• Klaus (10/5): Traumhaft! - Wirklich ein Traum, wir können nur Positives berichten: Der persönliche freundliche Empfang, das hervoragende Essen von Küchenchef Achim Braitsch (eigentlich mindestens 1 Stern wert!!), die Zimmerausstattung (wir erhielten ein Upgrade), das traumhafte Frühstück (wird am Platz serviert und ist beste Qualität), der perfekte unaufdringliche Service, die Lage und das Anwesen insgesamt..... Zugegeben, es hat seinen Preis. Aber wir können nur jeden empfehlen, sich das mal zu gönnen.

Aamupala oli todella hyvä, kuten ravintolaillallinen. Ihmiset tekivät tästä hotellista hienon kokemuksen. Viinilista ei tukenut ravintolan tasoa ja suppea. Tosin kiitos, että saimme toisena iltana listan ulkopuolelta makuumme sopivan punaviinin.

• Anne (10/5): Le luxe à la campagne ! - Hôtel magnifique au milieu de la campagne, beaucoup de charme, ne pas hésiter à tester le spa (malheureusement payant) Excellent petit déjeuner ! Nous étions seuls dans l'hôtel et le restaurant était fermé. Pas de restaurant alentour : Heureusement un food truc était installé au village le plus proche : fermeture à 18H00 !
• Heli (8/5): this place is a treasure... - I have visited several times previously. The location and ambience never fail to delight. The hot tub experience is always a highlight as is the restaurant meal. My son enjoyed his massage and the morning yoga session. There is a sense of a need for love. Some paint externally.... rethink the formula somehow. Have some of the senior experienced staff gone? Both front desk and restaurant personnel are working there but not evidently committed.

• Lies (9/5): Deconnect in true luxury and nature - Very nice domain, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast Restaurant: plant-based menu is really unique (probably only chef in estonia that call pull this off) and food is fair price/quality Balcony chairs are tiny and wobbling, not suitable for reading. Walls are a bit thin (but few walls would be able to soundproof the wall-knocking children we had next doors). Restaurant: wine pairing was over priced, since you get very small glasses and no explanation (re pairing choice or country or origin). Conservative wine choices. Lack of sommelier.
• Olga (9/5): Romance and exceptional service. - Amazing property, I have been there before on several occasions. Bathroom in the main building was not clean and stands out as poorly taken care of compared to all other facilities.
• Katrin (7/5): Good - Spa was very lovely and massage was very good. Quite expensive, but I really liked it! The room was close to breakfast area and quite a lot of noise that woke up in the early morning. Bathroom was very cold and not well cleaned.

• Marina (9/5): It's a wonderful place for peaceful and quiet vacation. - Wonderful location. Perfect combination of peace and infrastructure. People, rooms, food, spa - everything was at a very good level. Slow pace helped us relax and disconnect. We will surely come back! I would comment only 2 things to be improved: - minimum time for a wooden sauna should start from 1,5 hours. 1 hour is not enough - I would appreciate more flexibility with the food menu at Alexander restaurant. I was feeling unwell and instead of cancelling few of my plates my husband was proposed to eat double portions. That was not something we expected.

• Miika (9/5): Excellent, upscale place to relax, but if you are after activities, this is not your place - Beginning with the staff, simply amazing. Couldn't wish for more from the service. The facilities and room are also excellent as well as the restaurant. The breakfast their offer: haven't had anywhere better! But what to do in the premise then: basically there is no other activities than the private spa. If the Spa would be open for guests (not only by appointment for treatments), this would be 10.

• Sebastien (9/5): Incredible of experience for nature lovers looking for a little peace of heaven to explore - The incredible location of the hotel, at the very end of Muhu in a picture perfect piece of land by the sea. The rooms were beautiful, the bed unbelievably soft. The staff is pleasant, has an eye for details and is very helpful. From the ladies at the entrance to the breakfast service. (A special thanks to Bilal our waiter for his incredible sense of humour and politeness). Our stay at Padaste was magical and walking around the manor both in the evening through the vegetable garden or in the morning by the sea made it all the more relaxing. I recommend the morning yoga/stretching session which is a perfect way to start the day before heading to breakfast. This is not much to dislike in such a wonderful place. The only interaction that was a little uncomfortable was the visit of the owner at our breakfast table in the morning. While a simple "I hope you are doing well, enjoy your stay" would have been enough, he decided to start to telling my family about his life and opinions on life in Estonia while we were trying to enjoy our breakfast together. - A touch of EQ would have been appreciated. Aside from this, nothing to throw away, beautiful place for a magical moment!

• Amanda (10/5): Would return in a heartbeat! - Staff were amazing- level of service was superb. We were also blessed with a room upgrade- massive room, the most comfortable beds and facilities. So very clean. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Food was breathtaking- breakfast wide and varied (and more than we could eat as our eyes were larger than our stomachs). Dinner at Alexander was superb and not to be missed.

• Hettel (9/5): Rustic looks with a taste of luxury - Our room in the main building was very nice and well functioning. We loved the restaurant - the food was really great and service top. Spa procedures were though my absolute favorite - knowledgeable and good service with a very nice relax option after the procedures. Thank you! Sadly our family who stayed over in one of the side buildings suffered under several hick-ups, such as lack of warm water, electricity plugs not functioning and misfunctioning fridge. Though these things did not happen in our room, they still effected our joint vacation flow to an extent. A luxury hotel cannot afford such mishaps.

• Tomas (8/5): Very good - Very nice, silent and cozy place, professional staff in the main restaurant and reception. When you charge almost 400EUR per night for the room, maximum comfort and professionalism is expected, so details comes into the game: - Teenagers working in the secondary restaurant and other areas helps hotel to keep costs down, but lack of experience and knowledge brings service level down. For example its completely normal to not know beer styles for teen, who takes an order for it, but its not normal to get such service for customer, when he pays 10EUR per small bottle of local beer. - In some areas of the main building parts of painting felt down and it looks strange for such luxury place. - When you ask your customer to commit day in advance for the dinner at the price of 110+ EUR per person with the promise of "every day different menu", it should be as promised. Not the same main course and appetizers every day. - King size bed, having two separate mattress is very uncomfortable when you find yourself sleeping in the middle of the bed in the midnight. - Last and the most impressive: you can get only regular black coffee on the breakfast included. If you want cappuccino - you should pay extra. Once again: pay extra for the cappuccino in the hotel of this price level. Unbelievable
