• Sophie (10/5): Amazing place - The property was so central and had an amazing pool of its own, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the owners were easily contactable when needed, would definitely reccomend!
• Sophie (1/5): Séjour catastrophique - Absolument rien, la maison est impropre à la location. Maison à la limite de l’insalubrité, moisissures sur les murs cachées par endroits par de la peinture, forte odeur d’humidité, présence de blattes et de cafards, peinture du plafond de la cuisine qui tombe en lambeaux sur le sol et le plan de travail, terrasse à l’étage dans un état déplorable de saleté, mégots de cigarettes dans la cour, certaines portes ne fermaient pas et globalement état de vétusté inacceptable des meubles (têtes de lits non fixées) et de la maison pour 2800€ la semaine. Première douche, la salle de bain était bouchée ce qui a causé une inondation au rez-de-chaussée. L’intervention rapide d’un technicien qui nous a reproché d’avoir laissé l’eau couler, ainsi que de 2 personnes pour le nettoyage n’a pas pu résoudre l’ensemble des problèmes rencontrés. Et il faut compter avec un Voisinage très bruyant! Nous sommes restés 2 heures dans cette maison, nous avons demandé dans les délais autorisés l’annulation gratuite de la location qui a été refusée par l’établissement et à ce jour nous attendons toujours un règlement du litige par Booking ! En effet l’établissement nous réclame de payer la valeur globale du séjour soit 2800 € alors que nous n’avons pas séjourné. Cette maison nous semble impropre à la location. Une maison avec des moisissures sur les murs ne doit pas être proposée à la location. Il a fallu trouver une solution de repli à nos frais alors que tout était complet dans la ville. Nous avons finalement trouvé des chambres dans 2 hôtels différents et contrairement à ce que dit l’établissement qui veut nous faire croire que l’île est partout très humide, nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème d’humidité ni odeur nauséabonde !!! Et pour finir, nous avons passé beaucoup trop de temps au téléphone à tenter de résoudre ce problème sans succès et à trouver des solutions pour se reloger, ce qui est très dur quand on attend ces vacances depuis longtemps !
• Jodie (4/5): - Disappointed. Despite appearing to be a lovely villa and pool, there were several disappointments with our stay. Firstly we discovered a major cockroach problem possibly due to large gap under front door, with some evenings up to 5 cockroaches including in downstairs bedroom. The villa was not properly cleaned upon our arrival with some sticky red substance left on the side of the swimming pool which stained clothing. Worst of all, the neighbour was very aggressive and threatening when we made some noise having fun in the swimming pool and clearly does not like tourists ‘in his country’ or any noise above a very quiet level. The air conditioning also appeared to be on a timer and could not be manually controlled or turned on/off until after 7pm. As well as this, the Villa itself was not in a great state, with doors broken and peeling paint on the ceilings. It was tricky to close any of the doors quietly and the downstairs bedroom led to the garden so was inevitably used as a passage way. If these issues were fixed, the location is excellent and the area/proximity to amenities and lovely beaches is ideal.

• Susan (8/5): It ticked all the boxes and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - The afternoon air conditioning was very much appreciated. There was no electric kettle on arrival but it was replaced as soon as possible after it had been reported. Though the villa was very comfortable, there could have been another mirror, other than the those in the bathrooms. To have a 'welcome box' with small amounts of the basics would have been appreciated. To have had adjustable shutters would have allowed more daylight in withot having to open windows to fully open the shutters.
