• Toni (8/5): Mukava reissu kaveriporukalla - Sijainti kohtuu hyvä. Sängyt ja petivaatteet ihan mukavat. Parkkipaikka ahdas ja täynnä. Tuolit huonossa kunnossa ja untuvatyynyistä levisi untuvia. Yhden makuuhuoneen termostaatti oli rikki hohkasi kuumaa.

• Rachel Ann (7/5): Clean flat with well-equipped kitchen in neglected building - Apartment was clean and had well-equipped kitchen. We had no problem finding a parking space and location was good for us. Entry system with code on door handle was easy and convenient. Bedroom has no window which makes it too warm and stuffy. Provided linens were lacking, e.g. only one pillow case per person, although there are two pillows per person provided, no hand towel or tea towel for kitchen The building itself was not well kept. The hallways had rubbish on the floor and bags of laundry for several days. An alarm was constantly going off in the entryway and somewhere near the ski storage. The host was not responsive, we never got the correct padlock code for the ski storage. For the price would expect something a bit better maintained.

• Kerry (9/5): Fabulous location , lovely cosy and clean apartment, fab communication from host and everything we needed for a fabulous - Clean and everything we needed and as described . Loved the key code entry system so no losing key cards or keys ! Next to a supermarket so handy for shopping , 5 min walk to Levi restaurants and bars and Zero Point for skiing. Good cupboard storage and space for 4 adults and our clothes Nothing ! Only slight improvement would be more pillows on beds as we like a couple each but that’s a personal thing - there were a couple of spares but 2 for each bed would be perfect.

Perfect for a family of 4 and close to all amenities and slopes! Nothing really! An extra comfy chair would’ve been nice as only one sofa and hard chair!

• Anette (9/5): Piacevole - Posizione centrale Sauna in appartamento Parcheggio vicino Pulizia! Un giorno abbiamo aperto le finestre per cambiare l’area e volava la polvere che c’era sopra ogni armadio e sotto il divano. Quando siamo arrivati c’erano bottiglie di vino vuote nell’armadio, cartone di pizza su balcone e tutte le stoviglie sporche in lavastoviglie. Per 5 persone la grandezza delle pentole e’ sono sufficiente. Avere le istruzioni di come accendere la sauna sarebbe utile.

• Jon (9/5): Comfortable stay in great location - Very comfortable and spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. Drying closet, sauna and Nespresso machine added extra comfort. Good location just next to a big supermarket and 10min walk from the centre and the slopes. Very minor details such as oven not cleaned after previous users.
• Olive (9/5): Fantastic comfortable apartment, great location , everything needed for a lovely stay - Loved the apartment , had everything we needed for cooking, beds very comfortable, smart tv, lots of condiments left which was really handy . S market shop right across the road. 10 mins walk to slopes / centre. Able to contact host easily and they were very helpful Only minor but as beds look made up with throws / pillows didn’t realise that we had to make them until we were getting into bed😩do think this should be included.

• Ivan (8/5): Un soggiorno Rilassante - Posizione della struttura, la sauna, nel complesso l'appartamento è luminoso e completo di ogni necessario, nel piano interrato c'è anche un ambiente destinato al deposito degli accessori vari, bicicletta, sci ecc. Non c'è il lucchetto per chiudere i propri materiali, cosa che invece viene scritta come presente e viene indicata anche la combinazione per aprirlo. Unica nota negativa, l'host non è presente e questo, a mio avviso, è una pecca perché non può visionare le pulizie. L'alloggio non era pulitissimo, in bagno scarico lavandino intasato, tappeti con sporcizia, materassi e biancheria che lasciano il tempo che trovano.

Loved that we were close to everything and had our own space Although clean- I do feel it could have done with a deeper clean, one of the chairs was broken, the bed throw dirty and an old squished spider on the door frame, they offered to come sort but we said we didn’t need the chair or throw so Didn’t want to sort whilst there. Overall it’s a brill property just needed a better clean

The apartment was very clean, quiet, and an excellent spot to rest and recharge between busy workdays. Everything I needed was there — a fully equipped kitchen with even some spices provided, which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful enough to truly relax. The parking space was a huge plus, and I really appreciated the keyless entry with a number lock — super convenient! The beds and linens were very comfortable, and the large, soft towels were another nice detail. The owner was friendly and responded quickly whenever there was a need. Overall, a perfect stay. I would happily return and highly recommend it! Overall, a perfect stay — I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Ease of entrance to apartment using code. Easy to contact owner- reply within minutes. Amazing stay - highly recommend! Liked everything about it.

Keittiötyövälineitä oli liian vähän, jos halusi itse kokkailla, mm.kapustoja ei ollut ollenkaan. Suihkuseinä olisi voinut olla pidempi tai suihku toisella seinällä. Suihkussa ollessa vesi kasteli koko kylpyhuoneen. Wc oli siis samoissa tiloissa.

• Laura (9/5): Lovely modern apartment great for a small family - Great property. Clean and modern with all the comforts you need for a small family. A little further out of town than we would have liked.
• Amanda (8/5): Very good - Property was cosy but enough space for our family if 4. Location was very good and we were able to get parked easily. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space to store clothing. Drying cupboard was an added bonus for us. We gad some issues with the wifi and smart tv on 3 of the 5 days we stayed here. This may not be a problem for many but with a young family we relied on this for evenings when they had been out all day sledging and taking part in activities. More cooking utensils and pots would have been helpful with some instructions on how to use the oven, etc. Instructions for the heating would have been useful. We tried to turn it off as it was so warm but our attempts didn’t work.

It was close to the main supermarket and only a five minute walk into town There is a free storage unit for the apartment in the basement for checkout day. Such a great extra if your flight is late in the day. I really don’t have any complaints

Car park was chaotic, people parking poorly in the allotted area meant we had to park elsewhere ; they took up more than one spot etc. Was annoying with big luggage etc. Not a real friendly vibe around the building.

No information about WiFi code, or hoe to use the sauna, so had to message each time. The apartment was quite warm at.night and couldn’t really get the temperature as low as we’d like.

• Natalie (7/5): Modern property but lots of faults and would not stay again due to noise, and poorly monitored property with other guest - Modern, good location. 1. Neighbours very loud you can hear everything- slamming doors, dragging chairs across the floor. Shouting and being ridiculously loud at night. This is advertised for families yet having the children kept awake till gone midnight with noise and then woken at 7am not acceptable. No staff on site to complain to or monitor. 2. Car parking limited. Snow is not regularly ploughed like the other accommodation in the road. Making the parking spots difficult to use. Could not get the electric points to work. One morning our car had been unplugged but we are not sure who by. 3. Linen - we paid for the clean and linen package. Towels are 1 per person, not really enough when her for longer than 1 night. 4. No welcome pack or instructions how to use the sauna. I had to contact booking.com to get the information which was easily done, but there should have been a manual in the property which was not checked by the staff after last guests left.
