• Juliana Popovska (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and everything exceeded our expectations! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Having parking right in front of the building was also a huge plus! The owner was extremely kind and welcoming. When we arrived, he showed us several available rooms so we could choose the one we liked the most, which we truly appreciated. Another lovely detail was the bakery downstairs owned by the host. Waking up to the smell of fresh pastries early in the morning made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He also kindly offered us some pastries and coffee, which was such a warm and thoughtful gesture. I highly recommended place — we would definitely stay here again!

Η στάση του αστικού ειναι ακριβώς απέναντι γεγονός που εξυπηρετεί ιδιαίτερα τις μετακινήσεις αν δεν θέλετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε το αυτοκίνητο. Τίποτα. Όλα ηταν εξαιρετικά.

• Lex (10/5): - I had a fantastic stay and it truly deserves a 10/10. From the moment I arrived, everything left a great first impression. The building itself looked very well maintained and welcoming, and the reception area immediately set a positive tone for the stay. A special mention goes to George at the reception, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. His warm attitude made check-in smooth and pleasant, and it was a great start to the experience. The room was excellent, neat, modern, and spotlessly clean. The design was stylish yet comfortable, and it had everything one might need for a relaxing stay. Nothing felt missing or overlooked. The bathroom was equally impressive: very clean, well-kept, and clearly maintained with care. Another big plus is the location. There is a bus stop less than a minute away, with direct access towards the city, which makes getting around extremely convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything, from the welcoming reception to the quality of the room and the convenient location, made this a stay I would happily repeat and highly recommend.

• Randall (10/5): Exceeded all expectations. Work trip turned into vacation - Georgios was an amazing host. The property has a bakery on the first floor, and he provided Cappuccinos and baked goods every morning, checked up on us for anything we might have needed. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable and the room was super clean. Everything looked brand new. There are also black out shades on all windows and allow you to sleep anytime to adjust your schedule. We didn't get the top floor but that room has a rooftop balcony with views of the whole city and the sea. Its a short walk to University of Aristotle and there is a bus stop literally right across the street with buses every 10-15 minutes to the university and city center. We caught a train over to Mt. Olympus for one day. The area looks a little sketchy if you're not from the city and haven't travelled much, but there's a lot of work going on in the area and Marilia is basically a brand new building with several other hotels on the street being completely redone. We walked down the street multiple nights with a small child and never felt unsafe. Most people are super friendly. The streets are well lit and there are lots of shops and cafes open pretty late in the area, so really there isnt anything we didnt like. Its on our list of places to go back to.

Οι παροχές κάλυψαν πλήρως τις ανάγκες μας. Επιπλέον, η τιμή ήταν πολύ προσιτή σε σχέση με την ποιότητα του καταλύματος, κάτι που αποτέλεσε σίγουρα ένα θετικό στοιχείο της εμπειρίας μας. Η τοποθεσία δεν ήταν τόσο βολική, ιδιαίτερα για επισκέπτες που δεν γνωρίζουν καλά την πόλη. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε σχετικά στενό δρόμο και όχι σε ιδιαίτερα κεντρικό σημείο, κάτι που δυσκολεύει λίγο την πρόσβαση. Επιπλέον, δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμη θέση στάθμευσης και η εύρεση πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή αποδείχθηκε αρκετά δύσκολη.

Θυμάμαι ότι ήταν τσεκαρισμένα "ιδιωτικός χώρος πάρκιγκ" και "Δωρεάν χώρος πάρκιγκ" Αν κάνετε κράτηση, παρτε τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσετε. Μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο έχει 3 μόνο θέσεις. Τελικά βρήκαμε πάρκιγκ
• Gilles (9/5): Hôtel très confortable, idéal pour profiter de Thessalonique sans les inconvénients du centre ville. - L'hôtel est situé dans une rue très calme du quartier de Triandria. Les appartements sont spacieux et confortables. L'hôtel ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner, mais il est possible de manger dans la très bonne boulangerie au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble. Places de parking réservées devant l'hôtel. Le moyen le plus simple et le plus économique de rejoindre le centre ville est de prendre le bus juste en face de l'hôtel (15-20 minutes de trajet, toutes les 10 minutes). Accueil irréprochable. Nous aurions aimé disposer d'une bouilloire électrique dans les chambres.

• Fabian (9/5): All in all, it provided everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient visit to Thessaloniki, an - If you plan to explore the many attractions of Thessaloniki, this accommodation offers a comfortable base during your stay. The building is new, as are all its furnishings. The spacious elevator is more than sufficient for all tenants. With its wide, pleasant view located just on the outskirts of the city's parkland, it provides a peaceful setting. The air conditioning works well, both beds are comfortable, cleanliness is excellent, and the surrounding area remains quiet throughout the day. Although the location is not central—roughly 4 km from the city center—this comes with its advantages. A frequent bus line connects you easily to downtown, and if you have your own car, you’ll find public parking readily available nearby. The host, Georgios, was excellent and went out of his way to accommodate our requests. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for this type of stay—your experience here is sure to be a positive one. There are no big disadvantages. Just keep in mind that you are a little distant from the city centre, which in some circumstances could be a minor inconvenience. One small note: the toilet is somewhat compact and may feel tight for larger tenants. However, this is a minor point in an otherwise excellent stay.

Giorgos is an excellent host, he treated us with Christmas cookies and free coffee from his adjacent bakery, also secured a parking place for us though it's not mentioned on Booking. Quite far from the center of Thessaloniki but still a good choice if you travel with a car.

Domaćin nam je ponudio izbor smestajne jedinice ,iako smo vec rezervisati(po principu ,birajte gde vam je najlepše i gde vam se svidja) tacno ispred zgrade je autobuska stanica koja direktnom linijom vodi u centar! Domaćin je preljubazan i na vezi za svaku pomoć i uslugu.

• Todor (10/5): - For our family this is one of the best options to visit Thessaloniki - it is near the main ring road, free parking is available either in front of the hotel, or nearby, and the bus stop for the bus that takes you quickly directly in the city center is right in front of the hotel! The bakery downstairs, which is owned by the same family, is the perfect start of the day with coffee and breakfast!

• Rob (10/5): Bij een volgend bezoek komen we hier absoluut weer terug - Nog niet eerder zo'n gastvrije en behulpzame ontvangst gehad als in Marelia Urban. Het hotel heeft een moderne uitstraling, prima voorzieningen (douche, koelkast), goede bedden en wordt uitstekend schoongehouden. Bij de bakker onder het hotel kun je heerlijk ontbijten met versgebakken broodjes en pasteitjes. In directe omgeving van het hotel bevinden zich supermarkt, diverse winkels en eetgelegenheden. Het historisch centrum van Thessaloniki is zeer goed bereikbaar; er is een frequente busverbinding (lijn 17) en de halte is vlak vóór het hotel. Niets
