• Evie (10/5): I couldn't think of anything to say that would make our stay better. It was perfect! - The location is exceptional and the apartment was very clean. The host is extremely thoughtful and left balloons for my partner's birthday. It's got everything you need for a comfortable stay and we would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable apartment a stone's throw from Marbella Old Town.
• wolfgangpue (10/5): Perfektes und geräumiges Apartment in der Innenstadt. - War im März dort. Wohnung wurde auf kuschelige Temperaturen geheizt. Wir haben uns gleich mal selbst ausgesperrt aus der Wohnung. Hab den falschen Schlüssel mitgenommen, aber war kein Problem. Innerhalb 10min war Roberto da und hat uns wieder reingelassen. Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Balkon ist auf der Innenseite, man bekommt vom Straßenlärm nichts mit und innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten ist man schon in der Altstadt.

• Oleg (10/5): An ideal large, clean, beautiful apartment with an ideal location, an ideal combination of price and - Our stay in this apartment was magical! We will definitely be back! The owner, Luigi, was always available, very kind, and gave really helpful advice on accommodations. In Marbella, we were hosted by his representative, Emanuela. Special thanks to Emanuela. She was also very kind, always available, and promptly resolved all our problems. In particular, when a problem arose with a broken elevator in the parking lot, she and Luigi were able to quickly resolve the issue within 24 hours by providing us with keys to a different elevator, despite the fact that it was a weekend and a holiday, which was clearly not an easy task. Before receiving the keys, they arranged and paid for our parking in the building next door. Respect and gratitude for such an approach to business and customer service. We stayed from January 2nd to 13th. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. The apartment was warm. It is very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Consumables were simply in abundance. Special thanks for the welcome drinks and even food. I especially loved the double bed. It was incredibly comfortable, the mattress was perfect, and the pillows and duvet were lovely. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has three air conditioners, allowing you to perfectly adjust the climate. The location deserves special mention. It's simply perfect! It's close to everything Marbella has to offer, including the bus station for connections to other Andalusian cities. Thanks again to Luigi and Emanuela! Nothing.

• Michael (10/5): - Perfect location for the old town, clean and well equipped, liked that there was coffee and milk there for us. Communication was excellent. Great place as a base for a couple near the old town.
• Zuffetti (8/5): Ottima esperienza - Appartamento bello grande con 2 camere da letto indipendenti e 1 bagno. Cucina dotata di tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Ottima posizione, tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro storico e al lungo mare. Emanuela e Luigi sono stati host molto attenti e premurosi dandoci consigli e informazioni essenziali. Le tende in camera da letto e in soggiorno non oscurano, di conseguenza entra molta luce nell’appartamento. Personalmente mi ha dato particolarmente fastidio e ho dovuto comprare una mascherina da notte per poter dormire.

The street was extremely quiet which made for a good night sleep. Couldn’t fault this property and will 100% be back! Extremely well equipped. Absolutely nothing! It was perfect
• Mark (9/5): An absolute find, very reasonable rates, everything you would expect. - The apartment is a very easy 15 mins (downhill) walk form the bus station in in Marbella, and is a 7 mins or so walk to the beach, there are lots of fantastic places to eat really nearby, literally 2 minutes from the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, we actually did not spend very much time here as there was so much to see and do in the local area. Super friendly host gave great tips on where to eat and checked in with us a couple of times to ensure we were happy with our stay. We were! The apartment is in a really quiet courtyard type of area. Only one small issue was that because of the central staircase there was a little bit of noise in the evenings of some neighbours coming back late, making noise in the stairwell doors slamming etc but this was just due to the design of the older style building and didn't really affect us so much. It would not put me off returning to this property. But for some people may be an issue?
• Mariia (8/5): nice apartment with some maintanence needed - good location and hosts a lot of towels snacks on arrivals even though the location is directly in city center, it was pretty quiet - much noise from the street door in bathroom was broken (was not sliding properly while opening), even though it was told us it would be fixed asap, it was not during our whole stay. also, the sliding door to toilet doesn’t ensure soundproof which means you zero privacy. curtains are not blackout. shower is not comfortable, lower one doesn’t have proper holder and keeps falling down. most importantly, they charge you additional 25 eur for checking in after 20:00, and i don’t think it’s clearly mentioned while booking, i just got this message couple of days before the stay and it was not possible to cancel anymore.

• Angela (10/5): Everything about this place was excellent - Excellent hosts! Very responsive, attentive, cordial, accommodating, warm. The apartment is located in the heart of town next to the old city. Very convenient as it was next to pharmacies, shopping centers, nail and hair salons, restaurants, taxi stops and the beach! The apartment it self was extraordinarily clean—-which my family and I place extra attention to. Lots of towels were provided as well as other necessary items such as iron table and iron. The A/C worked well. Kitchen items and cooking utensils were abundant. Despite the apartment being in the heart of town, it is positioned in a quiet square. There was also a very delicious and inexpensive restaurant in the square called “La Casa di Giorgio” which i highly recommend. In conclusion, I was very pleased with Rose Marbella. The only negative I can give is that we wanted to extend our stay at Rose Marbella but it was already booked!
