• Michael (10/5): Sehr gutes 3-Sterne-Hotel! - Schönes, gemütliches, sauberes Hotel. Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Guter Spa-Bereich mit Whirlpools, Sauna, Dampfbad und Infrarotkabinen. Konnte unkompliziert früher einchecken und einen Parkplatz dazu reservieren. Fünf Minuten Fussweg zu Bahnhof, Bergbahn und Dorfzentrum. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nettes Personal! Details: Whirlpools könnten noch 1-2 Grad wärmer sein. Frühstück beginnt relativ spät, 07:45. Parkplatz sollte unbedingt vorreserviert werden, es hat nämlich nicht allzuviele.

• Stadelmann (6/5): - Die Lage war gut und die Weisshornbahn konnte zu Fuss in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht werden. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit grossem Badezimmer und es wurde gut geputzt. Frühstück gab es erst ab 7:45 Uhr, was sehr spät ist, wenn man früh auf die Piste will. Unsere Zimmertüre war mehr ein Sichtschutz, weshalb man hören konnte, wenn die Zimmernachbarn vor der Türe redeten / ins Zimmer gingen. Die Angestellten waren ebenfalls nicht wirklich freundlich. Sie hatten an diversen Abenden spezielle Menus (z.B. Buffet, Racletteabend etc. zu einem hohen Preis, wo man dann auch nicht von der Karte bestellen konnte).

• Alexander (9/5): - Die Hoteliersfamilie war zusammen mit Ihrem Personal sehr freundlich, sehr gute Gastgeber, eine prima Küchenmannschaft. Die Lage in rel. Nähe zur öffentlichen Parkgarage, zur Talstation des Skilifts, in 5 Gehminuten. Leider waren (altersbedingt?) im Spa Bereich der eine oder andere Schalter defekt, was die Funktion teilweise leicht einschränkte. Aber die Eigentümer waren mit den entsprechenden Handwerkern und Lieferanten im Kontakt für eine schnellstmögliche Reparatur.

• Leonie (10/5): Es war unvergesslich! - Out in the Green zwischen Bergen und Bäumen, sehr paradiesisch und erholsam. Im Hotel war es sehr heimelig, die Stimmung zwischen dem Personal sehr familiär und das Ambiente fantastisch. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erreicht, wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Wir kommen wieder! ❤️ ...dass der Aufenthalt viel zu schnell vorbei ist.

• Wenk (10/5): Ein Ort, an dem man merkt, wie gut es tut, wenn einfach alles passt. - Hatte einen richtig angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Astoria. Der Saunabereich ist super schön und perfekt zum Abschalten. Mega cool fand ich auch die Extras wie Billardtisch, Gym und Tischtennis – damit wird einem echt nicht langweilig. Insgesamt einfach zum Wohlfühlen, sehr zu empfehlen.

• Karin (9/5): Ruhe Pur - Gleich bei der Ankunft überraschte mich die entspannte, familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Aussicht aus dem Speisesaal ist absolut fantastisch (auch bei schlechtem Wetter). Der Wellnessbereich ist wunderschön. Auch von dort sieht man ins Grüne. Die Lage nahe Bahnhof, Bus und Weisshornbahn ist optimal. Eine heimelige Bar rundet das Angebot ab. Das ist reklamieren auf extrem hohem Niveau: da ich Rückenprobleme habe, waren die Matratzen für mich zu weich.

• Alicia (8/5): - Das Zimmer, wellness, essen. Die freundlichkeit von die rezeption und freundlichkeit von der junge kellner. Fitness: der laufbahn ist sehr gefährlich. Sehrrrrr schmall und kaputt.
• Marcel (9/5): Es war ein erholsames Wochenende und im Hotel hat es an nichts gefehlt. - Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet mit viel Holz, das hat mir gut gefallen. Das Bett war nicht so bequem, aber das ist immer schwierig und halt persönliche Vorliebe. Mir war es zu weich. Beim Nachtessen war etwas schade, dass man Fondue nicht für eine (allein reisende) Person bestellen konnte. Denke das wäre machbar mit kleinerer Portion. Siehe oben bezüglich Restaurant. Sonst alles top.

• Lars (8/5): A fine hotel in the Swiss Alps - The room I had was quite comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Unfortunately we arrived too late to enjoy the spa service. Unfortunately my room was on the same level as the street so I had a bit of sound emissions hitting me in the morning.
• Malgorzata (9/5): Superb - This was my first stay over night in Arosa. I chose a single room as I was here for one night. The room was small but clean and equipped with what is important. Breakfast was tasty. Will come back for longer stay in a fall. The location few steps from the railway station is amazing. I love the mountain vibe of a hotel. It is nice and unique place.

• Ted (8/5): Very good - The staff was very friendly. The dining and bar area was very nice. It was not the fault of the property but there was construction right in front of the hotel and at times it was very noisy. If we would have known we would have chosen a hotel at the other end of town. We had looked forward to playing pool at the hotel but were then told that it wasn't available becasue of a private function that was ongoing during our 2 day stay. There was a travel card included with our stay which could be used for free use of ski lifts, golfing, paddle boats etc.. It would have been good if the hotel let us know about it. We only found out by chance when entering the information office of the town.

• Paulina (7/5): Good - We received room upgrade and personnel is really nice and friendly. Room was clean and there was enough space. There is also a large ski room. Breakfast was rather below average and there is a limit one egg per person, first time I've seen something like this and still order was mixed and we did not receive it. Beds are not really comfortable, but for one night it was ok. Keep in mind that to get to the ski lifts you have to go uphill. There is no kettle in the room for tea and coffee.

• Victoria (4/5): Negative price expectations ratio, improvements are required - location is close from the train station and ski lift, friendly and helpful male manager poor breakfast, a few basic meat and sausage cuts from a supermarket, cheese, eggs, bread and cornflakes. There were almost no vegetables and fruit, except for some apples and mandarines. Very confusing table order for guests should be obeyed, we were not allowed to sit at a different table albeit there were many available ones. Staff in the restaurant didn’t look happy and brought me one boiled egg after a couple of reminders, in 20 minutes.

• Robynne (7/5): Welcoming Hotel, Friendly Staff - A lovely historical hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very generous - a lovely selection worth feasting on. The bathroom was modern, spacious and bright It's an older hotel, so our room was quite dark - our bathroom window had the best view. No view from the bed. The wooden bed was squeaky. The noise from the corridor carries into the room - you can hear people coming and going and talking quite clearly. And although they offer fantastic Spa facilities, the general Spa room temperature and the 2 whirlpools were luke warm, so after about 15 minutes we were cold and wanted to leave.
• Tina (9/5): Relaxing short stay in Arosa - Great location close to the center, spacious room with a terrace and a view, comfortable beds, generous breakfast, great food a la carte. Pre-assigned seating at the breakfast. The needle in the sewing kit is not usable (opening too small).
