• Hind (1/5): Very poor customer services be aware! Money is their focus - Very poor customer services. I booked my stay late on the night before for 4 nights so it should have been very clear that I will be staying as planned, however due to unforeseen family event I had to cancel they refused to refund my money even partially (could have charged 2 days or so to show appreciation of my reasons for cancellation ) and poor correspondence their aim is money regardless .

• Maeve (9/5): - This is our third time using Prime Residence. We always use them when we visit Cairo. The properties are modern, spacious, in good locations and they have everything that you need. The staff are amazing especially the manager (Sameh Monier)! They staff are very helpful. We will definitely return to this location again.

• Elena (10/5): - Location moderna, funzionale e pulita vicino all'aeroporto. Siamo stati ospiti mentre visitavamo degli amici egiziani e tutti hanno confermato che è un quartiere molto bello e pratico per alloggiare. Ci torneremo sicuramente se ci sarà occasione di fare nuovamente visita ai nostri amici. Non un vero e proprio difetto, ma per trovare Prime Residence ci siamo affidati alle foto presenti su booking perché l'insegna risultava un po' nascosta dal nostro lato di provenienza in macchina.

• Reda (10/5): Luxurious from A-Z , peacefull , clean , great staff top to bottom. - I loved everything about that place since I touched their door dash until I left , not sure what best because all was best , the receptionist Martina , and her colleagues Mohamed and their manager Sameh , the bellman always smiled with no reason but to make people feels welcome, not miss Hazem and the very supportive maintenance gentleman Mohamed , All are Aces on my book . I really encourage all my fellow Americans whom traveling visiting Cairo , Egypt to try that luxury & peace, service, location…, all was fantastic as our standards . This place not less than any 7 stars place in Dubai specifically clean rooms and lobby and all . Can’t say but excellent luxurious property and definitely I will be back . N/A

• Ayda (9/5): rundum angenehm - Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich , die Rezeption war 24 Stunden erreichbar und hat bei allen Anliegen zuverlässig geholfen . Wir haben uns rundum gut betreut gefühlt . Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn das Hotel ein eigenes Restaurant oder zumindest ein kleines Café hätte – für Frühstück, einen Kaffee zwischendurch oder ein einfaches Abendessen. Gerade nach einem langen Tag wäre es angenehm, nicht noch einmal in die Stadt fahren zu müssen. Das hätte den Aufenthalt für mich perfekt gemacht.

I continue to book with them for many reasons — the outstanding hospitality, 24/7 staff availability, consistently clean apartments, and the incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful team. Security and safety are always a top priority. The property is secured around the clock with cameras and professional security staff, which makes it feel extremely safe — even for solo female travelers. All of these exceptional standards are clearly the result of strong leadership. Special thanks to the Operations Manager, Mr. Sameh, for maintaining such a well-organized and high-quality service. Highly recommended, and I will definitely continue choosing Prime Residence whenever I'm in Cairo. Nothing

• MOHAMED MILAD ABUHMAIRA (5/5): - Nothing كانت الغرفة تعاني من ضجيج غير عادي من الشارع، مما جعل النوم صعبًا جدًا. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، الغرفة رقم 408 المجاورة لغرفتي كان صوت الموسيقى فيها مرتفعًا بشكل مزعج للغاية، ورغم تواصلي مع الاستعلامات أكثر من مرة، لم يتم اتخاذ أي إجراء فعّال. كما أن رائحة السجائر كانت منتشرة في جميع الممرات بشكل مزعج وغير مريح. خدمة الإنترنت بطيئة جدًا ولا تلبي الحد الأدنى من التوقعات. الغرفة نفسها صغيرة والإمكانيات متواضعة مقارنة بالسعر والخدمة المقدمة. بشكل عام، لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق بناءً على هذه التجربة.

• Pardis (10/5): A home away from home. - On arrival, hosts Islam and Saif were incredibly welcoming. They always respectfully checked in to see if everything was up to standard. In addition, the size of the rooms and facilities are immaculate. Upon checking out, other kind staff members assisted me with luggage. Overall, the property boasts exemplary workers and great living conditions. The floors may need cleaning to remove dust, but other than that, it was a perfect stay.
• Sophia (10/5): - All staff including the receptionists and house keepers were tremendously helpful offering great assistance whenever we would need it and were incredibly friendly , hospitable and professional especially Islam. This is now our second stay at Prime residence as the apartments are well maintained and immensely clean and comfortable being well worth the price. Would definitely recommend to anyone who would like to stay in a clean , safe and comfortable accommodation . Everything in Prime residence is done to a high standard, no complaints at all 😁

• Rumaanah (9/5): Great Stay in Heliopolis - We had a very pleasant stay at Prime Residence Heliopolis. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The place is well maintained and feels safe and comfortable. For a quiet and peaceful stay, I would recommend booking a room away from the road, as those are much quieter. The location is excellent, close to City Stars Mall and very convenient to get around Cairo. The check-in and communication were smooth and easy, and the staff/ manager was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a great stay

I think it would be very useful to consider installing double glazing for the windows, as the street noise can be loud. Otherwise, I really liked this place!

• ابوسامي (5/5): - موقع المكان جميل النظافة سيئة جلست ثلاثة ليالي أربعة أيام لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة ولو لمرة واحدة الستائر عليها غبار واتربة الأرض ليست نظيف حينما تمشي عليها بالغرفة حافي تسمع صوت تلزيق الشباك لا فائدة منه لان يطل على ارتداد بين عمارتين طبلت تغيير الغرفة إلى غرفة على الشارع لم يتم التعاون ... لا يوجد استشوار بالحمام عند المغادرة كانت الشنط عند الاستقبال وطلبت المساعدة لاخراجها للسيارة لاني لا استطيع حملها فأخروني اكثر من 20 دقيقة أوبر ينتظرني لتوصيلي للمطار وهم لا حد يحضر لمساعدتي في الاخير لما طال الوقت قام موظف الاستقبال مشكورا بنفسه وأخرج الشنطة إلى السيارة باعتقادي المكان هذا سوف يكون أجمل لو اهتموا بالتفاصيل اللي تريح النزيل
