• Conor (10/5): Great hosts and house - Thank you Marcial and Iciar. Great helpful hosts. We had 2 small children with us and a lot of luggage. Marcial and Iciar kindly brought us to and from the airport. We had so much luggage that 2 cars were needed but it was no problem. Lovely clean and spacious property. Great outdoor area with private pool which was cleaned twice by Iciar during our stay. Perfect location across the footpath from the beach. Easy walk to restaurants on the promenade. Easy 3km cycle to Arrecife. Footpath and cycle path all the way from outside the property to Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen in the other direction. No negatives. Everything was perfect.

• Jemma (10/5): Relaxing family holiday - We’ve just had a lovely family holiday at Villa ConchaMar Ocean beach in Playa Honda, Lanzarote, all five of us, Iciar and marci were lovely and very hospitable they even dropped us off at the airport , honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The villa was perfect — really clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with a shopping mall just a short walk away with a large supermarket and lots of useful shops like H&M, sports shops, Burger King, KFC, and more. It’s also right near the beach, where there are some lovely seafront restaurants, perfect for relaxing walks and enjoying meals by the sea. Everything was so easy and convenient for our family, which made the holiday even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a fantastic location.
• Hector (10/5): Un séjour très agréable dans une maison où nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis très à l’aise - Localisation très pratique(juste à côté de l’aéroport, centrale, facile de se garer) et en même temps très mignonne (charmant, avec la plage juste devant et une très agréable promenade le long de la côte). La maison est très bien meublée et aménagée, avec tous les équipements nécessaires, un jardin très bien agencé et une piscine privée. Nous nous y sommes sentis tout de suite très à l’aise. Iciar a été d’une grande gentillesse, très réactive et chaleureuse. Rien, tout était parfait.

Die - Die Unterkunft war sehr ansprechend gestaltet und sehr sauber! Die Ausstattung war gehoben und es fehlte uns an nichts! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich! Alles top!

Best holiday apartment, best hosts! - We were contacted by Marci on our arrival day and he kindly offered to collect us from Costa teguise, an unexpected and lovely gesture. We then met Iciar at the property who welcomed us and showed us around. Everything about our experience was exceptional, the hosts-amazingly nice, kind and friendly people who go the extra mile for their guests. The house- beautiful, spacious, clean inside and out and has everything you need. The area- brilliant for a nice relaxing break, local shops and restaurants nearby and can easily access busier areas such as Puerto de Carmen by public transport. On checkout day Iciar came for the keys and they very kindly stored our luggage as our flight home was later in the day. Marci then collected us and dropped us at the airport, which again was so kind and thoughtful. We will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone ❤️ Absolutely nothing not to like - we got five star treatment from the lovely hosts.

Liebevoll eingerichtet mit einer tollen Terrasse und Pool. Die Gastgeber sind ein Traum und lesen einem proaktiv jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Alles perfekt

• Maria Carolina (9/5): Escapada perfecta. - La villa está ubicada en un sitio ideal, muy cerca de la playa y con un paseo maritimo encantador desde el que puedes llegar a la zona de restauración y disfrutar de un almuerzo o cena viendo el atardecer. Estrategicamente situada para visitar los sitios turísticos de Lanzarote. En cuento al alojamiento está totalmente equipado, no sientes que le falte nada. Entra mucha luz, es amplia y está decorada con gusto. Es una urbanización muy tranquila para el descanso. Sin duda lo elegiré de nuevo si vuelvo a la isla. Todo perfecto.

• Rebecca (9/5): - Beautiful, modern villa with brilliant outdoor space. Close to the supermarket and 1 min walk down to the sea front where there are numerous restaurants and bars. Host is really attentive and helpful with any questions we had and even picked us up from the airport! The only thing letting the villa down is the tiny shower room which was a struggle with 4 adults. The main bathroom only has a bath. Worth noting that one of the rooms is interconnecting but not an issue for us as our son slept in that room adjoining ours and only one bedroom has aircon.

La terraza es muy amplia y con la piscina dan ganas de quedarse ahí todo el día! Las habitaciones muy cómodas y la ubicación es perfecta. Además, Marci e Iciar son muy atentos y agradables. • martin (9/5): Didn’t want to come home! - Fantastic Villa, very clean and comfortable. Outside area is exceptional and the pool is lovely. Great location right on the beach and a short walk to seafront bars and restaurants. Superb supermarket a 10min walk away. Marcial and Icea looked after us so well. Always available and went above and beyond to make sure we were assisted. This included free collection and transport to the airport (even at 5 in the morning). Would highly recommend. Only shower room quite small. WiFi was very weak.

• ELMA (8/5): Perfecto para desconectar - La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la playa y con restaurantes cerca de calidad . La casa tiene todas las comodidades , la piscina y terraza son únicos . No hay cobertura en la zona y el wifi es inestable, en 10 días más de la mitad estuvo sin funcionar . Es recomendable que pidas una llave más , a nosotros solo nos dejaron un juego y la puerta de la urbanización se abre también con ellas , un lío .
• Margaret (10/5): Perfect Holiday - Beautiful villa, we loved our stay and the hosts Marcial and Iciar were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us. We arrived late and Iciar was waiting for us with a lovely gift hamper fruit and wine. Marcial is such a lovely man, he took us, my son and girlfriend to the airport, we couldn't have had a better holiday and the hosts contributed to this. The villa has everything you need and is spotless. Liked everything, nothing to complain about..

Playa Honda is a fantastic mix of nice restaurants and a quiet pace of life. 10/10 from us and we would not hesitate to return. All perfect.

• Rachelle (10/5): Exceptional - This was, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had through Booking and Airbnb! Marci is an exceptional host, and his colleague Iciar was just as incredible. They went above and beyond to help me pull off a surprise for my friend's birthday on the day we arrived. I had only asked if I could PayPal money for a couple of balloons and a bottle of bubbles, but they completely exceeded my expectations—my friend arrived with a cake, candles, a ton of balloons, and even a bottle of Prosecco. Talk about a thoughtful and unforgettable surprise! She loved her surprise and even said it was the best birthday in a very long time! The accommodation was fantastic, and I’m already planning to return with my husband for a relaxing vacation. Next time, I’ll rent a car to explore more of the island, but for those without one, taxis are easily accessible near the Deiland shopping center—just look for the blue taxi sign. We took taxis to Puerto del Carmen twice for shopping and dining, but we also loved strolling along the beachfront and discovering great restaurants along the way. I highly recommend staying here! If you’re looking for outstanding hospitality, a great location, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place.

It features a beautiful pool and a lovely outdoor area, complemented by stunning views from the terrace. The property is conveniently situated near shopping centers, restaurants, and the seaside, making it an ideal location for a holiday. Marci and Lciar delivered exceptional customer service, being both friendly and professional throughout our stay. • Paul (10/5): Everything was perfect ! - This is an amazing villa in a good location and a host that is attentive to your every needs. We enjoyed a super relaxing week here. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything you need to self cater. The location is perfectly situated near the beach and promenade for some lovely walks to Arrecife and Matagorda. There is a supermarket nearby for essentials and an amazing restaurant near by called La Opera. Marcel is the perfect host and nothing is too much trouble for him to ensure his guests have the perfect stay. Thank you Marcel. We shall be back ! Everything was exceptional !
• Nuala (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely stunning Villa in a lovely peaceful location, but still close to shops and restaurants. Taxi and bus stop also nearby to go into Peurto del Carmen or other parts of the island. Every day we walked along the shoreline pathway which is just outside the Villa. This was really enjoyable in the Lanzarote sunshine and we stopped off in little cafes along the way for refreshments. Marci was a fantastic host, facilitating early access to the Villa. He also dropped us to the airport which was greatly appreciated. The Villa is spotless and has all mod cons, with a lovely welcome pack included. I've been coming to Lanzarote for 20 years and I can absolutely say this is one of the best, if not the best place I've ever stayed. We will definitely be back! Loved it all!
