- Margy (8/5): - Lovely clean comfortable bed & surroundings. No full mirror, to dry my hair or to put my make up on. A little coffee table would be perfect next to the chairs & next to the bed.
Light bulb gone in bathroom.
- Chris (9/5): Great - Very tastefully furnished
- gareth (8/5): - The hosts were lovely, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great No television or full length mirror but other than that it was fantastic
- Donna (8/5): -
- Suzanne (9/5): Great option for visiting Salcombe - Marlborough village is nice. - Good location near bus stp
- Alice (8/5): Pleasant experience and great location - Great location and perfect for a short stay. Beautifully decorated and a high attention to detail. Door on the bathroom just slides (does not close) so lack of privacy.
Very small for the price, but does the job for a short stay.
- Niamh (10/5): Perfect spot for an overnight stay. Beautifully decorated and clean. Gorgeous view. - Lovely decor, clean and had all the amenities. Beautiful view was a plus too. Whilst there are good transport links, the buses were only every hour so that limited what we could do in the time we had as we didn’t have a car. However they were very reliable
- John (8/5): Fix above WiFi to excellent overall - Location, access WiFi is very poor….needs a booster or mesh
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeff (6/5): On arrival, location a little disappointed with. You easily drive past the property, and don’t realise when you do arriv - It was clean inside, however, outside patio was neglected, ie, needed freshening up. For the money charged, it was is not justifiable. IMO! Very restricted in the courtyard area, as you’re intruding into the adjoining properties back garden. The photos on Booking.Com are, some would say misleading. As I said, for the money charged, 🤷♂️
- Kevin (8/5): For the Salcombe area it was the most reasonable rate we found . - The place was clean and inviting.
The location was good to access places with the bus and parking.
The bed and chairs were very comfortable.
It had a nice view and simple relaxing living.
The host attended to any problems.
Good en-suite, but contemporary sliding door wasn’t flush, so it didn’t always feel private, even having been married 45years 😂 It was very bijou/compact, so no where to put a small suitcase to live out of . (Had a small hanging space for clothes)
We managed as it was a place of good quality.
- Ruth (10/5): Perfect little place to stay. - Lovely little place to stay, easy access / parking.

- Caroline (9/5): Superb -
- Chris (8/5): Comfortable and friendly place for a short stay - Modern well appointed room and bathroom with nice patio and view. Nice touches such as lemonade and fresh milk in the fridge. It is quite a cramped space and maybe the two big chairs could be replaced by something smaller. No windows that open but you can open the back french window safely for extra air.
- John (10/5): Comfortable, great little patio, well equipped, woukd stay again - Great little apartment, well equipped Nothing
- Dean (8/5): Very good -
- Judy (9/5): Superb -
- Harriet (10/5): Exceptional -
