• Stefan (9/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, in Gehdistanz zu Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sie beiden Terrassen waren genial und alles war sehr geräumig. Auch die Möglichkeit, die Waschmaschine (sogar Wäscheklammern standen zur Verfügung) war sehr angenehm. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war topp. Die Garageneinfahrt ist eng und extrem unhandlich. Das Schloss zur Appartmentstüre liess sich nicht schliessen, weil es klemmte. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass bei einem Aufenthalt von 6 Nächten, die Bett- und Badwäsche nach 3 Tagen gewechselt wird und auch mehr als bloss ein Waschmaschinentab zur Verfügung steht.

When booking the apartment on Booking, the host's approval was required, which took a while, and we ended up paying a higher rate than the initial one. The rate should had been frozen until the approval was granted.

• Aistė (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfect. We have stayed here for the whole month and were working remotely. The Internet speed was great we did not have any issues with that. The apatment was cozy and we have found everythig we needed here (hair dryer, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, beach towels). There were enougth gasses, cups, plates etc. It would have been great to have an user manual for washing machine. Also there weren't many cleaning supplies for a longer stay.

Excellent support from Barista Homes ( they kept in constant touch and answered any queries promptly) No Internet reception on roof terrace. BBQ on roof terrace put us off due to having to carry stuff up and down staircase.

So helpful and so attentive to anything we needed. She certainly made us feel welcome and everything was so smoothly organised with her. • Vicki (8/5): Lovely roof terrace, fabulous communications - The host was really responsive and keen to ensure we had a lovely stay. There were lots of nice personalised touches in the apartment which was spotlessly clean and in good repair. The kitchen could use a bit more equipment to make cooking at the property a little easier. The living room would also benefit from another armchair, it's quite a squeeze for four as it's currently set up.
• Danai (9/5): Great stay - Very spacious and nice apartment close to the airport. The host Silvia was very helpful at all times and gave us some great recommendations on things to do, where to eat etc. The parking was a bit tight, especially if you have a big car but overall was a minor issue.
• Oksana (10/5): Great choice with reasonable value - We had a wonderful stay in the apartments. If you are renting a car it is just a perfect choice. Especially if you prefer quiet area. It is close to drive by car to any locations around and discover island. Apartments are comfortable for 2 couples. There is enough space and everything you need for stay. Kitchen has everything you need if you prefers cook at home. I like how clean apartment was. There are few restaurants nearby. But we didn’t like them. At the same time 18-20 mins walk and you can find more restaurants. Actually, perfect if you like walks after lunch/dinner. Host is very responsive. You can clarify any questions very quickly. Remote checkin/checkout is available. There is also parking space available. It is a bit narrow, but if you are skilled driver nothing unusual. I would back again to the same apartments. Only positive experience. Nothing to add. They are close to airport and you can hear the planes. But it is what we expected. Cannot say it disadvantage personally for me.

• Mel14 (10/5): Exceptional - A large and comfortable apartment, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Situated on a quiet street, just a short walk from the sea front. Very good communication from the host and very easy to check in. Nothing really - just a shame we could not stay longer! The only suggestion I might make is that an additional arm chair would have been useful in the TV area.
• Dawid (10/5): We've has a very nice one week stay at Barista Homes and I would recomend it! - The apartament is quite big and comfortable for 2+2 family. We were very pleased with the rooftop terrace and grill for our use. The kitchen has all you need when travelling with kids and having two bathrooms helped us in busy mornings and evenings:) The tv had Disney subsripition and it was helpful for the Kids. The wifi was stable. The washing machine had dryier option too, so we got our clothes fresh and dry in the morning - very convinient. We used also the small nespresso machine for morning coffee and it was decent. Something that we liked, but you should be aware of is that this is quite part of the Island with golf courses and not so many shops, bars and night life. Therefore I recomend renting a car if you want to be able to move around quickly.
• John (10/5): Thank God for hiring a car and signing up to Netflix! - Clean apartment. Great amenities. Quiet at night. Good host. When you first arrived I had to text via WhatsApp the host to open the door. Would have been better to have sent me the code to access the apartment myself rather than waiting for her to unlock the door by remote. However we didn't have to wait long for her to reply and unlock the door. The keys were on the table when we entered. 1 bar and 3 restaurants only close by. Other bars are approx 10 min walk away. Too quiet for me. Had a garage for car rental but the steep slope entering the garage was too risky to use. Coming out of garage the wheels were spinning. Needs new tarmac as surface was slippery. Parked on road instead. Not many cars in garage (probably feel the same way). No free Netflix available. Had to subscribe myself. No English channels. No BBC world news. Not enough seating area to sit. Needs bigger couch. One person had to sit on the floor when 4 people (2 bedroom apartment) were watching a film. No heated pool. Didn't use it at all. Three sun loungers only available. However no people down there (probably because the water is freezing) so it wasn't too much of an issue. Apartment in residential area. Gated. Watch your step when entering through the gate. There's damage on the floor. My mum tripped up. Only had one set of keys. This was a two double bed apartment. Not good when you wanted to separate from parents! However host was quick to organise a new set of keys for us. She had to go through the loopholes to get them. Arrived Friday - received new set on Wednesday.
• Richard (10/5): We had a great stay, would recommend! - The apartment was perfect. Really comfortable beds. It was very clean and fully equipped. There was even beachtowels. The hosts were very service minded, and helped and answered all our questions. We felt that the need to bring a key to open the gate to the pool was impractical, it would be more practical to use a code-lock for example.
• Lusin (10/5): Top notched accomodation - Very nice accordion and very nice and pleasant host. We got very good advices from the host and was very friendly. Appartement was fully renewed and everything was in perfect order. Highly recommended.
• Laura (10/5): New and cozy apartment with two bedrooms - Apartment is freshly renovated so it is new, nice and clean. It has all necessary tools in the kitchen. Even salt oil and vinegar small bottles was there. There is a view from balcony to the pool so we were able to look after kids. 3 pools are shared between the complex. The host was pleasant and you can checkin chechout remotely without meeting face to face so you are kind of independent. Small misunderstanding with unlocking the doors and the neighbour aunty who confused us 😆
