• Vasilissa (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ άνετο και σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενέστατος, πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Όλα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και ακόμα καλύτερα. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!ευχαριστώ πολύ και πάλι 🙏🏼🙏🏼

• Evgenii (9/5): - Бесконтактное заселение, Отличное местоположение, буквально вышел и уже на площади Республики. Множество заведений и достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности. В апартаментах есть все самое необходимое. Кондиционер в каждой комнате. Оживлённая улица, прямо под окнами молодёжное пространство, и несколько баров кальянных. Первое время пришлось привыкнуть к шуму. Очень мягкая кровать, если кому-то принципиально. В ванной протекает кабинка при приёме душа.

• Andrew (9/5): Welcome Yerevan Apartments. - Brilliant location, less than five minutes' walk to Republic Square. Several excellent coffee shops and bars literally on the doorstep. Excellent check in instructions and help when needed from the host via WhatsApp. Apartment was clean, spacious and fully equipped for an extended stay. Double bed was actually two singles pushed together under a double mattress cover.
• krisos (10/5): - Location , very clean the host very polite and helpful The apartment is unfortunately not very quiet. There is a restaurant directly opposite, and the music is so loud that it’s difficult to sleep properly. Even with the windows closed, the noise is reduced but still not at an acceptable level. Especially Saturday night was the hell Additionally, the couch in the apartment is not suitable for sleeping. It is quite old and very uncomfortable.

• William (9/5): Modern, stylish and spacious apartment - for a good price - The apartment was large, modern, clean and very well equipped. There really was nothing missing. The location is dead centre, close to Republic Square, and the building is easy to find, well-lit and manned by a porter. The only issue I had was with light coming in at night. The bedroom curtains are on a rail which protrudes about a foot from the window, meaning that light comes in round the sides of the curtains when they are closed. It's a commercial street outside so there is plenty of light at night. I'd recommend installing a light blocking blind over the window.

Удобные , большие , чистые аппартаменты ,кухня, холодильник , стиральная машина , удобно при длительном проживании . В этот раз нам повезло, номер был с балконом , с которого открывался шикарный вид на город . Но в любом случае , аппартаменты отличные ! Спасибо за гостеприимство !

• Sergei (10/5): Отличное место. Прекрасное расположение. Отзывы реальные. Мы были очень довольны. - Долго выбирал где остановиться. У этого места очень хорошие отзывы как на букинге, так и в гугле. Решил остановиться здесь и не совершенно не пожалел. Прекрасное место. Начну с расположения. Говорить тут особо нечего. Достаточно взглянуть на карту и всё будет понятно. В 5-минутной пешей доступности центр города, куча прекрасных заведений, музеи, парки. При этом улица не особо шумная(может быть летом иначе, не знаю). Лучше и придумать сложно. Чистые просторные аппартаменты. Всё очень удобно. Соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Поскольку мы были с маленьким ребёнком, то стандартные отельные номера нам не очень подходят. А здесь есть полностью оборудованная кухня со всем необходимым и мы могли готовить необходимую ребёнку еду. Конечно же заметны следы эксплуатации и что там постоянно живут разные люди, но уровень чистоты запредельный(по сравнению с другими местами, где я останавливался). Бельё и полотенца были как новые. Видно, что за этим очень следят. Очень комфортные не скрипящие кровати, удобные подушки(а это важно, как по мне). Я ожидал в "главной" комнате только диван, но там так же была большая кровать, отделяющаяся при необходимости от основного пространства шторкой. По теплоте зимой. Мы были в январе. На улице около нуля(ночью минус, днём плюс). Внутри в обеих комнатах есть батареи. Немного дует от окон, но в целом вполне себе нормально и не мёрзли(они дополнительно предоставляют обогреватель на всякий случай). Отдельно хочу отметить отзывчивость самого сервиса, который предоставляет эти аппартаменты. Они реально классные. У меня вообще возникла проблема с картой и моя бронь на букинге ушла в статус "отменена". Причём это произошло в момент, когда мы уже сели в самолёт до места назначения. Они лишь попросили меня не волноваться и сказали, что можем смело заезжать даже без оплаты. А этот вопрос мы решили позже тоже весьма удобным для меня способом. Чувствуется, что заботятся о своих клиентах. Если есть возможность, то чуть подтягивать окна на зиму, чтобы уменьшить сквозняк. Он небольшой, но стабильный и охлаждает помещение.

• Abgar (9/5): - Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgerüstet was ich benötigte und befindet sich zu einem höchst angenehmen Preis in einer zentralen Lage. Die Mitarbeiter waren schnell erreichbar und konnten immer zeitnah helfen. Teilweise nicht gut gesäubert.

Мне "повезло" быть чуть ли не в самые холодные дни, но в помещении было тепло. Мне всегда не хватает большой кружки, чтобы можно было заврить сразу много чая. Понимаю, что это не в армянской кофе-питейной традиции, но вот такое небольшое пожелание от славянских гостей)

The apartment is spacious and the location is at the center of everything. Owners were helpful, the check-in and check-out process was convenient.

• Boris (9/5): Тёплая квартира в центре Еревана. Недалеко есть места где можно покушать. В общем можно останавливаться - Удобное место в центре города. Недалеко всё есть что покушать где можно. В квартире тепло. Всё необходимое для жизни тоже есть. Персонал был на связи вопросы решались. Все понравилось, единственное хотелось бы чтоб чай и сахар было всё-таки побольше)).

• Jennifer (10/5): - When i visit Yerevan, i always choose to stay in this building. Very central, amazing location and the size of the apartments is exactly what you need for a few days/weeks. The hosts clean it every 3 days so it is the perfect balance between a hotel and an airbnb.
• Stephanie (9/5): - We absolutely loved the location, how spacious this place was. Surrounded by restaurants and a short walk to the city centre. It came recently well equipped with a stovetop and a washing machine (although only one detergent capsule was provided). Overall pleasant stay and great location. For light sleepers / travellers sensitive to noise - the walls are thin and you'll be able to hear your neighbours and vice versa. Blanket during the winter could also be thicker. Otherwise, all good!

• Pamela (9/5): Roomy place to stay in excellent location - The location was excellent - minutes from Republic Square and numerous restaurants and shops. The unit is good-sized; generous sleeping area and nice “sitting area.” Safe location - guard at entry during daylight hours. Washing machine worked well (although it would have been nice if written instructions had been provided so I didn’t need to consult google translate). Pretty quiet, although at times the I could hear sirens or the neighbors clumping up and down. Not necessarily negatives, but good to know: -one chair in the dining area -very limited pots and pans; one fry pan, one pot with lid, a couple of stirring implements. No spices, no paper towels (a chamois-like towel to dry dishes), quite small fridge - you likely won’t be cooking meals as such, but then again, you’re on vacation :) -one washer detergent tablet provided and not replenished; bring or buy your own -no shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided; bring or buy your own -one small soap provided for bathroom; bring or buy your own -it initially seemed as if there was no place to leave my luggage after checkout - as I had many hours before my flight out, this didn’t work for me so I booked elsewhere for my last night. However, later conversations with the owner seemed to indicate something could be arranged, so you might want to discuss if that’s important.

• Ross (9/5): Great value for money! - The apartment is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you’d hope to find in a holiday apartment and more. They’re so kind they also leave you washing powder so you can wash your clothes if you want to towards the end of your trip. Location is absolutely brilliant. It couldn’t possibly be more central. Communication with the owners was very easy and fast. 100% recommendable! The street can be loud as the restaurants turn the music up quite a bit but that’s only until 10 pm so I never had a problem sleeping. Of course this is not the property’s fault as it’s completely out of their control.

Mi sono trovato bene Sopra il pavimento tra la cucina e la sala c'e' un divisorio di legno fissato con delle viti, alcune erano allentate e spuntavano pericolosamente dal pavimento .
