She made sure I felt comfortable. The bed was absolutely fantastic—so comfortable that I was able to rest, recover from my long journey, and recharge. I truly appreciated the hospitality and highly recommend this place!

All the rules for a calm and consistent co-living were clearly explained and I think I spent my solo trip in Milan in the greatest comfort. I had my privacy zone in my own room and it gave me safe feeling that the building had concierge service, camera. I had quick access to the city centre, good transport. The apartment is very clean, nice and comfortable. The WiFi worked perfectly.

• Stéphanie (4/5): Convenient but too many constrains. - The room is nicely furnished, it's a private place so it's not hotel quality bed nor pillow. Constrains are a such a killer: check in from 2 to 5pm, and check out before 9.30am. + Tax payment in bank transfer. Why not place a safety piggy bank for cash ? Transferring 4.5eu is such a waist of time.

• Osama (1/5): I’m not prefer to come back again ever - Clean and nice woman host the place Location is good First thing , it’s was shocked that I turned the light and I go out then when I come back I surprised that the women get inside without my permission and act like she is the one who has control to the room and this is was very strange how she feel free to get in without any emergency case . The stupid policy and misleading of photo , you can see the photo of wash machine but it not for u to use , no instructions about check out early , I stuck at the garden and I had to clime the door to get out and I miss my train .. You had to hold the bags till almost 1600 yo get in then your day will be ruined, every thing the woman will say look the policy and not treat you as friend , she has. A cat and she didn’t write about it , but she took it out when she felt that I’m not comfortable, Beef
• José (3/5): No any light to Milano lights… - Place like this counts against booking reputation and reliability regarding points evaluation. First time in life that I payd a fine 50% of day rate, for late arrival at 21.30, important to consider that host lives in the apartment.
