• Robinson omar (2/5): - Lo mas horrible de paris, hasta baratas en la habitacion, baños asqueroso, los compartidos estan fuera de la habitacion , no ponen toalla, no hacen aseo, mucho ruido en la noche y madrugada, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

• Nathalie (4/5): - Pas de façade d'hôtel, il faut entrer dans un couloir, monter un escalier avant de trouver l'accueil dans une salle étroite. La saleté des les premières marches d'escaliers fait peur. La porte de la chambre était entrouverte ! Le lit était bien présenté et neuf : l'emballage (plastique et carton) était encore en place sur le sommier !! IL N'Y A PAS DE TOILETTES DANS LA CHAMBRE mais au demi-étage (très sales). La chambre était plutôt sale, le rideau de douche douteux et collant à la peau, le rideau occultant la lumière ne l'était pas. Pourquoi avoir mis 2 étagères au dessus du lavabo aussi hautes et donc inaccessibles ? Les cintres sont parvenus à abimer 2 de mes pulls en laine. Le personnel est par contre très gentil.

Las mate y las Heche a la tasa del baño el baño asqueroso no hay otra palabra de hecho no lo ocupe más que para lavarme los dientes porque se tira toda el agua. Le comenté a la recepcionista y en la noche otra vez lo mismo en cucarachas en las paredes baje le dije al encargado y me dijo que no tenían otra habitación por supuesto que a las 12 no iba encontrar otro lugar. De plano me salí a las 8 am para buscar otro lugar. La luz de la habitación se prende y apaga sola y la del baño no prende. Es un asco este lugar.

The room had stains that made me itch, you could hear all the sounds from the hallway, the tv didn’t work, I refused to even use the shower because of the weird smells coming from it. I definately do not think what I paid for was what I got and will never be staying here again.

Not worth the payment for 3 star. **Issues Encountered:** - No lift. - The shower and toilet facilities were not clean. - The toilet door handle and light were not functioning; I reported this issue, but no action was taken. - The television was not working. - Additionally, chocolates for present that were left in the room 14 pieces were gone missing. -City tax was confusingly overcharged with incorrect change. The only positive aspect of our stay was the location.

Not much furniture besides a bed, unreliable lighting that went off wvery few minutes but always came on again, , no light in the bathroom, no air-conditioning, fifth-floor (US) walk up, but perfectly okay. I would go there again.

There are definitely better hostels in Paris for the price— the sheets were dirty and the bathroom situation was atrocious (it was the size of an airplane bathroom and gross with an EXTREMELY slippery shower). The room was quite warm but we were provided a fan by hotel staff that made it okay. Contrary to prior reviews, hotel staff was helpful and friendly and accommodated us leaving bags before check in and facilitated an early check out. A fine place to stay if you don’t mind an untidy room on the 4th floor (lots of stairs, not accessible as there is no elevator).

• Nicole (8/5): Voyage d'affaires - Mon séjour dans l'ensemble c'est bien passé. En voyage d'affaire les 3 jours à l'hôtel se sont vite déroulés. Le personnel était disponible et à l'écoute du client. Petit bémol la lumière du coin lavabo ne fonctionnait pas et j'ai eu du mal à me maquiller et à me coiffer. Hôtel bien situé auprès de toutes les commodités.

The toilet and shower were the size of my small bathtub in NYC, but the smell was worse. The staff was cordial, but I didn’t want to even look at their faces. The smell in the room was offensive. It is a rundown place with very basic rooms and shared bathrooms, but it is in a very convenient location.

• Guillermo (2/5): - Estuve en lugares malos en Europa, pero este fue de los más terribles. La ubicacion no era mals, pero las instalaciones eran tétricas. El baño en la habitación era nefasto, un agregado de último momento con una improvisación sorprendente. Y para colmo, al llegar no nos respetaron el precio pagado en expedia. Tuvimos que reclamar y luego de 1 hora expedia se hizo cargo y nos abonó la diferencia. No pudimos llegar el día pactado ya que los trenes estuvieron cancelados todo el día, llamamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que no había problema en llegar al otro día. Pero al llegar, nos cobraron un no show y cancelaron la reserva. Pésima experiencia en París con el hotel.

• Thomas (2/5): Not that great - It is maximum a 0,5 star and that's somehow being generous. If you dare take a shower you will wet you bed. They have put the shower at 78cm of you bed with the shower head pointing directly to your bed with no door to protect. The walls have black spots all over them. The sheets had yellow spot all around and there was a weird smell in the room. Oh, by the way, the toilet is outside of the room and somehow smells worst than any toilet I've seen in my life ( worst than the worst gas station toilet ) I hope that you sleep like a rock because the walls are made of paper and the hotel is so noisy. But don't worry the sound will go from a 8/10 to a 7 by 1am and then to a 5-6/10 by 3am because to had to the perfect stay, there is a club right beneath it.

• CAROL LYNN (8/5): - El lugar es bastante céntrico para mis actividades, el personal es súper amable, hacen lo posible por mantener contentos a los huéspedes y eso se siente muy bien. Hay varios cafés y sitios de comida a la vuelta de la esquina, al igual que la estación de metro. Los baños (wc) son compartidos, pero los mantienen limpios y están ubicados en los pasillos. Mi mayor problema fue regresar agotada y que no hubiese ascensor, pero todo lo demás estuvo muy bueno!

• Andrew (4/5): - This is a nice, cheap hotel, ok for a 1 night stay. It is very close to a metro station which has 2 lines stopping there. You need to be physically able though to stay here as there is no lift but it's in an old Parisian block. You have to share a toilet with around 6 other rooms although you have your own shower and sink. You are restricted to two small sachets of shower gel when it would be good to have it in a dispenser attached to the shower wall. The toilet paper and soap ran out in the toilet so I think you're supposed to take the roll of toilet paper you are given in your room and your own soap. The toilets should be checked regularly including through the night to make sure these are topped up. It is hard to charge a phone as the only socket is on the floor by the door. I noticed also that the light switch in room 15 had been painted over with white paint.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The room itself is tiny with only a shower, sink and bed. There are communal bathrooms for each floor outside of the room. The wallpaper was stained and old and the room was constantly and smelly. Apart from the convenience of location, not worth what we paid.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel is generally conveniently located to the Metro, but the area is a little rough and some guests may not feel comfortable, especially at night. This hotel is inexpensive and for good reason. While my room on the top floor was clean and the bed was comfortable, the toilet is shared down the hall, and bring-your-own toilet paper from your room. The shower drain was plugged and more notably the shower curtain was hung too high so water ran all over the floor, across the room. They provided only one towel for 2 nights stay, bad enough, and while the staff were friendly enough, I had to argue with them to get extra towels to clean up the flooded water in my room...seriously! And they didn't care enough to help problem solve. They were more focused on collecting the additional 10 Euro I had to pay, despite water flooding. The room was sparsely furnished with no place to put my bag, and only a tiny little shelf big enough to put my keys and wallet. In the early morning, the lady in the next room started screaming at her partner, waking up everyone. You better get a very good deal, and have very, very low expectations to stay at this place. At least there were no bugs, that I saw, but the lights in the room automatically shut off, presumably to save power, so who knows what I didn't see!

• Hassanati (2/5): Non merci - Je ne m'attendais pas à un standing incroyable mais cela a dépassé mes espérances : cafards dans les serviettes, pas d'eau chaude. J'ai même fait une réaction allergiques aux draps. Je devais faire 2 nuits et je suis parti au bout de la première tellement j'étais échaudé. Sécurité relative :la porte d'entrée reste ouverte toute la nuit. Quid des intrusions? Je ne parle même pas du 4 ème etage sans ascenseur. Le personnel est serviable mais ça ne fait pas tout.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly - that’s the positives. Plus location is good. The building is very old and very noisy - the sound of the doors closing is very loud and you can hear voices from other rooms. The toilets are shared (one on each floor) so are fine after being cleaned but after that you’re relying on the cleanliness of other guests…. Was it as bad as I was expecting? No. Would I stay here again? Also No.

• Markus Meinrad (6/5): - Der Standort des Hotels finde ich sehr gut. Mitten im Geschehen der Einheimischen. Viele Sehens- und Shopping Möglicheiten sind in wenigen Geh-Minuten erreichbar. Die Auwahl an Den verschiedenen Restaurants sind riesig. Mir gefällt das Quartier mit all ihren Facetten un Möglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist einfach eingerichtet und praktisch für Leute die keinen extra Komfort wollen um Paris zu geniessen und ein Bett zum schlafen zu haben wollen. Die Pariser Menschen legen viel Wert auf Höflichkeit, was ich sehr schätze und in den deutschsprachigen Ländern vermisse oder verloren wurde.
• Dalton (2/5): - Definitely the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not a hotel is you ask me. The shower barely worked at all. The toilet is downstairs, shared with other guests. No fan, TV didn’t work. There was terribly loud noise the entire night. It’s a shack that’s probably been there for centuries and is a complete piece of junk.

It is a bedsit/hostel that is advertising as a hotel. No food. No water. Nightclub downstairs you can hear through the walls. It is in a dangerous area where my daughter got robbed and jumped by adult men. One had one eye. Also, there is a leak from the ceiling and all of the clothes were wet and damp and ruined. Disgusting.

• Brian (2/5): - The first night we arrived, we noticed there wasn’t an elevator in the hotel or a toilet in the room (which can be expected in older buildings). But after we left and came back from dinner to shower off, the shower walls were grimy and slick from mildew and dark mildew on the lower tiles near the shower floor and the drain screen was unattached from drain pipe. The shower had walls that did not reach all the way to the ceiling, making that the only place to place any shower items but those too were covered in dark mildew. When we were leaving the hotel, there was a man relieving himself on the street in plain view of the door of the hotel. We returned around midnight, after taking the metro around to see some of the monuments after dark. Upon returning and getting into bed, there were dark, short, curly hairs (if you catch my meaning) but we decided to stay. The second day we were gone for most of the day because we didn’t want to be in the room. When we got back, we requested new sheets (my sister had spilled something on the bed) and extra pillows and the staff told me they didn’t have anything available that night to replace them because they kept set of sheets (duvet cover, duvet insert, flat sheet to cover the mattress and a waterproof mattress cover) and one pillow for each guest (twin beds get 1 pillow, double beds get two). They were able to get us a flat sheet from a room that was unoccupied. There’s more but this only allows 1500 characters…
• ISAURO (2/5): The worst! - The worst hotel I never see, I undertand why is not refoundable, we stay Tehere for 10 minutes just trying to find other hotel. we found a better hotel. For a better price…. Want my money back we did not stay in that hotel.
