Bad: Keine funktionierende Heizung, Ablauf Dusche defekt, Armatur verkalkt Schlafzimmer: keine Heizung, TV ohne Funktion Wohn/Essbereich: ist eine umgebaute Garage mit Tor, Schimmel in den Ecken und hinterm TV Schrank, keine Heizung nur Klimagerät, TV nur per Pay TV möglich, Küchenzeile verdreckt, Ofen, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr schmutzig, kein Zubehör für Spülmaschine vorhanden(Salz,Klarspüler,Tabs) sehr zugig daher immer kalt, Preis/Leistung mangelhaft
• Steffen (9/5): Über Ostern war es die richtige Entscheidung den Bungalow zu nehem - Alex ist super erreichbar Man kann mit ihn sehr gut reden Der Bungalow ist echt groß und in einer ruhigen Gegend Aber mit einen super S-Bahn Anschluss, das Auto braucht man in Dresden nur für die an- und Abreise

• Marina (6/5): - Nahe an der S-Bahn Station gelegen.Kostenfreier Parkplatz vor dem Haus.Erlebnis in einer ehemaligen Garage zu wohnen. Als Nichtraucherwohnung ausgeschrieben, hat es leider sehr stark nach Nikotin gerochen.Wir konnten nicht nachvollziehen,woher der Geruch kam. Das Klappsofa ist sehr,hart.Ausstattung ist irgendwie zusammen gewürfelt.Für 3 Nächte ist es auszuhalten.

• Alina (5/5): Eigentlich keine schlechte Unterkunft, aber nach dem Fleckendesaster werden wir da nicht mehr - Die bezogene Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Angeblich wäre sie verfärbt. Komisch, dass die „Verfärbung“ nur im Intimbereich vorhanden waren. Auf Nachfrage brachte uns der Vermieter ein neues Spannlaken mit der Aussage „machen Sie das einfach drüber!“. Zum Glück hatten wir ein Laken und eine Wolldecke im Auto, um die unangenehmen Flecken zu überdecken.

• Qasim (10/5): - All nice, very good value for the price. Hosts are friendly family living in the next building and very helpful. Nice sofa, PS3, smart TV, many table ganes, so you will not be bored. The bathroom and kitchenette are comfortable to use. All ok.
• Arman (9/5): Charming little bungalow - This place was once a garage but has been transformed into a charming little bungalow. It was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The host was very approachable and kind, which made our experience even better. The location is also convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the train station, playground and a Rewe supermarket—so we had everything close at hand for a comfortable stay. I can’t think of a single negative point—everything was perfect for me

• Andriy (10/5): Excellent - Everything was very good. Great localization with free parking on the street. Not far away tram/bus station, supermarket and restaurants. Very quiet, clean apts. There is a PlayStation for the child (and not only ;)) Only one thing, at the beginning of the May was a little cold, and only way to warm apt - air conditioner, who’d not give enough temperature to bathroom.
• Cristian (6/5): Pleasant - Good points: - clean rooms - parking spots available in the courtyard - the host was helpful Not so good points: - over night, it was quite cold inside the rooms - the only heating source was the AC from the living, which needed to be left ON for a long period of time in order to have a good temperature inside - not an option to leave the AC running over night because it makes noise - the other room had no heating source - the sheets were not that great - the bathroom door was a little bit broken (couldn't close it all the time) - a lot of noise in the night from the outside (don't know for sure from where that noise came) - a little bit far from the city center (15 minutes by car) There are definitely other good options in the city. I think this place requires some investments.
• Julia (7/5): A comfortable and good housing unit - The apartment is properly equipped, you just have to come with luggage. The apartment is on the ground and there is also an adjacent parking lot. We liked that there is good service and the owner helps with any problem. There is transportation, light rail and buses in the area to get to the city center, there is a supermarket in the area, and all kinds of different businesses. Clean and comfortable place. There was a bit of a sewage smell, probably a plumbing problem, I believe the landlord will sort it out.

• Marek (10/5): Highly recommended - Briefly speaking, a great place to stay. I appreciated it that they sent the check-info well in advance. The kitchen annex makes a lot of difference in comparison with hotels. Nothing.

• Rumyana (9/5): Superb - I congratulate the hosts who, with a lot of hard work and imagination, have turned a garage into an extremely clean bungalow equipped with all amenities. very good internet, comfortable beds, kitchen with all electrical appliances and things like tea, salt, vinegar, oil, flour, sugar, spices. There is convenient transport to downtown and plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The garden is not actually facing the bungalow and is used by other people, the view from the room is quite neglected. Also, if you sleep 3 in the bungalow and you have to use air conditioning, the door of the room must be open, and this is not convenient because you can see from the bed the person sleeping on the sofa, but I guess those details are still being worked out

• Ielyzaveta (9/5): Wonderful - Clean, relatively spacious place with good wifi and everything we needed. We were traveling with my fiend and her 1-year old, and the owners brought a bed and some toys for the kid. Also it was very nice and unexpected that for tea there were Ukrainian candies😊 My friend thought it was a bit chilly in the living room.
