• Mike (10/5): Very pleasant and pleasing.. when I come back this will be my first choice - The property was clean spacious and warm ..plenty of room the bedrooms were clean and the beds very comfortable There wasn’t anything I didn’t like..
• donna (7/5): - Lovely deco, clean and hosts allowed us early accessible. The only 2 things we found fault with was the lack of mugs for hot drinks, there was 8 of us and only 3 mugs. Also the beds although very clean with lovely bedding the mattresses on the doubles are not quite big enough for the beds, lots of bumping and banging on the bed sides/gaps. Also mattress not very comfortable but that’s just down to preference I suppose.

• Jenna (10/5): Clean and spacious property. - Spotlessly clean. Amazing, fresh smelling bed covers/sheets. Everything you need is at the property. Responsive hosts and central location in Leigh. Excellent value for money and will definitely return regularly as we have family in Leigh. The only thing we found a bit annoying was the lack of mirrors as there were a few of us getting ready for an event at the same time, but that is really reaching to find a "con".
• Hatton (8/5): Very good - Beds comfy, near shops and local restaurants. Property smelt off tobacco upon arrival as did the towels.
• Knight (10/5): Exceptional - Really clean, well equipped, close to our venue If I had to pick something I would say I would of preferred a softer mattras but that's a personal choice

• Marco (10/5): five stars bed and shower - everything was perfect. Comfortable beds, shower is five stars. kitchen well equipped. good television. heating system was perfect. Room for 1 car in front of the house. Host is kind and answered in a few minutes, helped us in all aspects. We dont have any remarks.
• Ihtisham (8/5): Great, cosy home to stay for a short trip away. - It was very clean, and we had access to a lot of amneties, which was nice. Having a driveway at the front is also very helpful. It was cosy and well presented. The sofa bed was surprisingly bigger than expected. Weird one, but mirrors! We went for a family function, soo obviously the ladies needed mirrors to get dressed, but there werent any apart from in the bathroom, I do suggest each bedroom has mirrors. Also the telly doesnt always get signal.

The kitchen was great and was big enough for us to a - It was large enough for 5 people, beds were comfortable Rug on the kitchen floor was very dangerous. Loose carpet inside front door was very slippery on the floor when walking in through the front door No grab rail in the bathroom for shower use No bedside tables on both sides of double beds just one side Property seemed like it was still mid renovation Area was very undesirable. Property’s tinned up on the street and surrounding roads We paid over 500 for 4 nights which was very over priced for the area and quality of finish Recycle bins confusing, the lists should be what the bins take not include what they don’t take
• Baz (8/5): Overall - Good location Good finish The rear garden has been ripped up since we last stayed here and the when the lads are smoking it drags all the dirt from the back garden into the house
