Il y a des souris c est pas propre des reste de nouriture dans l evier les mur pas propre des champignon qui pousse dans la sale de douche le 1 jour reveiller a 4h pars des ras ou souris qui grate qui coure... le proprio ne repon il sen fout il vous lesse dans sa merd le 1 jour je vouler partir impossible la fenetre qui ferme pas breff fuier fuier c est mieux pour vous
• Masayoshi (1/5): 宿泊の代わりに、駅構内でのサバイバル！！ - 管理人男性に2回目の電話からつながった。 最悪過ぎる！最初は私が宿探しに苦慮した。グーグルマップにBethelの名前が出て来なかったので、電話で住所を聞いたが、Rue de　France27をVie de France27と聞き違え、到着が17時頃に。指定通りナンバーキーを回して1号室のキーボックスの中を確認するが、キーがない！電話で訴えてもWhatsAppで写真を送信しろ、など言ってくるが既に携帯の充電切れ寸前で、アプリの使い方も難解で無理だと返答。最後に管理人が「行くから待っていて。」と言うが、知り合い2人が先に様子を見に来てはくれたが、管理人本人は23時にやっと来た。それまでは他の利用者の出入り時に建物の廊下で地下室のボロ毛布にくるまれ仮眠。トイレを無理を言ってたまたま見かけていた1号室の日本人女性にトイレのみ貸してもらう。管理人が来てから分かったが、先に来ていたその女性との予約がダブルブッキングだったことが判明！他の宿探しに管理人の帰りの車に乗せてもらい、2軒目のイビスホテルで「1部屋空いているから。」と言われ信じてイビスに宿泊頼むが満員、と断られる。管理人のウソだ、と思ったが、疲労困憊で管理人に再度訴える気力もなく、駅での野宿を強いられる。翌日のマラソン大会で奇跡的に完走できたのでほろ苦い思い出ですんだが、ダブルブッキング防止の対策もなく、訴えがあってから6時間も待たせた挙句、ウソをついてリエージュ駅前で降ろされたのは返金されても憤りを隠せない。さらにBethelの名前を変更してBooking.comに登録し続けているのは、不誠実の極み。

• Marina (7/5): Good value for money - The instructions to get the keys were clear and given in advance, the building is nice and the apartment had all we needed for our 1 night stay. The bed is not very comfortable and the area where the studio is located is like 20 minutes away from the city centre and next to the highway. Also, St Gilles is not the best zone of the city so watch out if you go out at night.

• amine (2/5): pas top - L’eau chaude, chauffage et wifi sont bien fonctionnels correctement 60€ par nuits = 300€ pour 5 nuits, je me retrouve dès mon arrivée un mauvais code reçu pour la boite à clé dans le froid, La petite chambre se trouve dans le -1 (sous-sol) , escaliers trop serrés pour descendre (et monter) Présence d’insectes de toilette dans la chambre Sol sale : cheveux collés et poussière accumulée dans les coins et sous la table Araignées dans certains coins Traces de moisissures dans la douche avec un peu d’odeur désagréable Bruits des trains assez dérangeants Pas de lave-linge et pas de vue sur la rue L’eau chaude, chauffage et wifi sont bien fonctionnels correctement Pas top pour ce prix

• Marjan (8/5): Prima verblijf, dichtbij het centrum. - Prijs en kwaliteit verhouding was erg goed. Alles wat je nodig hebt was er. Jammer dat er geen waterkoker was, misschien een tip om deze neer te zetten.
