• Eleanor (5/5): Not what was expected but it was fine for the one night. - The location was perfect and the bedroom was very nice. It was very misleading on the website that this was a shared apartment; the description made it seem as though the whole apartment would be available to us alone. On arrival, there was a lady there cleaning who spoke no English and it was unclear which room we were supposed to have of the two available. The host also was difficult to contact then.
• Jean-guy (2/5): Not the best experience! - Close to a major grocery store and bus stops. Fairly spacious with in-room storage for clothes, etc. On 5th floor, no elevator. Kitchen: Fridge was filled with food and hardly any space for ours. Felt liked we were living in someone's apartment while they were away. Storage closet outside the room was also filled with someone's stuff. Wi-Fi was down for several hours on more than one occasion. No towels provided - we did get towels on day after our arrival, when the host suddenly showed up at the apartment. Host does not speak any of the official languages of the country and does not speak English which made it difficult to discuss issues. Shared occupation (room adjacent to ours) but fridge could not have accommodated needs of two groups. In summary, overpriced and would recommend you check out other establishments before settling on this one.
• Luisa (7/5): Lack of attention - The location We never received instructions on how to enter the lodging. Even when I asked the day before, the address was not precise—just say the name of the street. We found the apartment number and the exact address with the photos of the booking. We tried to contact the host without luck. We waited for one hour and a half in front of the lodging. When we decided to move, a girl appeared on the balcony and called us. Furthermore, the apartment was not totally clean.
