Big bed, aircon and comfortable balcony furniture. Helpful staff. Perfect location, only a ten minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Si vous souhaitez le calme, la tranquillité tout en étant proche des plus belles plages et de toutes les commodités, allez y les yeux fermés. Ce que je mettrai en avant c'est la propreté du studio, son emplacement et bien sûr la gentillesse de l'accueil.
• Juan Fernando (7/5): Séjour correct pour le prix payé en 2024 aux mêmes dates mais dans un studio mieux situé - Ioanna est venue me chercher au port d'Agia Anna à minuit environ, mon ferry étant arrivé à Naxos avec 30 minutes de retard. Chambre confortable, propre et équipée d'une kitchenette. Porte fenêtre avec moustiquaire. Balcon protégé par un auvent, ce qui a été très utile pour profiter du balcon pendant les journées fortement venteuses. La chambre n'est pas complètement isolée de la lumière, car les portes-stores en bois ont des trous décoratifs et les rideaux à disposition ne sont pas occultants. Ayant annoncé la veille à Ioanna que je partais une heure avant l'horaire normal de check-out, le personnel de ménage est venu toquer à ma porte 20 minutes avant l'heure prévue pour me demander de libérer la chambre. L'emplacement est correct, mais il faut compter 10 minutes à pied pour se rendre à la plage. On marche sur un étroit bord de route sinueux et s'expose à quelques conducteurs qui n'ont pas envie d'adapter leur trajectoire en conséquence. La vue sur la mer est belle, mais elle est un peu lointaine.

• Raquel (6/5): - La ubicación es fantástica. A menos de 10 minutos en coche de bonitas playas y también se puede ir caminando a una zona con playas, bares y tiendas. La cama es incómoda ya que el colchón es de muelles y en la habitación había bastantes mosquitos. Creo que sería buena idea poner una mosquitera en la puerta del balcón.

• Ariadna (10/5): Great place tu stay outside of Naxo - An incredible apartment located just outside of Naxos, very comfortable, private, and well-equipped, with a terrace overlooking the sea and stunning sunsets. It’s important to plan ahead with the local buses, as they run very infrequently during the low and mid seasons. I stayed in late April and got an excellent rate
• Guy (10/5): Grecian Bliss ❤️ - The location was fantastic, so close to the beach, restaurants and mini markets plus local bus services. The apartment was excellent, a stunning ocean view, private bathroom and spacious bedroom with a cute balcony. Our host Ionna was amazing we had a wonderful stay🫶 Nothing.

Ioanna was so helpful and arranged transfers for us to the port and if we had wanted a car rental she would have organised this too. Th The AC was on a timer and while it was perfect temp for me my husband runs a little hotter so found it very warm. I am sure if we had asked they would have resolved this for us.

Lovely pool, ideal for all guests, or it is a short walk to beach. Pick up and return to port at €10 per apartment also great value... Nothing.
• Carmel (8/5): Very good - Stunning view. Worth every penny for it alone. Good basic accommodation. Bed quite hard. Excellent shower and bathroom. Agia Anna very chic seaside with lovely tavernas. Great start to out island hopping holiday. The rest will have to work hard to beat it. Nothing really. Decor a bit dated and bed hard, but the view made up for everything. Much better than being down by the beach.

Anna, bus stop and beaches. Availability of rental vehicles on site at reasonable price. AC in bedroom worked well. Adequate space in apartment with separate kitchenette area and table. Nice views of the water from pool and small deck off apartment. Get groceries at supermarket in Naxos town before arriving to apartment for expanded variety and lesser cost. WIFI was weak. A toaster and a non-stick frying pan would have been beneficial. The kitchen table area needed 2 chairs versus one so we didn't have to use the outdoor deck chair.
• Gonzalo (1/5): STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - Nothing. I traveled all the way from the US and this place was definitely not as described. Before hand I had contacted the hotel to ensure it had two beds since my mother and I were gonna share a room, to which She ensured me this was the case.It was tiny with “beds” which were 4 inch thick. The AC didn’t cool the room down at all. Communication with the person in charge, Ioanna, was terrible and she seemed to be having a bad day. She had an awful attitude it seemed everything I asked bothered her. I ended up packing my things and getting a different hotel. When I told Ionna about all the problems she got mad and told me I wasn’t getting my money back. She was very rude. Stay away from this place unless you are super broke and don’t have another option. There are many hotels closer to the beach with excellent treatment for cheaper.

• Lisa (7/5): Great value - Nice clean room very well decorated had everything you need in kitchen utensils plates pans etc great pool pick up and drop of service €10 each way which was great value. Cleaned daily. Beautiful clean beach with lots of restaurants (Ostria) one of my favourites. Location just out of the main part and wasn’t safe to walk back on dark road. No pools side snacks or refreshments or music available which really let it down Not much to do in terms of activities in the area.
• Lisa (7/5): Not a bad stay could of been better - The apartment was beautiful, nicely decorated, clean and perfect size for one person. Panoramic views of the sunset and sea. Nice sized pool. All things you needed in the kitchen area pans plates cutlery The distance from the restaurants not great, I had to get taxis back at 10 euro a time due to the dark and winding roads not being safe to walk along in dark alone. There is no pool side drinks / snacks / music which really lets it down.

Her English was not very good. The awning (protection against sun) made a very loud noise, which kept us awake many nights.

• Brett (8/5): Great value place to stay in Agia Anna with all the necessary facilities including the bonus of a pool. Definitely recom - Nice clean spacious apartment with a shared swimming pool and balcony overlooking the sea. Great shower and the room is serviced daily. The owner Ioanna and her daughter are very friendly and helpful. The pickup service from the port for €5 is well worthwhile, especially if it’s your first visit to Naxos. Catching the bus here would be insane. It’s also recommended to hire your care from the owners here. They provide good rates in addition to the convenience. It is located a bit out of Agia Anna so if you don’t have a car or scooter it is a hairy walk into town along the roadside.

Shuttle service available from ferry port and to airport. Walking distance into Agia Anna town. Public bus stop in town, but buy bus ticket at local super market as you can not buy on bus. As we only did overnight stay, we literally only slept there. Bathroom shower curtain not very good from preventimg water to leak out, floor was wet after shower.

The hosts were very helpful picking us up from the port for a small fee and hiring a quad from them was easy and affordable. Nice swimming pool and Seaview studio. The property is slightly dated but we thought it was good value for money in this area.

• Tanjakrsta (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was like on pictures and very clean thanks to the daily room service. Hosts offer very affordable transport from and to the port and explain where is what on the way. Pool was a great extra plus although we didn't use it since the beaches are only few minutes away and are gorgeous. There are a few supermarkets nearby. Town is far away (if you even need it. We had everything near the accomodation) but there are buses every half hour. All in all great value for the money

• Anita (6/5): Uncomfortable bed, small room - It is close to a beautiful beach. The transfer to port for 5 € was convenient. Pool area looked nice, but we only went to the beach. Aircon seemed new. Property looked much better in pictures. Bed was really uncomfortable, very narrow for two people (I think it was 120-140 cm wide). Also it was shorter than a normal bed, which would be a problem for a taller person. You could feel the metal parts through. The room was dark and small.

• Donna (8/5): Wonderful accommodation! - We liked our room with kitchenette and big balcony. Pool are was perfect. Elonna and her brother were extremely helpful with organising transport to and from the port for on €5 per trip. We arrived early and were able to check in early, which was very much appreciated. 1km (7-10 min) walk into Ag. Anna. The AC only had one temperature at about 19c, even if you set it to 27c it still blew super cold. Only a sheet on the bed, no quilt or blanket, it was really cold at night but to hot 35c to have the door open and no AC.

• Emmanuella (10/5): Exceptional - Couldn't rate this place any higher. Host is amazing and hospitable and provides cheap pickup and drop off from port. Location is still in a central area and close vicinity to beautiful places in Naxos but not right in the middle of all the noise at the port. View from room was incredible especially during sunset. Room looked newly renovated, if not very well-maintained and clean. Great value for money and even had a fully equipped mini kitchen with stove and mini fridge. Pool was clean and refreshing with sunset view as well. If you haven't booked island transport from prior, the property owners also have ATV's, scooters, and a buggy for hire at reasonable prices. Even forgot some stuff at the hotel and host Ioanna got them shipped out to us within only a few days of us leaving. Have found our place to stay every time we visit Naxos! No complaints, will definitely be returning!

The flats are absolutely stunning and in a perfect location with a 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants and beaches! The owners were lovely and very accommodating to all our needs. They even picked us up and dropped us off from the port for a very small fee. The rooms were very comfortable and cleaned every day. I am definitely returning next year as I could not possibly top my stay anywhere else.

• Seb (10/5): Great and affordable accomodation in Naxos - Owners picked us up and dropped us off at our ferry for 5 Euros each way, which was very reasonable considering the property’s proximity to the port. Although it wasn’t close to the port, it was only a short walk to some beautiful beaches (including Plaka), and a range of eateries, shops etc. The property was large enough to feel private, and there was also a nice pool area to relax at. We were also able to rent a car from here for a very fair price. Very few cons about this place, however the bed could’ve been made to a higher standard as part of the daily house keeping. The stove top was also a bit old, and although it worked, the light to show it was on was broken.

It was overall a very good stay. The shower pipe was black with dirt, I think that needs to be cleaned

• Olli (7/5): Good - The owner Ioanna was super helpful and flexible and always there. She offered port transfer for only 5€. What I didn't know was that they also have rental services. Cars, atv, buggy, and scooters and the prices were much better than in nearby rental places. Location was great. It's next to main road so it's easy to leave any direction. Still very quiet place. You don't hear any traffic noises to the room. Many good beaches on that side of the island. Food market and some restaurants found in just few minutes away

Port shuttle was very convenient and we also hired a buggy so we could go and explore the mountains and other beaches. (scooters and quads available). Pool was nice for a cool off and relax after a busy day. Great gyro place at the bottom of the road named Oregano Souvlaki Meze and also great coffee from 'goat in a boat'. Overall loved our stay and the staff were amazing and went over and beyond for us. Wish we had more time.
