• VEATRIKI (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία κ η εξυπηρέτηση του υπεύθυνου Ο υπαίθριος χώρος παραμελημένος, έλλειψη από μπριζες κ φωτισμό στο κρεβάτι.Το ρολλο στην μπαλκονοπορτα δεν λειτουργούσε κ ετσι έμπαινε φως πολυ νωρις το πρωι στο δωμάτιο κ στο ντουζ ή συσκευή σαπουνιού δεν λειτουργούσε .

• Kevin (3/5): Don’t spend much time here - The view from the terrace is great. The location is central. Far more bad than good. Would not stay again. Upon coming in to the apartment items had fallen from the the wardrobe so when I entered pillows were one the floor. The apartment needs better maintainenece - the sink plug was hard to remove so the water got stuck in the sink. The shower has nowhere to hang the handset so you have to wash with a handheld showerhead. This is beyond basic You also have to flip the switch on the switchboard to heat the water which is baffling in this day and age. One of the kitchen cabinets handle fell off. The shutter on the door to the terrace gets stuck at the top so I tended not to open it fully. The curtain rail is hanging on for dear life.

• Cla (8/5): Very good - Location is central. The flat has access to a see-faced (west) terrace with two chairs and deck-chairs. Nice view. 9th floor (with elevator until 8th floor and then few stairs) therefore no noise from the street and really calm. Mattress was way to soft/worn out. Pillows of outside chairs and deck-chairs were obviously pooped by bird, which can happen. Would be great if there was a storage of any kind to protect them when not in use. Bed side lamps and/or main-light switcher close to the bed would be appreciated.

• Ivaylo (9/5): Superb - Nice small studio on the top of the building and in to the heart of the city. Offers everything for a few days stay. Absolutely worthy for the asked price.
• Kriton (5/5): Apart requires immediate renovation to offer basic comforts, including a decent AC system - the location is nearly perfect. And there is a lovely balcony that visitors can enjoy the view and the sun during good days. The renovation of the apartment appears to be semi completed. there is a very old AC unit that takes ages to ignite. we couldnt stay in the flat for the first few hours because it was simply too cold. Also, the water system is not working properly. We experienced little to no water pressure multiple times during our stay. We had to shower with very little water a number of times. There are also other things in the apartment that fall apart, including the bathroom door handle that fell off the door during our stay. Please note also that the bathroom door wont close. its badly constructed. So if you need privacy in the bathroom you might want to reconsider.
• Elena (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is a little bit unmaintained. The shower was broken and have to hold it, the curtains almost fall ... The price of 112 euro is too much for what you offer.
• Dallas (8/5): Ok to stay, especially in the summer where you can sunbathe in the terrace - Location downtown. Terrace view to thermaikos (partly) Water pressure was terrible.
• Lieve (8/5): Very good - Location was just perfect for the event I was attending. It was only 2 minutes walking distance. Also it's located so close to the white tower and there are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Furthermore I loved the big terrace with the view on the sea. And there were some apples as a welcoming gift. The place was very clean too. Perhaps some extra toilet paper would be appreciated.

• Keith (10/5): Outstanding - Just a perfect . Really central position on the eighth floor of an apartment building within minutes of the sea front and white tower. Fantastic , spacious roof terrace with views out to the sea with loungers and chairs ( just fabulous) . The apartment itself has a lovely comfortable double bed , great bathroom with washing machine and a well equipped kitchen area. Had an amazing stay , the hosts are really responsive and checking in was smooth ( key safe in place and great instruction sent ) Totally recommend its first class I loved everything

• David (9/5): excellent stay in a rooftop apartment, in a fine location - Great location, right in centre of city, one block from the sea, on a main bus route. Very good roof terrace (although when I was there it was too hot to be out there except later in the evening!). Facilities were fine, comfortable bed. Small supermarket almost underneath. Nice touch to find fruit and cold water and a coke in the fridge. Good coffee machine with some coffee pods. Maybe a bottle opener and a few more kitchen utensils?

• Andrea (7/5): We had a good stay and felt safe. The host generally made a good effort but need to change the bed. - Location was great. We could explore everything in walking distance or by bus. The apartment was very clean, cozy and had a nice terrace on the roof top. Breakfast was available and sufficient for our needs. The bed was very uncomfortable. Very hard mattress and it was difficult to sleep in it with two people (even though it was advertised as such). It took us a while to locate the key (was deposited across the street at a cafe). The building (entrance, hallway, elevator) looked very run down. However, given the price of the apartment this was acceptable.

• Tunca (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very convenient and centrally located. It had everything I needed. Well decorated, very clean and comfortable. Has a big terrace to enjoy the sunset. I just had a problem with the wifi but they solved it immediately. Great host. I'll definitely stay here again. Nothing to complain about.
