- Malcolm (8/5): Great location. Excellent host and representative. - Frankie, the representative, who met us, was charming, friendly, and helpful, which made our arrival easy and relaxing. There was excellent communication from her prior to our arrival, which was very helpful.
Kay, the host, was very friendly and helpful too, and communicated with us brilliantly from the moment of booking, to the time we departed, and was immediately responsive to our queries during our stay at the apartment. The directions from the Underground at Canary Wharf to the apartment needed updating, as there have been changes to the buildings since they were written, leading to possible confusion. Kay assured me, when I mentioned it to her, that they will do that right away.
- Asaad (9/5): Superb - - Frankie was very supportive from the day I checked in until checkout. She even waited for me after the agreed check-in time, as my flight was slightly delayed. She kindly showed me the nearby grocery store and the closest restaurant.
- I requested a parking spot for the car I rented on my last day, and they managed to secure one for me, even though I ddint mentioned the requirement of parking when I booked the property.
- The property’s location was close to a tube station, which made commuting in London much easier without needing a car. - AC was not very efficient.

The property needs refurbishments like the doors had a chain and they closed themselves with noise, the washing machine looked with rust inside, the drawers did not closed really well, but the bathrooms were nice. You do not have a closet in one room. In the night until midnight or 1 you can hear the DLR metro. I think this was most disturbing if you have a sensitive sleep.

- Tomáš (9/5): I definitely recommend it. - The accommodation had all the necessary amenities, beautiful view of the river, 2 minutes walk to Tesco Express, 5 minutes walk to the overground train that will take you anywhere with a transfer. The accommodation was clean and the communication with the host was great. An extra bed was prepared for the child as agreed.
We recommend! Only one key to the apartment, the kitchen was missing a classic frying pan, the TV is only partially smart - only Netflix. The photos show a photo of 2 apartments, we got the one further from the river with a smaller balcony (according to the photo).

Check in was easy and Victoria even offered to help us with our bags because we had a lot of luggage. The apartment heats up well during the colder times. It was nice to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine. Host were available to answer to any questions we had and still sent a message half way our stay to make sure we were still ok. My husband and I will definitely stay again when in Canary Wharf. Easy access to central London via Train. We used the Jubilee line, the station is few minutes walk to the station. You are spoilt for choice with restaurants and there’s a Tesco downstairs 2min walk from the building. Great stay

Transport links are excellent with 2 DLR stations only 5 mins away,10 mins to the Jubilee line and 5 more to the fabulous Elizabeth Line.

Fantastic location with so much on your doorstep. It was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. I appreciated the bottle of wine in the fridge! Little extras such as tea, coffee, plenty of still and sparkling water were also a nice touch.
There was a little Tesco a couple of minutes away, and a huge number of restaurants and shops on your doorstep.
The host, Kay, was friendly, professional and easily contactable.

Host was friendly with quick responses and very accommodating. Ideal location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Gym and pool were an added bonus! Can't think of anything!

We mentioned that we were arriving early as we wanted somewhere to store our luggage but, to our surprise, Kay managed to get the apartment cleaned early and had a lovely lady (Hinna) waiting for us, Hinna was very helpful showing us around the apartment and patient, in answering our (and the kids) questions. Welcome pack (inc. wine) was a nice touch as well. Maybe some additional comfy chairs in the lounge would help with larger groups........... just a suggestion

- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at this apartment was very cool. Everything was clean and cozy, just perfect for comming down after a long day exploring the London. The kitchen had all we needed to whip up a meal now and then, and the beds were super comfy.
The location was great – very central with 3 mainlines station nearby. The hosts were super friendly and always there when we needed tips or a helping hand.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a chill place to stay. We'll definitely be back!
- Louis (4/5): Disappointing, not like pictures - Close to the Elizabeth line and Jubilee line. First room had no heat, and fan/heater not working. The bed in first rooms sat on the floor almost , bed frame higher than mattress. Pictures are from 2nd room. One bathroom must of had water come down from upstairs that was never repaired. Instead of fancy yacht outside there is a rusty work barge. I have the picture could not upload. The outside balcony was filthy, dead plants and flowers on balcony floor,why would you not clean it, you can not say it just rain ,that dirt has been there for a while on the chair. Furniture old worn. I have made over 50 trips to Europe and Asia and never booked a room where they actually charge you in this case 6 months out. Host actually said the second room was the one we booked original, so why put us in that room from the beginning. Also outside hallway smelled really bad, old worn carpet in hall holding smell. I think this building has regular renters in in, and part of that smell was food cooking or something. The host said she was the “owner of the rooms” but I really think an owner would pay more attention to details. Hard to understand how this place had the rating it had.
- Haluk (4/5): The apartment requires a bit more care - Location is perfect, very close to the underground station. they also have a parking area which is good for travelers with cars. The guys at the reception and the assisting lady, Hinna were very helpful. This apartment requires maintenance; the underfloor heating system was not working for the living room. Broken tap, drier, and wall plugs.... (I myself asked the guys at the reception to fix the tap.) The shower in the bedroom was not working properly and the drain was clogged. The sliding door for the balcony was not properly closed, there was always a gap. When I told this to the landlord, she said "It's cold outside, it's better not to go out."
The kitchen stuff was dirty in general.
The bed sheets and linens were dirty. There was a big spot on one of the linens---the landlord said it was not dirt but the chemicals used by the laundry.
Housekeeping is once a week. not good for long stays.

The apartment was nice and big, and we were happy to find things like bottled water, dishwasher tabs, detergent etc. There were a few issues with bedside lamps etc., which the company have now assured us that they have dealt with.

- Harish (6/5): Good location, property needs some work - The location is fantastic with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Property was a little poorly maintained with a tap coming loose from the wall, a drain out of order and significant mildew in one of the bathrooms. There were not enough towels for our stay with no way of getting any more as the host was out of the country. At one stage, something fell behind one of the cabinets and when I moved it forward, there was a lot of dust and dirt behind.

The double beds were ok, one bigger and one smaller. The heating, hot water, and facilities were ok. The host was really helpful. The train / subground was a little bit noisy in the night.

(9/5): The view is wonderful and the flat well located. - Location was great - on the 10th floor with a wrap-around deck and super views of the canal, etc. There was lots of storage space throughout the flat, a large TV, the wi-fi was good and the elevators fast. It's a short walk across a pedestrian bridge to the huge Canary Wharf shopping area and underground tube stations. There are several restaurants close by and a Tesco shopping store within a 5 minute walk. Our host met us to let us in but only spent about 5 minutes before rushing off (had her child with her). Subsequently we had to spend time figuring things out. There were supposed to be instructions on how to operate the washer/dryer but we couldn't find them; we couldn't figure out how to lower the temp in the master bedroom; there were no instructions on how to operate the TV, other than how to turn it on; the balcony doors did not fully close, therefore could not be locked; there was no key to open the safe in the master bedroom (that we could see), nor did the panel light up; there we no instructions on how to let a visitor in the front door if the concierge was away; and there were no small plates, only dinner plates. We were given two sets of keys, but no explanation as to what they were all for. Also, should have been advised that the front door was not self-locking. Don't want to be too picky, but little things add up and could have been avoided. None of these would preclude our staying there again, should the need arise.

- Manisha (9/5): Superb - Location was great - very close to the tube. There's also a Tesco express about a minutes walk away so breakfast/ snacks all sorted. Kay was very efficient and lovely to deal with and her restaurant recommendations were spot on! I wish more hosts were as good as Kay! Apartment was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

It felt like she went above and beyond that really makes a huge different to the experience. Would book again!
