• spence (6/5): A reasonable B and B with good food inclusions. - This is a B and B. It is not a motel. It has a single unit only. It is under the owner's home. Access is difficult. It is very clean and the owners go out of their way to provide many food items. That it is a B and B, access is difficult and the bedding is only fair.
• spence (5/5): This is not a Motel; it is a B and B. - Breakfast was - cook your own! The food provisions were adequate. The owners of this house with the unit below did try to make our stay pleasant. However, this is much like a B and B and this was totally unexpected. Being a B and B. Access to the Unit is difficult. The bed was uncomfortable. I mistakenly thought we were staying at a motel. Prefer not to stay under someone's home

• Guest (8/5): A beautiful view and a nice facility - The facility itself is exceptional, great room, great facilities for a holiday or longer stay. if I had any negative was the location is not quite how it showed on the map but still only a short taxi ride to the other side of town. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to travelers. The entrance was a little slippery when it rained.

• Walters (8/5): Fabulous, would definitely recommend… a beautiful view from pool and enjoyed watching sunrise over the marina from the c - Great communication and really thoughtful details in suite, such as set of bath & pool towels provided. Also not expected but over and above was the welcome food with butter/ bread/ milk/ conserved and fruit bowl… making the stay really easy and relaxed. The bathroom/ kitchen units are a little dated but all is kept well and functions, also great value for money.

Having a portable crib set up and available meant we didn’t have to lug ours from the car. Self check in made things easy for timing.

We had plenty of breakfast food available. We only stayed for 1 night, but we are definitely going back. The toilet/shower inside is a bit small, but it was not a problem for us.

• Bede (7/5): Good - Loved that that the place smelt Fresh as soon as I walked in. Loved the comfy Bed and fresh Linen, and super comfy pillows. Loved the hot-water in the shower and that the shower was so clean. Lots cooking implements, cutlery and plates and cups.Loved the pool outside our glass doors. Swam every day. It was a bed and breakfast. Basics provided cereal, 6 eggs and Milk. Had to cook our selves. Not mentioned in details. I would have liked some berries and bacon too. Fresh peaches were left but they were all bruised inside and had to throw them out. ONLY white bread offered. Had to go and buy bread as we don't eat white bread. Did not like that the picture above our bed was super dusty and lots of mould. Definitely needs removing... old Magazines from 2017???

• John (8/5): Comfortable and convenient - It was close and convenient to where we needed to be. The rooms were large and comfortable. There was plenty of food provided for breakfast and chocolates as well. The pool was inviting right beside our room however we didn't have the time to enjoy it. We arrived earlier then the 2.00 pm book in and were allowed in. Many thanks for that Andrew as we were very tired from a long drive. The distance from the car to the room was a bit of a problem for elderly people as it was down the side of the house, down a few stairs and around the pool. However, there were night lights everywhere that really assisted us. The upstairs noise woke us early.
• Katy (8/5): A sweet little stay with family - Close to everything, owners were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Loved the little detail such as all the amenities available in the kitchen. All you might need. Some bits were a little worn down, such as broken pool chairs. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the WiFi signal wasn’t the best. None of these things would put me off staying again though!

• Zorica (10/5): Lovely, clean home away from home. - We only stayed for one night stopover, but we liked it. Spacious room, clean and cosy. Variety of food provided for breakfast, for our family of 5 there was something for each taste. Quiet location for a good night sleep and a beautiful view from the poolside. The hosts were lovely and allowed us to use the pool after check out, with a shower and bathroom available near the pool for our convenience. We would definitely come back when holidaying in Port Macquarie.

We loved the view, the access to the pool and, most of all, the little touches. It's as if they asked themselves - 'How can we make the space better?' We loved it. Absolutely nothing ....
• Linda (10/5): A beautiful private stay in a uniquely special property with incredible views and private alfresco & pool access - A wonderfully convenient and comfortable “lower house” stay within a property that’s fully stocked, spacious and which provides full, private access to the swimming pool alongside the wonderful private alfresco area. The laundry access is a major benefit; it’s large and fully stocked. The alfresco area & pool are wonderful additions for enjoying outdoor living and dining. The property is wonderful. I suggest upgrading to a slightly larger more comfortable L-shaped couch with a leg extension. The existing couch isn’t all that comfortable. The indoor bathroom could be upgraded in time, with minor tap leak fixed. It’s probably just a washer issue.

• Tania (10/5): It was a lovely stay, and we would stay again. - It was very clean, homey, and very well stocked with breakfast items and different kinds of instant coffees and teas and hot chocolate. The kids loved the pool with a view, which we basically had to ourselves. Nothing.

• Yafen (9/5): Great for the family - Nice pool, nice view and nice owners. Kitchen is well organised, we had everything we needed. Owners are very considerate about everything. Fresh fruits, milk, soft drinks, water, cereal, coffee , tea and a loft of bread were provided. There is a surveillance camera on the corner of the patio. Had to roll down all curtains coz I was able to see it when resting in bed.

A great breakfast with variety of foods to eat! All the little things that make a home comfortable has been thought of. The bunk beds were uncomfortable. The top bunk would squeak everytime my daughter turned over.
