• Ant (10/5): Exceptional & sets a precedent!! Loved it! - This property is incredible. The location is spot on (across the road from the beach, a handful of restaurants and only a short walk into the town with a great deal of wonderful restaurants). From the moment we showed up to a really warm welcome to the moment we left we enjoyed every second. There is nothing that hasn’t been considered and it is such a joy to awake and see your own pool and the beach. Eat your dinner off of the floor clean and such a wonderful size. Storage is great (wardrobes / fridge / cupboards etc). Very contemporary and calming too. We slept so well and it was so relaxing! There is parking as well. We cannot speak more highly and have already booked for next year. Thank you so much! :-) The only thing we didn’t like was leaving and going home!! :-). Wonderful time!

• Bogdana (10/5): - Everything! The location is next to a beautiful beach, apartment is brand new and is fully equipped and everything works perfectly. We were greeted with complimentary water, fruits, coffee and all those little things you need before the first hop to the supermarket. Couldn’t recommend this apartment more!

It was right by the beach, just down and across the road. The beach club there rents beds and does great food and drink. The apartment its self was very high spec, everything you would need for the stay. The hosts were fantastic and aided us in all the information we needed and went the extra mile. The balcony is massive and had an amazing view day and night, a lot of the afternoons we spent there and it was lovely. Nothing, it was brilliant, reccomend to anyone!

Decorated stylishly with everything you may need. The location was perfect for us , directly opposite the beach and only a short stroll into the town. Great hosts too. Nothing, everything was perfect.
• CLAUDIO (10/5): Perhaps the best vacation rental I’ve done - the house, position, view and hosts were incredible - Everything was fantastic. The house is situated infront of Ammoudi beach, a beautiful more beach that has everything you can ask for and clean clear waters. The apartment itself is incredible (both from an architectural and interior design pov and what it has to offer) and is even better than the photos posted online! There is a lot of privacy despite being so close to everything and the view from the pool deck provides an excellent place to relax and have amazing dinners. Upon arriving Yiannis greeted us at the home to give the keys and a tour of the property while also recommending a few spots. Skala, their restaurant which is also nearby was excellent and can recommend to anyone - after trying much of the food in the area I can confidently say this was one of the best and most memorable. Really could not have asked for more, thank you very much Yiannis and Sophianna for everything, it’s truly a place we’ll remember and will come back to!!!!

• Andrew (9/5): - A Perfect Stay in Agios Nikolaos – Contemporary Luxury with a Dose of Traditional Cretan Hospitality. In July we had a very pleasant stay at Anassa Ammoudi Suites in Agios Nikolaos, which exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we first entered we felt welcomed, relaxed and cared for all, thanks to our incredibly warm and gracious hosts Yiannis and Sophianna. Their hospitality, attention to detail and genuine care transformed our experience from comfortable to one we shall remember fondly. We stayed in Anassa Suite One (Downstairs) with a private swimming pool; there is nothing like a swimming pool on a warm summer afternoon. The suite was modern, clean, and beautifully appointed with everything you could want for a self-catered stay. The space was open with a high ceiling, filled with natural light, quality furnishings, thoughtful decoration, etc. The linens, kitchenware and appliances all felt brand new. Another highlight was the location; a pleasant short walk of 15 minutes into the centre of Agios Nikolaos, where you find a combination of traditional tavernas, trendy cafés and boutique shops around the stunning lake and harbour area. Nearby are local restaurants as well as a major supermarket. Yiannis and Sophianna were always quickly available if we wanted assistance regarding anything local (recommendations) or to help with taxi bookings and dinner reservations. You can tell they take pride in their business and genuinely care about their guests' comfort and happiness, so it made the stay warm and personal. In summary, Anassa Ammoudi Suites is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Agios Nikolaos. We would certainly stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting this part of beautiful Crete. Thanks once again Yiannis and Sophianna for a wonderful stay! Nothing really.

• Joan (10/5): Fabulous studio in a perfect location. - The property was amazing. It was very modern with open plan spaces. The view from the terrace was stunning. The studio was so very well equipped with everything you would need. The location was perfect, across the road from the beach and fab beach bar and a 10 minute walk into the main town area. Our host were very friendly and helpful. They kindly left us water, a bottle of wine and fruit to welcome us. They also told us about their restaurant Skala by the lake, where we enjoyed our best meal of the holiday. Nothing it was fabulous.

Very spacious and comfortable. Perfect. Lovely terrace with a panoramic sea view. Easy walk along the sea front to the port and lake. Nothing.

The apartment is stunning and the sea view excellent. Lot of nice restaurants our favourite was Ofou to lo, Pelagos and Antikristo. We had very nice time and loved waking around and swimming in the sea, will surly come back again!! Nothing.
• Emma (10/5): Perfect relaxing holiday - The property is absolutely stunning. It has a very modern vibe and the views are breathtaking. You are just a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the scenic walk into town is roughly just 10 minutes. Nothing.

Yiannis is a wonderful host and greeted us on arrival. The property is the entire top floor of a new and incredible home overlooking the sea and coastal area. It is breathtaking. The unit itself is of exceptional quality and style. Nothing is missing. Across the street is a lovely uncrowded beach with crystal blue water for swimming. Steps away from a beautiful, sandy beach. Many good restaurants in the vicinity. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and equipped to a very high standard. Everything you needed in a kitchen was there. Luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower. All was spotlessly clean. Yiannis, the host, could not have been kinder or more helpful. All in all, a perfect holiday. I had to leave at the end of my stay!
