Cleanliness was fantastic, beds and pillows comfortable and room had a dryer unlike many other options . Indoor pool is in good condition and spa was enjoyable. Close to beach and shops but room was quiet with an amazing view. Thanks for having us 😊

The beds were very comfortable and restaurants & cafes are in walking distance. The pool area was under construction and only one elevator was available but this wasnt an issue for us, we cant wait to return

Our room (Level 22), was spacious with beautiful views of the Coastline. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. We arrived to a very pleasant host Tony who gave us all the information we needed for our stay - who also left complimentary gifts in our room to enjoy. It was very unexpected. We will definitely recommend this establishment and be back to stay in the future. Thanks again for a memorable stay. Nothing

Sea World is only a short bus ride with bus stop being almost out the front of complex Everything thing was pretty good. Bathrooms are showing wear and could be updated.

The outdoor and indoor pools were great, nice and warm. The matress in the main room had a dip, probably need to consider updating it.

Security is good but sometimes it slowed us down. Just a matter of getting used to it. At least once the Uber was on the wrong side and they expect street names. Not really the buildings fault but they need to sort where reception is.

- Cameron (10/5): - The size, comfort and location exceeded all of our expectations. The 2 bedroom apartment was gorgeous, spacious with magnificent views of the ocean. Unfortunately, there were significant building and road works going on - upgrades to the highrise next door during the day, 6 days a week, and road works day and night during the week.

- Kelly (10/5): Swimming Pools, Sunrise, Serenity. - Gorgeous ocean view and an easy few minutes walk to the beach across the road. Both indoor and outdoor pools and spas were incredible. The gym was good too. Our apartment #23 was huge! A completely relaxing time away. We also had easy undercover car parking which was great. We were greeted with a variety of drinks for my birthday - That was nice. My (adult) kids took a few and we left the rest for the cleaning crew to take :) A less than 10 min walk along the beach to the Southport SLSC for dinner (very hot - no aircon - and very packed at SLSC) Food was yummy though :) Took a few goes to figure out that we had to hold the gas button down for a while to keep the flame going before we could cook anything on the stove top. We're not use to gas (electric people lol)

- JUNICHI (9/5): 海の見える部屋がお勧めです。 - 海に面したガラス窓が大きく、部屋から眺める朝日が素晴らしい。 部屋のガラスやデッキのガラスがクリアーでなく、折角の景観を少し邪魔しているのが残念。ビーチ用のタオルも置いておいて欲しかった。

- Rianna (9/5): We loved our stay an the apartment and will definitely be back. - We loved the room and the view. Very clean, well-appointed. We loved the size of the apartment and the balconies. The pool and spa, both indoor and outdoor, were great. Although the spa jets didn't seem to work well. Great location, easy access to all amenities/transport and the beach. Great parking option below. Well-appointed kitchen facilities. After reading other guest reviews regarding dish liquid, etc, we took our own travel-size pump bottles of dish-wash liquid and liquid hand wash, dish washer tablets and washing machine capsules. This worked well for us, knowing we didn't need to buy supplies that would go to waste. We will definitely be back for a stay in the future. Thank you for a great experience. It would be amazing to have a capsule-style coffee machine in the room. We are not big drinkers, so we felt the alcohol on arrival was a nice gesture but a little disappointing. Maybe a non-alcoholic option could be provided and offered at check-in.

- Louise (10/5): The perfect holiday escape! Exactly what we needed after a busy year. - Perfect location! Our apartment had spectacular views of the ocean and was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially seeing our flight was delayed and we had to arrange a late check in. My husband and son enjoyed using the gym. Within walking distance to the Southport Surf Lifesaving Club and a patrolled beach. Cafes, restaurants, boutiques, a convenience store and a pharmacy are all within easy walking distance. Can’t wait to return!!! What isn’t there to like?!

- Bernie (10/5): Awesome! - Location, rooms are fantastic with an awesome view! Have stayed at Xanadu twice now, and will definitely be back again. We arrived after reception was closed, and the instructions sent to me were easy to follow to access our apartment.
- Sam (8/5): - Location was great. The TV had Foxtel and due to a problem with it the TV and Foxtel had to be reset every single time you wanted to watch TV. This took about 5 minutes every time and was very annoying.

- Esona (7/5): Would visit again! - Amazing location, good value. staff were really friendly at check in! Floors could’ve used a bit more of a clean, all of our white socks were dirty by the end of the night. Dirty dishes were found stacked in between clean ones. We also had above and below neighbours being quiet loud - they were shouting late at night to which my friend yelled back to shut up but then we got in trouble saying it was us consciously being too loud. I take full accountability for the fact we shouldn’t have shouted back but during the entirety of our stay there was multiple levels that were 3x louder than us for a fair portion of our stay.

- Shajini (7/5): Quiet place with fantastic views - Close to the beach, fantastic view of the ocean, lots of space in the unit, nice pools and sauna Decor looked a bit tired and dated, natural light only went so far into the unit, dishwasher wasn’t working properly. I was also asked to provide my credit card details three separate times for the security deposit, which I found odd.
