• Kamilla (10/5): - Jó helyen lévő, földszinti szállás. Számunkra minden igényt kielégített. Tulajdonos kedves, segítőkész, bejutás egyszerű volt. Tisztaság, felszereltség teljesen rendben volt. Közelben bolt, tavernák, gyógyszertár. Tömegközlekedés szempontjából kiváló választás ez a hely. Elégedetten távoztunk. Nem volt ilyen.

Consigliatis - Veramente un bellissimo appartamento confortevole e vicinissimo a tutto! Si può raggiungere l’acropoli, le varie piazze, il centro, musei, il tempio di Efesto e tanto altro ancora tranquillamente a piedi ma in caso di necessità se serve c’è la metro a disposizione a 5 minuti dall’appartamento ed è possibile tornare in aeroporto con la stessa, comodissimo veramente
• Niamh (8/5): We really enjoyed those 2 days and found public transport to be excellent - The location was excellent in terms of access to the Acropolis museum and all kinds of eateries. We, a pair of 80year olds walked everywhere, including to Syntagma Square/metro station. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. The host was easily contacted and obliging. It was comfortable and had everything required for a longer stay but the shower room was rather cramped.
• Sara (9/5): Un 9/10 - L’appartamento si trova in una zona perfetta per visitare l’acropoli. Vicinissima alla metro e a varie fermate autobus, super fornita a livello di locali e ristoranti in cui fare colazione/ pranzo/ cena. L’host è stato gentilissimo dall’inizio del nostro viaggio e si è testo disponibile per ogni necessità. Nell’appartamento c’è tutto ciò che può servire. In più, è pulitissimo!! Purtroppo 2 note dolenti: il bagno veramente troppo piccolo (non ci si riesce a girare), che tra l’altro non ha una presa e quindi si è costretti ad asciugarsi i capelli in sala. Ed il rumore: essendo a livello strada praticamente si sente di tutto, ed i muri non sono per niente spessi quindi si sentono le persone nella parte sovrastante.
• Taís (8/5): - Localização excelente, próximo a Acrópoles, numa rua tranquila e num bairro muito simpático. É bem gostoso de caminhar e seguro. Próximo também de dois metrôs: Acrópoles e Singrou-fix. É muito fácil vir do aeroporto de metrô ou ônibus expresso, recomendo para quem quiser economizar. O quarto é espaçoso e contém uma cozinha bem equipada, tornando possível cozinhar. A cama é confortável, tem aquecedor que funciona bem, o que foi importante pois fui no inverno. O apartamento fica no térreo, mas não é uma rua que passe gente toda hora, então isso não incomodou. Tolis, o anfitrião, foi bastante solícito, manteve-se à disposição por whatsapp. O check-in foi feito facilmente. Há dois pontos negativos na hospedagem: o banheiro é bem pequeno e não há prateleiras no box, o que incomoda pois dificulta o manuseio de sabonetes. Isto porém não seria um impedimento para ficar no apartamento, pois é contornável. O principal problema é a vizinha do apartamento, como alguns outros hóspedes já comentaram. Quando eu li as opiniões aqui no Booking sobre a dona da sorveteria italiana não imaginei o que fosse isso. Trata-se de uma pessoa que tem uma sorveteria ao lado do apartamento, dividindo a mesma parede. A sorveteria não abre todo dia, somente a partir de quarta-feira. Fui no ano novo então só presenciei a sorveteria aberta de sexta-feira a domingo. Ela abre no meio da tarde e fica até a noite. Isto foi um grande incômodo. Na sexta-feira que cheguei mais cedo no apartamento, por volta das 19h pois precisava descansar, tive que ouvi-la cantando junto com os discos que ela coloca num volume muito alto até 23h30. No sábado foi a mesma coisa, mas sabendo deste inconveniente eu cheguei mais tarde e não atrapalhou tanto. No domingo, ela não estava com a música ligada. Como a sorveteria é do lado do apartamento, no mesmo nível em relação à rua, e a música e a cantoria são muito altos, parece que o barulho é no próprio apartamento. Relato isto em detalhes pois pode ser muito desagradável para alguns, sobretudo para quem vem a Atenas para fazer os passeios em sítios arqueológicos e museus, precisando portanto dormir e acordar cedo.

• Francesco (7/5): Ottima posizione - Struttura al piano terra che da su una strada del centro non troppo trafficata e posizionata in ottima posizione per vedere i vari siti archeologici e i musei. L’appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario. Per gli italiani è presente una macchinetta di caffè Nespreso. Host presente e molto simpatico.

• Olena (10/5): Затишні апартаменти в пішій доступності до головних памʼяток Афін - Гарне місцезнаходження, дуже близько до Акрополя, Агори та інших памʼяток архітектури. Привітний господар, який любʼязно відповів на всі запитання та готовий допомогти. Апартаменти обладнані всією необхідною технікою, кухонним приладдям та навіть спеціями. Після пізнього перельоту дуже смакував розчинний суп із шампіньйонів! Трохи шумно вночі.

• Lee Ann (8/5): Good one room accommodation - Front door street level, no stairs, easy access with keypad, neighbours in icecream shop and store next to that very kind and helpful. Host easy communication with advice and offers of help. Place clean n tidy, bed comfortable, tv, hair-dryer, iron, aircon and cooking facilities adequate with table to sit at for eating. 8 to 12 min walk to Parthenon, Acropolis Museum and shopping eating area. Bus stops very close or a short walk to the Metro. Grocery store and delicious Thai restaurant/ takeaway a 2min walk. Noise at night, ice cream shop and Cafe on the corner were well patronised from the late afternoon to the wee hours of the morning. Nice to see and hear music and young people enjoying life but it's very close n loud. Perhaps provide earplugs for sleeping??? Coffee machine but no coffee pods. Sensor light in main room was annoying. We had a good stay regardless n the room served us well 😃🤗 Thank you very much Tolis and to your kind neighbours 😊👍🏼

• Melissa (10/5): Perfect location & Nice Kitchenette - We loved the location. You also have a little kitchenette, which is perfect if you don’t always want to eat out. It was clean the bed was comfortable. If you are a light sleeper and are like me, get up naturally early, it was noisy. And that is with me using a white noise app.

Great host, very communicative and helpful.. couldn't ask for more. A little noisy late at night but just people enjoying themselves.. didnt feel uncomfortable.

• Seong (8/5): Very good - Close to Acropolis and Philopappos Hill right behind the house. Walking distance to Plaka. Convenient transportation... The next door is an ice cream shop, so the area is a bit noisy at night.
• Teagan (10/5): - Great location, within walking distance of the Acropolis. There were lots of restaurant options nearby and a short walk to Plaka for more. It was very clean and our host Tolis was always available and easy to get in contact with and made sure we had everything we needed during check in and throughout our stay. I would stay here again.
• K (9/5): Superb - Location was very good. Less than a 10 minute walk from the Acropolis and the train station. Close to restaurants, convenience stores, and other shops as well. The walls are very thin/ insulation is not good enough. Guests are able to hear pedestrians passing by, restaurant/bar customers talking, and the neighbors using their lockbox (which is right next to one of our windows). Also because the two windows open directly into the sidewalk, guest will pretty much need to keep the windows close if they want privacy.

• Made (9/5): Wonderful Athens - The set up was really good. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and so many thoughtful touches. Our host was super available and helpful. The location was perfect for our plans. Beyond his control was some of the noise at night, but not a deal breaker for us at all.

• Tiffany (10/5): Clean room with all you need in a charming neighborhood! - I booked this because the options in Plaka were too pricey for me. However, it ended up being a complete win, as this neighborhood (I think Koukaki) was just my vibe and precisely what I go for in an area. If I moved to Athens, I would want to live in this area because it is full of cafes, bars, and food options, but all on a chill, less touristy/nosy level. Okay, on to the room. It had everything that could be needed, especially for the kitchen. Also, I didn't need anything during my stay, but I felt the host would be responsive and accommodating if I had. Now, I consider this a like, but some might not. A gelato shop is next door; you can hear it all inside the apartment. However, the owner of the shop a fantastic voice and I enjoyed her singing, and they were never open late when I got back in from exploring. Yet, if you sleep early, this might not work for you. Oh, and if you stay here, get a sandwich from Guarantee down the street!

• Franksyness (10/5): Our week was amazing! - The Old City was around the corner, Acropolis, the ruins, interesting sites to visit all within a very easy walking distance (approx 10 mins). There were a lot of local independent stores, cafes, and late night restaurants/bars basically on the doorstep, so even if you did not want to go into the city, some cool places to shop or dine were super close. The studio apartment itself was spacious and had everything you might need. The bed was super comfy, and the shower/bathroom was very nice. There were plenty of clean sheets and towels. The host greeted us on the first day and brought us a cake and coffee capsules for the coffee machine, which we loved. He also messaged in the middle of our stay to check everything was all good and asked if we needed anything, he was very nice and very welcoming! It's a great couple getaway, super close to everything, which was very handy as we don't drive. We will definitely try to come back to this spot if we visit Athens again and have already recommended it to our friends and family, too. The location is a little busy during the evening due to the late night gelato/bar being next door and the apartment door being directly onto the street. Could get a bit loud in the evening, but it was easy for us to ignore, and there were never any problems.
