• Gawhara (10/5): Relaxing and comfortable the house was warm all day - The balcony and the location Needs a touch of maintenance in the applec and a seperate table for the tv for the main bedroom
• Petra (4/5): - Die Lage war gut und die Vermieterin freundlich. Es hat sehr Stark nach kaltem Rauch gerochen. Die Klimaanlagen waren schwierig. Es war nicht gut beschrieben, wo das Apartment ist, wir konnten es nur mit telefonischer Hilfe der Vermieterin finden.

• Yulia (9/5): Would stay again, spacious apartment in a great location. with fast broadband - Great location, a couple of minutes away from a supermarket. 14 mins walk to downtown, or 5 mins by tuk-tuk for a fixed price of 35 EGP. tuk-tuk is parked across the road. Generous space with cooking facilities. sitting area on a balcony with an amazing view to the lagoon. Can swim in the lagoon but we preferred to go to Zeytouna beach. Free fast broadband. Responsive host that is helpful with offering excursions and tips. TV is very good with international channels and Chromecast. Good air conditioning. Washing machine was useful. Great value for money in El Gouna. The apartment is adequate but needed some TLC, like crockery updating. There are some basic things you should buy like sponge for dishes / shower gel / shampoo. we were ok with that as it doesn’t cost much in the supermarket.
• Stephan (9/5): Superb - Everything was really easy going and the owner offered help with everything, transportation, changing towels, sheets and and so on. It's a nice appartmennt in Upper Nubia with balconie, big living room with big TV, fast Internet. Upper Nubia felt save, as there are guards as well. It's just a 5 minute walk to the marina, were all the restaurants are and were the nightlife is. In the appartmennt it self it is quite. We would come again.

• Yasar69 (3/5): Never again!! - Easy access On 22.08, I had to postpone my first reservation date due to the change of my work plan. Although the landlord was not very willing, she agreed when I said that we would have the possibility of extension. Our request for early check-in was accepted without any extra charge and I checked in with my family at 09:00 a.m. The next day I paid 1 more night at the booking.com price. Afterwards I asked for 4 more nights and a more discounted price, but the landlord (50.-USD/per day) refused. After 2 nights stay, when I told her that we would leave and we found another cheaper place, the landlord immediately reduced the price to 50.-USD, but we had to leave because we had promised. Then she was very aggressive and demanded that we must pay for early check-in. They will definitely not accept this, but I still keep my messages as our conversations were made via whatapp. The house where we stayed in had a cleaning problem. Bathroom, kitchen, kitchen utensils were very dirty and poor quality products. There were used, dirty hand soap, empty shampoo boxes in the bathroom. There were no hand & bath towels. The balcony was so dirty that we could use it after cleaning it ourselves. Mangroovy Villas, where we stayed next, was much cheaper, quality and clean. Businesses that do not take their business seriously in this way should not be included in a serious booking network such as booking.com.
