• Pavlo (3/5): Poor - Absolutely arrogant owner - Mr. Daniš. Though the reception to be opened till 5 I think, at 4:30 there was nobody, and no one picked up the phone. After some 10-15 minutes I calked again and the guy was like: "oh, you are the one from booking, press xxxx and # to get your key, I'll be in 15 minutes". We waited for him to pay, he came and told, I'm busy, let's settle it tomorrow after breakfast. I said okay. The next day after breakfast he was there again and offered to make "tomorrow". Fine said I. And the show started during check out. Why the hell are you here with such a big dog. If I was here during check in I wouldn't accommodate you. I have inly one room for dogs and it's occupied. I was, sorry but I wrote in the reservation comments, that I needed parking and was coming with a dog, you just ignored it, as well I me trying to pay you twice. Yeap, but you didn't mention the size of the dog... I was like, you didn't ask, but anyway now you're saying it's not about the size, but you don't have rooms available. Don't you think it's better to communicate in advance? I filtered it on booking.com on my app it was written "pets are welcome for a fee". He said, yes, because you need to go to the details in the very below, where nobody actually looks. I asked booking to put it up, but this f×××ing Dutch company doesn't care about my problems, just wants the cash. I will cancel your booking and you have to confirm it... I paid the accommodation, the fee for the dog 40 eur and left. Honestly, never again. For 195 eur for a weekend with a modest breakfast.... I believe better options available.
