The thoughtful touches, like a fresh pint of milk and biscuits waiting for us, really made a difference. We were in town for a wedding, and when my partner realised he had forgotten his bow tie, the family went above and beyond to help us out – even providing a bow tie to save the day! Their kindness and hospitality made our stay extra special. Thank you so much for everything – we couldn’t recommend Tanners Lodge more highly! N\A

• Carl (10/5): Tanners lodge amazjng - What an amazing place. Greeted by lance when we got there who showed us round. Great location ..ice and peaceful. Local pub the hop pole was great. Food was brilliant and you can take your dog. Very welcoming. Beautiful log fire in the Lodge which we had on. I really don't have anything negative to say on this place. I will definitely stay there again and recommend highly to people. Very accommodating. There is nothing i didn't like

• Nicola (9/5): Perfect - Perfect private location but easy walk to the local pub and a lovely walk through the woods to Bewdley. The Hosts were charming and couldn’t do enough to help us, even drawing a map for our planned hike We will definitely visit again
• Simon (10/5): Would use again - It was just very handy and friendly, pleasant, clean, relaxed and sociable. It shares road access with the owners' home so we met them coming and going a bit and they were very helpful and friendly without being in any way intrusive. It's set back not too far from the road so it was handy for travel which was useful for us. Nothing much. It was all good.

• Steven (10/5): Very relaxing - We were greeted on arrival and given a quick tour . The lodge itself is very spacious , comfortable and located in such a peaceful setting it really is a hidden little gem thank you .

Loves the extras that where there, tea, coffee, shortbread, milk etc Lovely to sit out in the garden and enjoy the weather. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning
• Jayne (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was peaceful and secluded making our time there very relaxing which is what we wanted. There wasn't really anything we would say we didn't like other than we missed a cooker, but on saying this it didn't spoil our stay.
• Michael (3/5): Let down severely by the mattress and bedding condition and quality - The location, setting and log burner. The mattress had springs poking into my body through the material. It is obviously very old and / or of very poor quality. Really quite unbelievable in this day and age. The bedding, quilt and pillows were nylon of also of extremely poor quality. I travel frequently and have not experienced anything like this for 15 - 20 years. If I did not have a topper mattress and good quality bedding in my van I would have moved. Do we know why there was a minature camera hidden alongside the overhead fan high up in the main room?

• Karen (10/5): Best last minute stay, ever!! - Staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Lance came and lit the wood burner, if we had put an arrival time it would have been on! An issue with internet wasn't a problem, Michelle came up straight away to sort it out. The actual lodge was amazing, pictures do not do it justice. So much more spacious than we expected and selection of tea, coffee and biscuits was exceptional. Close to amenities and Wyre forest, ideal for our four legged friend. Highly recommend a stay That we couldn't stay longer!!
• Natalie (9/5): Enjoyable, relaxing and was definitely a good choice. - Location was ideal for a quiet getaway, easy to find and close enough to the town for everything you’d need. Self check in was perfect. We were welcomed on arrival by Michelle and Lance who couldn’t be more accommodating.There was fresh Milk in the fridge and tea, coffee, biscuit's etc were great to arrive to. Very cosy throughout with more than enough space.Very clean, modern and well equipped. Stayed for one night, wished it was two and will definitely be returning!!

• Scott (10/5): Excellent - As a last minute booking from my family for a 1 night away with my husband and our two dogs for my birthday last night, didn't know what to expect on arrival, but on arrival, a warm welcome, a lovely Lodge to stay in, very clean and comfortable, we had a lovely stay and a lovely walk up to the forest near by with our dogs and the hop pole pub just around the corner dog friendly was excellent as a well, we had quiet time away good night's sleep a lovely accomodation. Lovely location quiet, thank you. Nothing really they say no oven or hob so go prepared to use what they say is available
• Beaumont (10/5): Brilliant stay in Bewdley! - Loved the property! It was beautiful, serine, clean and super cosey. The location is great as you’re just a 20 min walk down to Bewdley Town. The host was brilliant and gave us good directions and was really friendly and welcoming. We would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Bewdley.

• Suzanne (10/5): Beautiful setting , lovely accommodation, would stay here again . - The property was a lot more spacious than the photos show, very modern , clean and comfortable.Big garden area for dogs to run around .The hosts were very helpful and welcoming . We were very happy with our stay .Little touches like fresh bread and milk were left for us . Nothing we didn’t like , it was much better than we expected.
