• David (7/5): Nice place but property management / customer service is terrible. - Smoke detector needed a replacement battery and chirped loudly. Initially, they wanted us to change the battery but with the ceiling at least ten feet high and no ladder available, this was not possible. We had to wait three days for maintenance to come to the apartment and WE HAD TO BE THERE TO LET THEM IN! A WASTED VACATION DAY
• David (9/5): Superb - Quiet neighborhood, close to public transportation and lots of restaurants, bakeries and a great beer place, (Gravity - a microbrewery) close by. Shower drained poorly, a drawer in the kitchen would not close after being opened. Could use a dresser or someplace to store clothes.
• Filip (9/5): Super apartment for the price and in a great spot - Nice apartment close to the city centre with good public transportation availability (5 mins from metro to train station). Grocery shops under 5 minutes. Enough equipment even for longer vacations to fulfill all your needs (dishwasher, washing machine, iron etc.). Quiet place. Apartment opposite of probably school, so good neighbourhood. Even though building seems dark it was calm and no problems whatsoever. Nice touch that apartment was comfortably preheated and some coffee and snacks along with water provided. There was not enough storage room for clothes. Basically just drawers under bed in the upper floor and a bit of space in wardrobe (half is for staff). Not a minus but a bit more dishes in kitchen would be nice. Kitchen window even fully closed was not fully sealed. No big problem because doors to the kitchen/bathroom can be closed just feel like wasting energy heating every morning.
• Marius (10/5): Really comfortable and cozy apartment in good location and for a good price, will come again! - The shower was really good the temperature could go really high and it was very easy to adjust to the one you want and it was really clean.The bed was really comfortable. There were a lot of facilities like WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning with heat and washing machines. The apartament was really comfortable and cozy and the location is really good very close to metro station Kálvin tér where M3 and M4 come and it was also really short distance to the central market. The windows were sealed that well, the temperature was good inside because there was heating but it’s a shame that heat gets lost there it doesn’t affect staying there since there is heating that always keeps the temperature to the one you set.
• Mohamed (10/5): A spacious and cozy apartment in a perfect location! - The apartment is located in an amazing and quiet area, close to the central market and the 100E bus stop from the airport. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities needed. The lighting of the apartment gives it the calm and relaxing feel! Finding the apartment can be a bit tricky in the beginning, but the provided guide and instructions clarifies everything.
• Iglika (9/5): Home away from home. Lovely apartment in an excellent location. - The property is in a perfect location and there are shops and restaurants located all around it. Great size for a family or a couple. It’s a walking distance from a number of attractions and sites such as the Market Hall, the river and also Kalvin Ter. Very easy to get to it from the airport. You can tell that it was recently renovated and has all the little comforts that one might need during the a stay (cups, glasses, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and huge fridge, etc..). The bathroom is lovely and spacious . The shower pressure is excellent. Easy to get in and out and excellent security. Communication with the management team was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay in Budapest. Although the apartment was clean a bit more attention could have been paid to the floor and particles of dust here and there - all minor issues.
• Camil (9/5): A large apartment near everything in Budapest - 1. Great location, close to everything: central market, grocery stores, shops, pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants etc.. 2. A large apartment with everything needed for your stay. 3. An awesome communication with the owner before the arrival, quick responses showing the owner cares about his guests. 4. An elevator in the building. As a piece of advice: pay more attention to cleanliness. There were a few issues with it. Towels need to be replaced by newer ones. Nothing major, yet the impression would be much better if you could avoid these issues, dear owner.
