• Irene Gerolama (9/5): Posizione e pulizia i punti di forza della struttura. - La posizione strategica a due passi dalla stazione Termini per poter raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse della città.
• Matteo (9/5): Una struttura per famiglie in posizione pressoché perfetta. - Suite magenta è un B&B con due camere (matrimoniali), un bagno ed una cucina/sala da pranzo. Il titolare si è dimostrato molto cortese e disponibile. La colazione, anziché essere servita, consta di una riserva di cibo e vari spuntini divisi tra il tavolo (fette biscottate, pane a fette, croissant) ed il frigo (latte, succhi di frutta, marmellate, mele e banane, bottiglie d'acqua). Nella cucina sono presenti anche un forno ed uno a microonde per scaldare gli alimenti ed una macchinetta per il caffé; nella credenza che la sovrasta, c'è una ricca provvista di capsule e di bustine da té. Le camere sono spaziose, mentre il bagno, che si sviluppa in lunghezza, è un po' stretto. La zona è eccellente per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città, trovandosi a due passi dalla stazione Termini, dalla omonima fermata della metropolitana (metro A e B) e da numerose fermate di autobus. Nonostante questo, le camere danno su una via parallela a quella della stazione, schermata da quest'ultima da una barriera di edifici, le stanze, pertanto, si sono dimostrate relativamente quiete. Sono inoltre dotate di condizionatore (freddo e caldo), per cui in linea di massima si possono anche tenere le finestre chiuse. L'edificio è dotato di ascensore per chi non vuole fare troppe scale, ma tenete a mente che per accedervi bisogna fare un paio di scalini ed entrare in un vano di ridotta larghezza; chi soffre di problemi di deambulazione potrebbe trovarlo difficile da usare. Da quello che ho potuto constatare in questo periodo (inizio maggio 2025), i prezzi di Suite magenta sembrano lievemente più convenienti di altre strutture in zona. La cucina ed il bagno danno verso il cuore dell'edificio, una corte interna che, ad occhio, appare un poco trasandata, il che è un peccato. Inoltre, il bagno, privo di aspiratore, ha una finestra piuttosto piccola, bassa, ed interna al comparto doccia; far fuoriuscire l'umidità richiede quindi un po' di pazienza. Pur essendo una delle soluzioni più economiche tra quelle comparabili nell'area, è pur sempre una struttura che sorge in centro a Roma, quindi può non essere ideale per chi ha come priorità il contenere le spese.

• Helle Toftegaard (8/5): Kun 2 min. fra hovedbanegården - Beliggenhed og sengene. Tilgængelighed til værten. Lejligheden var slidt og der manglede et areal til hygge - ex. et sofaområde. Vi spiste i køkkenet og det var noget klemt.

• Cindy (8/5): Excellent location, close to the train, the metro and busses. Sergio met us upon arrival and explained everything, even - Location, location, location. 2 Queen beds in separate rooms. Not a deal breaker, however, the shower was a little tight and no removable shower head.

• Deniz (8/5): It was a comfortable facility that met our expectations. - A very nice and attentive host provided information about the surrounding area and places to visit. The house is very centrally located and very convenient. The house has everything you could need. We were very pleased with our stay. Only breakfast is included in the property, so you prepare your own breakfast, and there are items in the refrigerator. Breakfast consists only of jam, butter, bread, croissants, and fruit. However, the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Better information could have been given about breakfast.

Host was only a phone call away and very helpful and nice stock up for light breakfast The apartment was spotless and everything you needed with supermarket just around the corner and restaurants at your front door

Two separate rooms which is nice for traveling with family Area felt a little unsafe compared to another hotel we stayed at on the other side of termini. Lobby was not clean, filled with trash bins. Elevator often was stuck on another floor which was inconvenient for luggage.

• Orlando Helder (10/5): Um belo achado. - Tudo! Apartamento bem amplo e limpo, dois quartos com camas bem grandes e confortáveis. Banheiro bem amplo, cozinha compacta com utensílios básicos para o dia a dia. Havia na geladeira suco, frutas, iogurtes, pães e torradas na mesa para o café da manhã. A atenção e disposição do Sérgio foi excepcional. Sem contar que é bem próximo da estação Termini, com vários restaurantes, supermercados, lojas e farmácias na região. Tudo perfeito. O único adendo é para o box do banheiro que pode ser um pouco apertado para pessoas um pouco grandes.

The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk to the train station, with a large supermarket nearby, and easy access to metro and bus lines. Overall, it is in a perfect spot. The room was very clean and tidy, and the kitchen was fully equipped—we really enjoyed being able to cook with the induction stove. The host was extremely warm and trustworthy, keeping in touch with us before arrival to confirm our check-in time and arranging our luggage thoughtfully. Staying here in Rome made us very happy and gave us the perfect rest we needed.

• Hani (10/5): Great choice ! - - Responsive and attentive host. - Great location. Only 5 minute from the station - New apartment - Clean and quite complete - Surprising us with stocked fridge with fruits, milk and drinks. - no small living room
• Özlem (10/5): Just Like Home - Good location, Just a couple minutes of walking from Termini Station. 30 minutes of walking to main attractions like Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps, You can enjoy many other attractions on the way. Walking is the best way of exploring an area. For those who are not fond of walking there are a couple of busses to the center (number 40 and 64) from Termini. San Pietro can easily be accessed with Metro from Termini. Sergio was a great host, he met us at the main entrance, took us to the apartment, helped us with the lagguage (elevator was not working ), explained everything with the house. He took a map marked all the main attractions and told how to get there. Wi-Fi was perfect. There were fruits and soft drinks in the fridge. Croissant, tea, coffee and a functional kitchen with everting you may need. Everything is exactly the same as in the pictures. The elevator… It was not working, 2 days of 5. The first day with all that lagguage to the 4th floor… Was not easy, Sergio helped to carry, Immidiately called for the service to repair..
• Tengku (10/5): If not for the elevator issue everything was perfect!! - Amazing place. The fridge was well stocked and they even provided us with an amenity kit which made everything perfect. Location was excellent. Air conditioning worked too well. Shower was good with enough pressure. The host was amazing and provided us with everything we needed. Being on the 4th floor the elevator was very important. This failed us on a couple of days. No fault of the host though as it was beyond his control. But yeah that was the only minus.
• Aunglatt (9/5): Great host - Great location, great host, providing welcome fruit and drinks and information. Clean large rooms. Everything was as advertised. Apartments was at level 4 and lift didn't work 2 out of 4 days that we stayed. Luckily, it worked during our check-in and checked out dates. Otherwise, it will be quite hard to go upstairs with luggage.
