• Angelique (9/5): Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Wohnung und würden wieder kommen - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, großzügig, mit zeitgemäßem Bad, super freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell reagiert hat. Wir waren früh in Rom und konnten früher einchecken. Danke nochmals dafür, Nico. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser war vorhanden, als wir ankamen. Gute ÖPNV Anbindungen, angenehmen Viertel. Die Küche war zweckmäßig, aber könnte besser und ansprechender ausgestattet sein.

• Tsukasa (7/5): 水のトラブル以外は大満足！ - オーナーは私たちが困るとすぐ返事をくれてとても助かった。部屋は広く、立地もよかった。 唯一ストレスだったのは建物内で水トラブル？があったようで数分水を使うと止まることが何度もあった。そのためシャワーを浴びてる途中に水が切れたりしてとても困った。解決法は聞いたけど、それでも水の出がよくなかった。
• Tetiana (9/5): - Nice apartments, comfortable beds, air conditioning, there is a small kitchen. If there are problems with water, Nicolo told me where to connect the pump, it got better. The location is great, 12 minutes walk to the Vatican, supermarkets nearby, Pam works even on Sunday. Wonderful impressions from the guests. We were with a small dog.

• Yuliia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a clean, quiet place near the Vatican. There are many cafes and pizzerias nearby. Excellent communication with the owner of the apartment, who is always in touch. The apartment is spacious and clean. -
• László (9/5): Quietly located apartment relatively close to the Vatican but far from the noisy tourist zones - Quietly located compact apartment within a quarter of an hour walk from the Vatican. Comfortable bed. Unadulterated Roman atmosphere on the fourth floor of a well-maintained apartment building, away from the tourist bustle. Lift available! We would love to return! Although it has been creatively renovated, a few things could have used more attention: the windows do not work properly, the air conditioning is only in the living room, the kitchen and bathroom are not cooled enough, there is not enough storage space in the living room, the kitchen is not really suitable for cooking, paper towels were very missing.
• Davide (10/5): Amazing stay near the vatican - Great neighbourhood, close to the vatican and plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. The neighbourhood felt very safe as well, and it was great for going on a stroll at night. The apartment itself was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed or wanted. The nice balcony and air conditioning are also a big plus!! The building is old, so there were some slight troubles with the water pressure, but the host gave us a solution that worked perfectly.

• Daria (9/5): Superb - The apartment is nice, with a bus stop nearby that gets you to the city center in about 10–15 minutes. Or you can walk to the Vatican in around 20 minutes. It has air conditioning, which is a big plus in the summer.

• Irene (8/5): Very good - The apartment was centrally located close to St Peter's church, and we were able to walk there. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and stayed up late to ensure we were checked in ok, as we arrived on a very late flight. Thank you so much. There was an issue with water on our second day but it was easily sorted by the host once we informed him.

• Paulius (9/5): It’s fine place to stay and great host 🙂 - Warm and spacious place in nice area Prati, and you can see it a bit through balcony, everything was fine with the flat. Expect the only little issue we had to deal was with water, at the moment it was gone, but Nico is super responsive and helpful, and fixed the problem in 5minutes. You can reach city storico center pretty much easy by foot, he also recommended nice places to eat, and it was absolutely wort it 🙂 Mentioned before
• Тијанић (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located in a quiet area near the metro (15 min) station on line A, Ottaviano. Before arrival, we received detailed information and instructions from the friendly host. The space is comfortable, interestingly equipped with all the necessary facilities. We missed the patio chairs. Kitchen utensils should be better, physically separated from household chemicals. The warmer blankets did not have a cover. With the changes to these flaws I would always book it again.

The host was very flexible with both check-in and check-out times, which made my trip much easier. They were truly attentive and did their best to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!
• Sylwia (10/5): Exceptional - I recommend this apartment Everything as described. It looks the same as in the pictures. Quiet location and safe. Close to the Vaticam, many restaurants and shops nearby. Very nice owner available at any time and very helpful. We will come back someday. Thank you!
• Sharareh (6/5): Semi renovated and in good location - Location of the apartment is great . Safe area for walking , cafes, restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom id renovated. There is a cute elevator that worked well. We stayed 2 days and did not use the kitchenette. It was very primitive . Also we saw dead bugs inside the cabinet. The air condition very noisy. Street noisy due to cars, buses so we could not leave windows open when sleeping . The water pump was also noisy. No guidance on electrical fuse that was hidden behind the kitchen cabinet or water pump . fuse was off and we wasted a lot of time to find it to bring the fuse back on .

• Konrad (10/5): Exceptional - I hardly recommend the Giuliana Apartment. Perfect location, comfortable enough to get to each of the must to see places in Rome. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, fresh and clean. Pleasantly cool inside, so the heat didnt bother us. The owner of the flat was really helpful and kind. He responded to messages very quickly. Lots of really good restaurants around. Can't wait to get back!
• Shu (10/5): I spent a happy Roman holiday in this lovely apartment. - The photos accurately reflect the actual apartment. The balcony was just the cherry on top—perfect for chilling out and soaking up some views. Everything was spotless and well-kept, which was super nice to see. Plus, it's all pretty new, from the furniture to the appliances. It's also located in a residential area, which made it quiet and peaceful.

• Alex (10/5): Noce, clean and easy. - Very nice apartment, 15min walking from vatican city, restaurants around and close to bus stop. Simple and clean. We asked for a early check in to leave our luggage and they agree with no inconvenience the owner gave us some tips and recommendations when we asked. Recommend to visit Rome. No towel hanger in the bathroom.
• Nelson (10/5): Very clean, comfortable beautifull place right in the heart of Rome City center - We stayed at this apartment for 5 days, Nicolo was very helpful from day before arrival through WhatsApp message to guide us through check in and making sure we were OK and very very helpful from day one, we got to the apartment in no time and really easy to get to, apartment is quite big and beautifull and very clean ,right in the heart of Rome, we walked everywhere to be honest as its close to everything we wanted to go vatican, the castle is just arround the corner, walk a bit further u are right at trevi fountain amazing place, and further out u have the Colluseum and much more,, is a supermarket just like 8 minutes walk called Carrefour express, cheap drink and food, that we brought to apartment as the apartment is well equipped with kitchenette, coffee machine , fridge freezer and kettle, and we made our own breakfast, lunches etc... Above it all we rated absolutely 10 out of 10 and would stay there again So Nicolo thank you for making our stay comfortable and amazing. We have absolutely nothing to ad on this stay, everything was 💯
