• Ronald (10/5): Small but excellent - Close to the government hospital. Great staff! One young lady there went above and beyond her duties in helping me do some research and phone calls for my health care.

• Michaela (9/5): - The room was nice and clean, the personnel was super nice, she recommended us a place to eat and in the morning we enjoyed salted coffee with a hotel discount. The room didn’t have any windows. We had to use air con because of the damp weather and hot temperatures but maybe it wasn’t cleaned for a long time. The hot water wasn’t really hot.

Wir hatten z.B. kein Fenster im Raum und die Tür zum Flur ist aus Milchglas gemacht, wodurch man alle mitbekommt, was auf dem Flur passiert

• Maruzza (5/5): Uncinfortable feeling - The room is cleaned, the staff is nice ( but too many question as from where you arrived, why you stay only one night, where you go after meanwhile I had a 15 kg backpack on my shoulder and desiring going to my room). They invite me a glass of tea as welcome. Small room.with no window, in the evening you must drill yo get inside and after they close a rolling shutter so I fel as in a jail.

• Khiem (9/5): Love the stay - I adore the environment and also the services. I love the two hoses of heating water and cold water. Not only that, I really amazed by the softness of the bed and also the comfiness of the blank sheet. Love the stay. It would be perfect for the room to have a window. Also I would love the room to have a tivi yet the prices are reasonable.

• Mélanie (6/5): Bien mais pas incroyable - J’ai aimé le fait que l’hôtel soit excentré mais vous devez marcher minimum 30 minutes pour vous rendre à un point intéressant. La salle de bain et le lit étaient très bien. En revanche pas de vrai porte de chambre donc on entend tout et la lumière passe à travers quand ils allument très tôt le matin. Le monsieur qui garde l’hôtel le soir est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Sauf erreur de ma part, je pense que l’hôtel voit beaucoup par l’argent et c’est dommage. La dame n’a pas su me rendre la monnaie car elle n’avait pas avec elle. Mais aussi, elle ne m’a pas dit que nous avions une remise sur les boissons lorsque nous séjournons dans leur hôtel. Sur 4 jours la bas, je l’ai su quelques minutes avant de partir… pas très correct

• Cosgrove (10/5): A great stay in Saigon - This is a really nice property in the leafy suburbs of District 3. The staff are extremely friendly and the room was super clean, fresh, spacious and modern. WiFi connection is good. A cheap same day laundry service is provided which is very convenient. Accessing the property after midnight you will have to either buzz the bell/call the WhatsApp number. We only came back once after midnight and the security guard was outside, a super simple process regardless. Thank you so much for everything! Nothing.
• Joel (10/5): Great stay with a local vibe and great value - I had a great experience at Larita. Everyone was kind and friendly and the coffee was spectacular. The space lends itself to just want to sit back and relax. It’s located in a more local part of town so if you’re looking for other tourists it may not be for you. If you’re looking for a local vibe with good energy and friendly people then this may be your spot. The value is spot on. I will stay here again next time I’m in Saigon. This is such a minor inconvenience that annoyed me at the time but I can laugh about it now. The toilet paper is stored in the closet with the towels so just make sure you grab it before you sit down to take care of business lol. Should only happen once but still once is enough hahahaha

• Sayel (8/5): Great affordable place - The room offered great value and it was surrounded by restaurants and cafes. I liked it wasn't in a very touristy area so you get a glimpse of daily life, while being easily accessible for grab to go to several tourist areas The pillows were too big which made them really uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress was a bit hard. The cleaning is not daily. Although comfortable, the room was a bit small and it seemed that the walls/door were thin

• Myat (10/5): Best homestay experience, great for long-term stay - The rooms are as good as they look in the pictures, really cozy with custom furniture and lighting. The owners Rita and Rin are very attentive and want to give the renters a homestay experience, so they make recommendations on local hangouts and even take people out to night markets and other places. They are also incredibly helpful and invite you to participate in various activities, such as making spring rolls. The cafe at the lobby offers a 30% discount to renters on all the drinks. Other renters are also quiet and respectful. The location is great, quite close to the Ho Thi Ky food street and flower market in District 3. There are so many restaurants on the next street. Other attractions are a short ride away by Grab. I was stranded in Saigon longer than I had planned to stay, and the kindness and friendship of Rita and Rin really made the stay worthwhile. Simply one of the best stays ever. Rita and Rin started the business recently (as of May 2024), so there are some trials and errors in their systems. But there is nothing to worry about since they are very attentive and respond to all the feedback. You will have to communicate your needs and be supportive of their endeavors though.
