• Jean (8/5): logement agréable sauf en été, proche de toutes commodités et de la gare - l'ensemble du logement est fonctionnel, propre, bien équipé en mobilier, matériel électro-ménager et WIFI TV décoration agréable par beau temps et forte chaleur à l'extérieur l'été, la pièce de séjour-cuisine est invivable du fait des stores exposés au soleil durant toute l'après midi qui se sont transformés en radiateurs rayonnants aggravé par l'absence de ventilateur, donc pièce utilisée que le matin pour le petit déjeuner, écoulement du lavabo très lent du fait du siphon obstrué,

• George (1/5): Absolutely awful. - This property was abysmal. Do not stay here. It wreaked of damp everywhere and there was ants everywhere. Was so disgusting we left within 20 minutes. Now the property are refusing any compensation despite the poor hygiene standards. Even if this is the last place available do not book it.
• Amy (9/5): Very good place to stay, close to public transport links and local shops. - Location was great and very close to train station which we needed to get to every day. Good shower, decent sofa bed and good sized rooms/beds. Good place for a hub to get to local attractions if you aren't in most of the day and very good price. Good communication from host when needed. Easy to get keys. Clean overall and extra toilet paper/kitchen roll etc. Bin provided and good size fridge/freezer and cooker etc The fridge was clean but smelled fishy, the counter tops have all been varnished and feel sticky but again it's clean so don't mind. For 5 people there was only one normal drinking glass - the rest was mugs and champagne glasses. One of the bedrooms blinds were broken. Would have preferred some bigger towels too. The street was quite noisy if you are on the sofa bed but it's London so that's to be expected!
• Grace (8/5): I really enjoyed my stay here I felt secure and very happy with the home, it made my weekend great - I liked the kitchen living room set up, I loved the bedrooms and shower and also the washing machine with a dryer was a life saver
• Sabrina (1/5): Never again - 👎 Was told there is parking facility at the front of the house , our car barely fitted in the drive . Going in to the property a load of mail dust windows blinds all shut. The place did not look like it had been cleaned for a while . Mould in the kettle . Tv on the wall did not work. Cushions dirty . Beds , two single beds combined into a double , super uncomfortable worn out mattresses . Bedroom blind did not open , noticed the trash and the over grown garden in the back . Kitchen units full of dust marks all over like they have never been cleaned . Could not work the heating facility the first night was freezing , second night someone came to put heating on then we couldn’t turn it off it was complicated! WiFi could not connect . Not a nice area to stay in very sketchy .
• Candid (8/5): Good value spot to stay for Dulwich area - Parking on house front patio is very convenient. Easy entrance. Plenty of space in the flat. Two couples fot very comfortably. Very functional bathroom. Kitchen well-equipped. All required channels on TV. The flat is largely characterless. Despite getting instructions, we couldn't get the heating to work. Iron but no ironing board. Bed in back bedroom is large but quite worn and saggy.
• A (7/5): Pleasant stay - Clean, good size, good location for Peckham visit. Good response to request for help. Small things such as dining chairs needed to be tightened up, headboard should have been screwed onto bed, there was only one dishwasher tablet left and a touch of paint on some of the scratches would make it look better. Would have liked written instructions for how to use cooker, microwave, tv etc rather than a video. The music on the video drowned out the speech so instructions are inaudible.
• Alabi (1/5): Terrible! - Property was not ready. I had to wait outside waiting for the place to be cleaned. So many issues; here are a few: 1. The outside looked like a bush. It was dirty, and I thought the property was abandoned. 2. The coffee maker had mold, and there was black mold in the bathroom as well. 3. The blinds were not in place in one of the rooms. I had to get someone to come fix them because I couldn’t sleep, and the host wasn’t responding when I sent messages. 4. The hot water wasn’t hot enough, so I had to boil water with the kettle and buy a bucket to take a bath. 5. While I was in the bathroom, the so-called cleaner came into the apartment. I was so shocked, I almost called the police. The list goes on!

• Laura (10/5): Safe, clean, comfortable flat w/ space to relax, nearby train or bus to London, great for families! - Ten minute walk from train station or bus station. Grocery store closeby. Neighborhood park for families to relax with children. Quiet area. Dedicated parking space. Safe neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Washer worked well. Fridge is huge. It was all very good.
• Mdudusi (7/5): Our stay was good though we were not happy with some of the things - The place was clean The beds were terrible, the owner must consider changing mattresses, some window rails were not opening in one of the bedroom, the outside yard did not look clean, We failed to switch on the TV, they need to print out the wifi logins and paste it somewhere in the house. They need to have a checklist,since they hold a security deposit, so people can check what is working or not when they check-in, how will they determine something is working or not without the checklist, it is fair when they have a checklist and someone from their company to confirm that,it is not a responsibility for guests to be taking pictures and videos, that can happen on the check in time with their caretaker.

• Clariza (1/5): Bad - Nothing Dust everywhere, sticky worktop, uncleaned sink, toilet seat, hallway, etc. The bedroom door handle was broken. All window blinds don't work. Small garden in front of the apartment was full of weeds. Dead bed bug on the bed, stain on walls and bedsheet. Towel etc. Extremely disappointing and the area is not good. Unfortunately we had to stay here for three nights as it's non refundable.

• Jasmine (9/5): Great for a weekend in London with friends - Easy access, friendly hosts and clear communication. When we had an issue we had someone round to fix it almost immediately. Location is easy access from the station. Clean, tidy and warm. Id Definitely recommend the accomodation, my only comment would be that you could feel springs through a couple of the mattresses and that the downstairs flat hasn't been done up yet so the views to the rear and sides of the building are definitely not attractive, but if you shut the blinds you don't notice.
• Wang (8/5): Very good - Spacious, comfortable, quiet and a great value for a bigger party. About a 12 minute walk from peckham rye station. Unfortunately the wifi was broken when we were there which seemed like the telecom company's fault. The area can be a bit sketchy at night, don't get lost and accidentally walk into council housing.

• Claudia (10/5): I really like the property. Beds are comfortable and it's spacious. - It's in a quiet residence area so no noise pollution. Location-wise, it's about 12-15 minutes walk to Peckham Rye station but there are bus stops about 7 minutes away. There is also Peckham bus station about 7-12 minutes walk from property so not too bad. I wish there were bin bags and washing up stuff so we could clean up after ourselves.
• Fabin (8/5): Very good - It is good stay at great location in London for the budget. Bed sheets weren't that clean, otherwise it is all ok.
