• Paolo (1/5): Sporco, e non ci sono i servizi mostrati nella descrizione - Entrando in struttura ho trovato il Wc del bagno grande senza tavoletta, la doccia piena di muffa ci un asciugamano sporco e bagnato dentro e non scaricava neanche, Nel bagno piccolo davanti al wc una macchia di non so che. Dal rubinetto della cucina esce una puzza nauseabbondante. L'impianto elettrico é fatiscente con il lampadario della camera da letto che lampeggia, una presa senza tappo dove i miei figli potevano prendere la corrente, e gli interruttori generali obsoleti. Non é presente nessun estintore, e davanti la porta vi é un cancello che secondo loro é per sicurezza, ma in caso di incendio potrebbe essere una trappola mortale. La TV non funziona. La lavatrice non é presente e per cucina intendono un cucinino elettrico portatile che ovviamente non È a norma. Tutto quello che era scritto nei servizi era FAKE. Senza parlare delle lenzuola ingiallite e del pavimento sporchissimo.
• Chiara (1/5): ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE - Nulla ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE!! Esperienza assolutamente negativa, sotto ogni punto di vista. Al nostro arrivo i proprietari ci hanno detto che prima di noi avevano ospitato degli “zingari” (termine usato da loro) che, a detta loro, avrebbero otturato le tubature. Un inizio già gravemente fuori luogo. Ma il peggio è arrivato poco dopo: ci siamo fatte una doccia e l’intera casa si è allagata, letteralmente. L'acqua ha invaso bagno, corridoio, stanze e ha raggiunto addirittura il salotto. Non ci è stato possibile utilizzare più le docce per il resto del soggiorno, con tutti i disagi che potete immaginare. Uno dei due bagni era inutilizzabile perché lo scarico non funzionava, quindi per paura di fare ulteriori danni non abbiamo più usato i bagni interni. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare i proprietari per far fronte all’emergenza, ma la gestione è stata improvvisata e assolutamente inadeguata: ci hanno lasciato in camera un secchio sporco pieno di stracci zuppi d'acqua con cui avevano cercato di asciugare il pavimento, lasciando l’ambiente in condizioni igieniche pessime. Come se tutto ciò non fosse già abbastanza grave, all’interno della culla abbiamo trovato un assorbente interno usato. UN DETTAGLIO CHE NON NECESSITA DI ULTERIORI COMMENTI! Alla nostra richiesta di rimborso, il proprietario ci ha detto - tastuali parole - "eh però ci avete dormito dentro" (come se avessimo altre alternative), quindi non ci ha concesso nemmeno il rimborso. Questa esperienza è stata un concentrato di disorganizzazione, scarsa igiene e mancanza totale di rispetto. Sconsigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque tenga al minimo livello di pulizia, decoro e professionalità.

• Christelle (7/5): Potentiel à revoir - La propreté de l'appartement,la literie Il n'y a pas de machine à laver comme indiqué sur la description. La douche est à revoir. La télé ne fonctionne pas. La cuisine n'est pas équipée comme sur la première photo, un réchaud 2 plaques électriques fait office de plaque de cuisson. Il n'y a pas de verre pour boire. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont limités pour 4 personnes. Rue passante très bruyante, même et surtout la nuit.
• Giada (10/5): - Posizione comoda e tranquilla specialmente per chi a figli il padrone di casa gentilissimo e molto alla mano ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli qualche ora in più per non andare in giro per ore con i bagagli appresso per poi partire per il ritorno a Milano inoltre gestiscono un ristorante in famiglia dove si mangia molto bene e tutto molto saporito le polpette sono le classiche polpette della nonna che piu ne mangi piu né vorresti mangiare..che dire ci dispiace partire Napoli ti fa sentire a casa nonostante tutte le dicerie bisogna provare per credere tutto il mondo è paese e se proprio devo dirla tutta mi spaventa di piu camminare per le vie di casa mia (MILANO) che qui nonostante fosse la prima volta in questa città e i cittadini tutti pronti ad aiutarti e consigliarti tutto perfettamente perfetto..TORNEREMO PRESTO SICURAMENTE grazie di tutto e dell'ospitalità al padrone di casa Famiglia Milanese
• Sergio Gaston (8/5): - El apartamento es súper amplio y cómodo. La ubicación es estratégica para moverse por Nápoles si uno cuenta con poco tiempo. La ducha perdía agua, El barrio es un poco turbio, hay que caminar con cuidado sobretodo de noche. La comunicación por parte de los anfitriones no es la mejor, de hecho la esposa me hizo problema por una llave que me dejaron de más, bastante fuera de lugar.
• catiuscia (4/5): - la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibilissima L'appartamento non dispone, come dicono, del secondo bagno, ma si tratta solo di una nicchia con il wc che per altro quando scarichi esce l'acqua da un piccolo tombino lì vicino. Le finestre non hanno ne tapparelle e ne persiane e non sono dotate di tende oscuranti. Il bagno era sporco, la doccia con lo scarico otturato e con muffa sul box.

Быстрый интернет, полноценная кухня, стиральная машина, всё удобно и функционально. До центра рукой подать — отличное расположение. Благодарю хозяина за радушие и отличный приём. Остались только приятные впечатления Иногда отключался свет, автомат срабатывал на стиральную машину

• Livya (7/5): Good - Near to central station Breakfast . Just 1 liter of milk and few packets of coffee for 6 people for two days and a just one toilet was only there .The other one was closed . And mainly one AC was only for the entire apartment and not even a fan in the bedroom 🥵

• Beryl (7/5): Enjoyable stay in Naples - Good location, plenty of space in the apartment, main bedroom very comfortable No blinds on lounge or kitchen window - lounge doubles up as bedroom and it was too bright without curtains or blinds so we two people didn’t sleep much

• Valentine (7/5): yes I would stay again - The pace has everything required, it looks like a dolls house in side, very clean and very nice the lead up to the apartment is not great, but that is not the fault of the owner

• Saana (7/5): Good - The apartment was very clean and mostly everything worked. The kitchen is well-equipped and the wifi worked well. Only had a problem with hot water a couple of times. It's easy to get to the apartment from the main railway station on foot and the old town with all the sights is also only 5 mins away on foot. The area isn't very pleasant. It's quite close to the main railway station and there is a lot of rubbish outside. Locals warned about pickpockets, so worth being careful in this area, when out and about.
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - I really like the apartment and the host was super nice. I planned to travel around Naples, visit Vesuveo and Capri and looking for a place to stay not far from Napoli Centrale and the port, but also not too close to them. And the location of Barocco house is absolutely perfect for the purpose. I also found many nice cafes and restaurants around there I had breakfast and dinner. And many mini markets which open till midnight. The apartment was clean, everything in the bathroom was brand new. The street is quite.
