeniu hulajnóg elektrycznych bądź rowerów elektrycznych bez problemu dało się dostać do centrum.

• Catherine (6/5): Satisfaisant - Appartement situé à 20 min en taxi de l'aéroport de Ciampino et proche d'une station de métro. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité : Carrefour Express, cafés, pâtisseries, pizzerias, restaurants, ... Appartement lumineux et très propre avec une chambre à coucher et un seul grand lit uniquement. Le propriétaire répond rapidement aux questions. Self Check-in, donc, arrivée tardive possible. Le boiler pour avoir de l'eau chaude disjoncte sans arrêt (gros point noir). Pas d'éponges (nous en avons laissé une pour les locataires suivants), pas d'essuie de vaisselle, pas de percolateur pour faire du café (seulement une machine à capsules), pas de couteaux qui coupent bien. En résumé : équipements réduits à son minimum. Appartement dans un ancien immeuble pas isolé (par exemple, on entend les voisins qui parlent et marchent au dessus et à côté tard le soir et tôt le matin.

• Vadym (9/5): Satisfied - The owner has quickly reacted on the messages, very clean, (almost) everything needed in place, good quiet location. The AC was working The biggest problem was that the hot water was not working (there is gas boiler in the bathroom), but the owner reacted quickly and fixed next morning. Another small thing: missing normal kitchen knife. Also there was only one double bed, even though in registration it was written one double and single.

A causa di un ritardo di comunicazione del conto per la tassa di soggiorno siamo stati lasciati fuori come animali nonostante il pagamento fosse stato fatto e la camera saldata ….. acqua fredda e privo di climatizzazione … avevo chiesto due letti singoli e ci siamo trovati a dormire in un letto matrimoniale …. Nessun tipo di insonorizzazione tanto che abbiamo passato tre giorni con tv dei vicini a tutte le ore del giorno della notte Liti continue e pianti di neonati

• RK (9/5): Nice apartment with selfcheckin - Nice selfcheckin and host was reachable immediately. Nice apartment and very clean. The kitchen has utensils so you can cook if you want. There was no air-conditioning in the apartment, so it was a bit hot in the room during our stay.
• Giannakou (9/5): - Ήταν εξαιρετική η εξυπηρέτηση και η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη, ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρά και μοντέρνα η διακοσμηση. Σε καλή τοποθεσία. Ελλιπές ποσότητα σε καφε για 5 μέρες που μείναμε και το νερό ήταν χλιαρό πάντα.

Almost everything are good Sound insulation is really bad. But i suppose it is not apartments problem rather than the problem related to building in general. There are no knifes.

• Jakub (10/5): - It was amazing. The apartment was incredibly clean and well equiped. We literally had an ancient park just around the corner, and a metro station close by. Our host was very very helpful and caring. If you want to spend some quality vacations in Rome, we really recommend that place 😁
• Fariz (8/5): Overall satisfied experience. - The location in terms of public transport was good. The apartment was quite large and clean with the necessary facilities. The owner was friendly and communicable. 1. At the time that we lived it was cold during the night time and as long as the central heating was turned off, it would be good to have some extra heating facilities. Unfortunately, there wasn't any. But provided additional blankets compensated partially. 2. The boiler for hot water was not functioning properly. I had to reset it several times. 3. Would be nice to have some instructions (stove usage, boiler reset etc.)

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione rispetto ai mezzi pubblici, circondato da molti negozi e servizi per tutti i gusti,all'interno di un grande stabile ma silenzioso durante la notte . L'appartamento è profumatissimo e molto pulito,con un arredamento funzionale, semplice ma di buon gusto, con accostamenti di colore che fanno bene anche agli occhi! Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande con discrezione,la camera da letto è molto ampia, luminosa, arieggiata e con letti di buona qualità. Il bagno era uno specchio, nessuna pecca! La cucina accogliente e dotata di utensili semplici ma fondamentali. Unica cosa che ci sarebbe servita e non abbiamo trovato è una scopa per pulire almeno il minimo indispensabile per lasciare la casa come l'abbiamo trovata! Complimenti,ci torneremo sicuramente! Nulla!
