• Pablo (1/5): Horrible experience, even we couldnt sleep in there. - Nothing. When you can't sleep in there even you paid for 2 beds (and no refund) you feel dumb. I did have a big issue with the arrival. Even though they have in their website that they have 24 h reception desk that is not true. They didnt allow us in for not doing checkin prior 00:00. Didn't write to us about that matter til 23:50 so we had to sleep on the street that night. We advise we could get there by 2am but they said that there was no chance we could get in because nobody was there. How come a backpacking place in Madrid can have a poor service staff like that one even though we did the digital checkin one day before. And they didnt want to refund us in any way. Pathetic. Avoid 300%.

• Salemme (1/5): Pessimo - Solo la posizione Ho dovuto COMPRARE un coprimaterasso immediatamente appena arrivato in camera, materasso orribile, cuscino e lenzuola non lavati e usati da piú persone disposti in un armadietto di ferro sporco e pieno di polvere, cuscino ingiallito e pieno di peli, per fortuna avevo uno gonfiabile che mi porto sempre dietro. Non consigliato alle RAGAZZE tutti maschi adulti.

En cuanto a las sábanas, no estoy seguro de que nadie hubiera dormido en ellas antes. Tuve que dormir con la ropa puesta. Lo único peor habría sido estar afuera... La peor noche de mi vida. La gente del hostal era muy sospechosa. Nunca volveré a pasar la noche aquí.

• silvina (2/5): Regular a mala - Precio y ubicación. Hubo que esperar 40 minutos para hacer el check in porque no había nadie en recepción. Alquilan toallas pero son viejas y pequeñas, de lavabo. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear y hay mucho ruido de la calle. Si vais en domingo está en una de las calles del rastro. Mucho ruido desde temprano. Pero sales y estás en todo el bullicio

Choć nie były bardzo wykwintne - chleb tostowy, masło, oliwa, dżemy oraz płatki i mleko - pozwalały nie przejmować się robieniem porannych zakupów Brak lodówki oraz aneksu kuchennego dla gości uniemożliwia samodzielne przygotowanie sobie czegokolwiek do zjedzenia. Przy łóżkach brakuje półeczek, żeby odłożyć telefon lub portfel i mieć pod ręką. Światło w pokoju na fotokomórkę jest denerwujące, bo co chwilę się gasi

• Sandra (4/5): Para lo que cuesta bueno, pero no volvería y no recomendaría ir sola si eres una mujer - La ubicación No me dejaron sábanas en la cama, la cama tenía pelos de otra persona y el baño estaba sucio (esto entiendo que tiene más que ver con la gente que había que no con el personal)
• santiago jack (1/5): Nefasto - Nefasto Horrible experiencia, olor a culo y meo en el cuarto como en el baño, la ventana estaba a la altura de la calle, y se escuchaba absolutamente todo, la dejaban abierta y hay personas en la calle que pueden entrar en cualquier momento. No hay agua caliente ni manera de trabar la puerta en el baño cuando lo estas usando, el wifi no anda, hay manchas de cosas que no quiero saber que son en las paredes del cuarto. Ni aunque me pagaran por ir vuelvo a este hostel
• Nune (1/5): - The location is quite central and well connected to any place you would want to go. This was simply the worst Hostel I have ever stayed. Super dirty everything, I could not even force myself to go to bed. Many middle age man and no way to choose your room. Simply a torture.

• Araújo (5/5): - Pequeno almoço grátis incluído (fazendo a reserva pelo booking ou diretamente com o hostel). Localização ótima, com supermercados e metro muito perto. Relação qualidade preço. Não havia frigorífico. As cortinas das camas estavam sujas. No primeiro dia tomamos banho de água fria porque havia supostamente uma “técnica” para ligar a água quente.

There was a lot of space in the reception and co-working area but only stiff chairs were available so you can't really stay and work there for too long.. The automated lights were annoying. It would open in the middle of the night disturbing our sleep. The curtains were also very thin which was useless against blocking the lights. The staff also didn't mind waking up the other guests when showing the room to a new guest in the middle of the night. I also heard the staff screaming early in the morning for whatever reason which again disturbed our sleep.

• Liana (1/5): - Nothing. Bed bugs. We advised the staff who brushed it off and said we’re wrong. Multiple huge bites. Saw somebody in the common area whose back was covered in bites too. Bathroom in bedroom was weird vibe as the door did not lock & the door for the shower also does not lock, which would be scary and/or unsafe if travelling alone as female (I was not thankfully). Cleaner came through and did nothing, just wrote her name on the paper to act like she had cleaned haha when the bathroom was gross. Wouldn’t recommend this place

• Lozzi (4/5): - Personale cortese e gentile. Che si trova un una zona ZTL e nessuno lo dice. Beccarsi una multa e Trasportare le valigie per oltre 400 metri non è stato bello

• Daniel (10/5): Great hostel for the price - I liked it here! Clean facilities. Breakfast included. Nice bathrooms. Strong wifi. Good price. The bed was small. I'm 1.88 m and it wasnt big enough for comfortability. Small complaint, no problem though.

Kesinlikle bir daha kalmayi dusunmeyecegim bi yer. Sadece su anki avrupa turumda 15 e yakin hostelde kaldim ama acik ara en kötüsü... biraz fazla verip daha ıyi bi yerde konaklayin.

• Charline (5/5): Mitigé - Simple, pour passer une ou deux nuits ça reste correct. Le petit déjeuner est gratuit, même si ce n'est pas le grand luxe c'est très bien. Nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la nuit et malgré cela quelqu'un est venu nous ouvrir et nous a donné accès à nos lits. Il y a la clim dans la chambre. Ce n'est pas très propre, les draps avaient l'air sale. Les portes des toilettes et de la salle de bain étaient toutes cassées, pas de possibilité de fermer les portes quand on prenait sa douche, et la mauvaise odeur qui s'en dégagé était très forte. Pas d'eau chaude le soir. Beaucoup de bruit, très peu d'insonorisation. Il n'y avait pas de possibilité de ranger ses affaires sous clé (il faut son propre cadenas). Pas de serviettes fournies. Il n'y a pas assez de chaises dans la salle de repas, tous le monde ne peut pas s'asseoir, il n'y a qu'un micro-onde.
