• Paloma (8/5): Estancia en Madrid con amigas - La ubicación es excepcional, el apartamento muy espacioso, muy limpio y luminoso Tuvimos problemas al hacer el cheking, no podíamos contactar ni por tlf ni por WhatsApp para solucionarlo y resulta que había un problema en los baños y por eso tuvimos que hacer el cheking media hora más tarde. Lo supimos por la señora de la limpieza.

• Susanna (10/5): Excelente ubicación. Lo recomiendo - Ubicación excelente en Callao. Cerca de todo. Todo estaba muy limpio. Teníamos cápsulas para el café, galletas y una botella de agua. Teníamos que dejar las maletas un poco más de tiempo y no hubo ningún problema. Lo recomiendo 100x 100. Había tabla de planchar, plancha y café. Y cuenta con lavavajillas. La cuarta cama era un sofá no muy cómodo y que no hubiera WiFi.

• YEW MENG (8/5): Convenient location, clean environment and helpful staff. - Appreciate very much the promptness of the maintenance man who came to fix a shower problem in one of the bathrooms, visiting us less than an hour after we contacted the host to report the matter. The location in central Madrid near Gran Via and Callao Metro Station was very convenient. The WiFi internet (SSID : BOUTAHOME) was good only in one bedroom near the front door. Weak internet connections in the other bedrooms and living room with frequent connectivity dropoffs. Insufficient Internet connectivity limited its use for conference calls/meetings.

Apartamento cómodo para 6 durmiendo en cama. No habían copas en el menaje de la cocina ( siempre necesarias para un vino :) ) . El sofá cama no era cómodo para dormir tomando en cuenta que éramos 7 personas. El piso es de madera y hay parte que sueñan mucho cuando uno camina.

Issues with the heat and air conditioners. Units were very old and dusty and most didn’t work properly. To be fair, they did send a repair man, but it was after a day and night of being cold. He showed us how to turn on the radiator but it was already the next day. Also there were no paper towels or napkins in the kitchen.

There was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom, and one morning there was no bottled water available due to some issues. Basic essentials you would expect for the first day of a stay were missing. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and necessary amenities made the experience quite unpleasant.

The beds and pillows are very firm and overall is excellent however had we not - The location is exceptional right in the heart of the City We had no hot water initially for showers but managed to get the boiler working. There is currently building work happening directly outside the apartment which started at 6.50am and will be going on for some considerable time.

• Joanna (7/5): - Obiekt znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji . Posiada bardzo wygodne łóżka w sypialniach. Obiekt sam w sobie jest bardzo ładny ale niestety jest dużo minusów . Duży plus za wygodne zameldowanie , obsługa bezkluczowa .Są pojemniki na mydło ale mydła brak 😉. Przed przyjazdem uzyskałam informację dotyczącą ekspresu do kawy , chciałam wcześniej kupić kapsułki , niestety na miejscu okazało się , że jest zupełnie inny ekspres i kapsułki poszły do kosza . Czajnik elektryczny niestety zepsuty . Dobrze , że był garnek w którym można było podgrzać wodę. W mieszkaniu było bardzo zimno ( nic dziwnego na zewnątrz temperatura ok 6 stopni ) , w salonie nie można było włączyć klimatyzacji w celu ogrzania pomieszczenia ponieważ nie było pilota . W jednej sypialni odklejona listwa .
