- Brigette (1/5): A plank of wood to sleep on don’t book this - Terrible Accommodation – Do Not Be Misled by Other Reviews
Our stay at this property was truly disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. We were a family of four, and the space was far too small to accommodate us comfortably. The beds were shockingly uncomfortable – essentially just futons with a wafer-thin 20cm soft doona and no proper mattress. Sleeping was a nightmare.
Do not be fooled by the positive reviews – they are completely misleading. The cleanliness of the place was unacceptable. The floors were dusty and hadn’t been mopped in what looked like a very long time. There were even marks on the walls from what appeared to be spilled coffee – absolutely disgusting.
The so-called "kitchen facilities" were basically non-existent. We couldn’t even prepare a simple meal, which is incredibly frustrating when you're traveling with a family.
I travel frequently and have stayed in many places, and I can honestly say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Charging $700 for two nights for this level of discomfort and neglect is outrageous. It’s clear the owner has no interest in guest comfort or quality. Avoid this place at all costs. - Martina (7/5): A great stop for your holidays in Rome, wonderful location. - Location was great. The apartment was nicely decorated, loved the wooden beams on the roof. The bathroom and kitchen were ok. Very quiet inside but really great located for Campo di Fiore and the Trastevere. Great that it had an elevator. The bed was too soft, but that is personal taste. I was expecting a flat with lots of light, and, even though the weather was bad, I've thought it was too dark. Maybe the pictures were taken in the summer. The kitchen could have have a kitchen towel and a microwave- the microwave was important for my friend, not for me. But overall I was happy with the apartment.
- Lauren (10/5): Cosy Stay in Rome - Our first time in Rome and we were very impressed with the accomodation! Clean, spacious, felt very cosy and had a washing machine. There is a lift as well which will take you right up to your apartment door (heavy suitcase convenience).
Location was super central, felt safe and a bus right out the front which can take you directly to the Rome Station.
Host was very responsive.
- Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Very cozy and comfortable apartment in a quiet area. But at the same time, you can walk to many attractions. You have everything you need for a comfortable short stay and even more))
- Андрей (10/5): This is a comfortable, well appointed apartment. It’s best for a couple, and it is superbly located. With just a 10 minu - A clean and well-renovated apartment, with a modern bathroom. The mattress is almost of a 5 star hotel level, so you get a wonderful sleep
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely clean space and wonderful location! Very kind host! It was three of us, perfect for or one night stay. Host made up the futon to be a bed which was awesome, and let us leave our bags for day of flight. Recommend!
