- Nicky (10/5): - Wonderful setting and a beautiful cottage. Nothing
- Hüseyin (10/5): They are so relaxed and hospitable, everything was perfect and comfortable, there was a wonderful silence. If you want t - Everything is soo good
- Gian (10/5): - A beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Cheryl was a wonderful host. The cottage had everything we needed, it was cosy and lovely and warm in the very wet weather! We would love to stay again and highly recommend it!
- Jaz (10/5): -
- Mrs Bobbi (9/5): Our stay was an excellent base for visiting family in the location. Peaceful and relaxed. - the cottage is self catering, so we took our time with breakfast 😊
the location was a lovely quiet spot, and once we got used to Devon lanes, it was no problem. as an older couple the only thing we missed was a 'welcome information pack', to make sure we were using appliances correctly. But the host was available to assist should we need it.
- Debbie (10/5): It was the perfect holiday. Will definitely be returning. - The location was perfect. Beautiful surroundings. You couldn’t better this property or the hosts there was nothing to dislike.
- Andrew (10/5): The owners are incredibly friendly. The cottage is fantastic - We loved everything about this cottage. It's stunning...in a beautiful location and the cottage is amazing Nothing

- Ellie (9/5): A brilliant stay in North Devon! - Lovely and spacious! Super comfortable and clean. Accommodation is down small windy roads, recommend using what.3.words provided by the hosts to find it as it’s the only one that would work. Hosts were so lovely. They offered to my daughter to feed the goats in the morning which she absolutely loved!
- Claudine (10/5): Just perfect - I don’t know where to start with this cottage. It was perfect in every way, from the beautiful peaceful location to the amazing cottage itself. Fantastic size, comfortable and clean. My 2 friends and I holiday every year together and this was hands down the nicest place we’ve stayed. What a bonus each day to go and see/watch all the ducks, chickens and goats. A proper country feel. And the dog loved it too, had a holiday romance with the resident dog, Daisy.
I can’t finish the review without mentioning the hosts. Very attentive and present should you need them. They were incredible. Thank you from us all
- nikolas (10/5): perfection - everything nothing to not like
- Theresa (1/5): Dusty big cobwebs over the bed, grime and copious air freshener stench. - The house and location were great, well furnished, comfy beds, lovely friendly dog in the yard. We didn't like the thick dust and grime in lots of places, the dusty cobwebs over the beds and bedroom ceilings, the very unpleasant blocked drain smell in the downstairs bathroom despite copious quantities of air freshener used throughout the house (yuck), the towels hidden in the chest of drawers on the landing not on beds or in bathrooms or anywhere we looked for them and no reply to messages asking where they were, resulting in having to go to bed without a shower/wash. I also didn't like the condescending attitude of the owner when I had the decency to complain in person, stating that dirty spiders webs hanging over beds and thick dirt/dust in places were just part of being in the country and we'd obviously never lived in the country....we do live in the country and have lived on farms but that's no excuse for filth, especially when renting out a house so expensively. Be warned, the bedrooms are in the roof with sloping low ceilings. No refund was given. We won't be staying again and would advise noone to.

- Victoria (10/5): Would definitely recommend this cottage. - Very clean and very cosy. Facilities were perfect for us as a family of four. Hard to find anything we didn’t like.
- Sammie (10/5): - A lovely cottage with a garden. We really enjoyed our stay
- Usher (10/5): - What an absolutely beautiful cottage in a stunning location with breath taking views. Cheryl and Mark are amazing hosts. They are very lovely people and nothing is too much. During our stay, the children enjoyed feeding the goats, meeting all the other animal's and of course Daisy the dog. We are already planning our next trip to Daisy Cottage.
- Malcolm (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorraine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (10/5): my kids havent stopped talking about the holiday, not the day trips out. just about Daisy cottage - Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our family was made to feel very welcome, and we could have easily stayed at the property every day rather than go out and explore. The cottage is so well kept, everything is clean and decorated to a VERY high standard. The beds were incredibly comfortable—truly the best I’ve ever slept in away from home.
The photos look great, but they don’t do the place justice. After a four-hour drive, walking into such a lovely cottage really set the tone for our holiday.
The hosts of Daisy Cottage are such lovely people—I just can’t praise them enough. It’s an 11 out of 10 from us! I should have booked more than 5 days !
- Chelsea (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location with wonderful hosts who showed us around the farm
- Karen (10/5): Beautiful Daisy cottage in a lovely part of Devon.will definitely visit again - Property was beautiful. Almost everything had been thought of. A real home from home. There was nothing we didn’t like!
- Perry (9/5): Superb - Really nice location in one of our favourite places in the country. We were at a family wedding so out for much of the weekend. Fresh eggs much appreciated to buy for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and thank you for the flexibility of the extra hour on Sunday morning! Curious to have to ask for a bread knife to be dropped round, but nice to have a chance to meet your mom 😊
- Michael (10/5): Peaceful location - Great property and location
- Mike (9/5): Perfect place for a long weekend - Lovely place in a secluded valley. We loved the goats next door!
- Louise (10/5): The stay was absolutely fantastic, the hosts were amazing! - The property itself was absolutely stunning. The interior is so timeless and beautiful. Hard to find any faults! Think the only downside that wasn’t too important was no body mirror
- Chris (10/5): Fantastic! - Beautifully decorated cottage with excellent lay out and facilities. Spotlessly clean throughout. Hosts were so welcoming and friendly and access to the farm animals was a real bonus for the children. Nothing really it was all excellent, but would have been nice to have tea/coffee available on arrival
- John (10/5): A lovely stay, a stones throw from South Molton. - Lovely cottage, very clean, tastefully furnished, warm and homely. Nothing. It was perfect for us.
- Elliot (10/5): Exceptional -

- Kirsty (10/5): Exceptional - The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished.
It was spacious and had the added bonus of having lovely rare birds and goats nearby , which my daughter loved.
It was lovely and quiet and just what we needed whilst we were visiting family who are local to the area. Nothing !!
- Heidi (10/5): Fabulous relaxing break. - We loved Daisy Cottage and found it very comfortable, clean and homely. We were only a couple with a dog, but there would be plenty of room for a family or two couples and the secure garden is a real asset.
We loved all the animals and feeding the very enthusiastic goats. There is a really sense of getting away from it and it was a super relaxing break. Communication from the hosts was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this holiday home
- Vicki (10/5): We had a really great evening at Daisy cottage was the perfect setting and the cottsge was just beautiful we will defini - The property was amazing exceptionally clean and a perfect location
- David (10/5): Delightful - Lovely homely cottage with great facilities. Very quiet and with plenty of farm animals around. Hosts are very accommodating and helpful. N/A
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful cottage in beautiful surroundings.
The family constantly checked we were happy beforehand and were very flexible with check in/out times. The cottage is very spacious and everything was spotless. We had a great stay and would love to return one day.
- Adrian (10/5): Wish we could have spent longer. - Spotlessly clean and deep in the Devon countryside. There was plenty of space and the house was very well equipped. Nothing, it was all great.
- Rebecca (10/5): Beautiful cottage stay in the countryside - Daisy cottage is absolutely beautiful. The cottage feels very new and is spotlessly clean. It’s extremely cosy and felt like home from home for our 3 night stay with our dog. The secure area outside and the garden was a massive bonus for us, especially when letting the dog out for toileting. The owners of the cottage were extremely helpful and even gave us local walks and restaurant recommendations. The cottage is in a stunning location in the countryside, on a small farm within driving distance to Exmoor for fun days out. The chickens and goats are really cute to watch and an added bonus! I literally cannot fault our stay and we would stay here again in a heartbeat 💕 Nothing
- Beverley (10/5): Beautiful cottage and felt very welcomed - This place is out of this world. We stayed here as it was local for a family birthday. We ended up staying a day longer to spend some time relaxing. There were a dozen fresh eggs waiting for us on arrival. The place was immaculately clean with all modern design. Yet the home had beautiful character even though it is relatively new.
On Sunday we had a lovely egg omelette for breakfast with the fresh eggs and watched a bit of catch up tv which is something we never have time to do at home. We then decided to take the dog for a stroll down the lanes not only enjoying the view, but watched the rare breed ducks, goats, and chickens. Mark and Cheryl were really helpful and communicate really well and so welcoming. They made us feel like they were friends not strangers. They spent time introducing themselves and the children. A lovely family. Our little Shih Tzu Molly was in her element with the very large closed in side garden running free. Shame we did not have time to enjoy having a game of darts or a barbecue but will be going back again but for longer next time. The wifi is really good so did not have any problems with signal. The beds were really comfortable and a lovely view from the bedroom windows. I would highly recommend Daisy Cottage. Peace and tranquility. Could not fault anything.
